Thanks to all the sales people in World Toyota who...

Thanks to all the sales people in World Toyota who have worked with us over the past several years. We've been looking to buy a car at finally made it happen with Salesman Amir Tawfik who was patient, personable and reasonable.

Our overall experience with car dealerships is that its high pressure to make a purchase, and while that was still true at World Toyota we found Mr Tawfik was more considerate of our time and need for patience while making such a large financial decision, so this made the difference.

Ugh!!! As a long time customer, so disappointed on a recent visit. I made an appointment on a Sunday and was promptly ignored by 4 service advisors (one of which watching TV on his phone. If you are going to be open on a Sunday, hire people that are actually interested in serving the customer.

We Had such a wonderful buying experience here. The salesman Terrell was very easy to work with and no stress at all, The finance person Mr. Akbar was very kind and easy to work with as well. My husband and I got a great deal on a beautiful Camry. If you decide to buy from this dealership ask for these two fellas, you will not be disappointed:)

Jarvis, the service advisor was prompt, attentive and courteous. The technician helped save me money by using some unused materials left over from some other jobs. I've been coming here for years, and this time, I had the best experience, and Jarvis didn't even mention, let alone pressured me into leaving him positive review like many other advisors did. Great job.

We are World Toyota customers for life! Today we purchased a new Sienna and received superior customer service from Carlos Paguada. We love the open and comfortable atmosphere of the dealership. Carlos made sure that we got the best deal available to us. He was respectful and honest and took great care of us. I very highly recommend Carlos Paguada and World Toyota.

World Toyota makes my service experience easy. Even though I have a specific service representative that helps me I always find that everyone in the service department checks to make sure I'm being helped so I can get taking care of as quickly as possible. I also trust their service suggestions and like their new app that lets me see what items they will be fixing and I had the opportunity to approve or disapprove them without having to call somebody.

I have Toyota Prius and it shows RED Alert when I was coming to office. I became scared and thought to fix it ASAP. I checked google and found this Toyota dealer with very good reviews. Blindly I went to this place for fixing. Initially they gave me an estimate of $18XX for fixing the issues. They fixed it very very quick and said its ready for pick up. I got doubt and checked with another Toyota dealer nearby. They gave me a different price. I took that details (printout) and checked the customer service guy. He said that he will do price match and reduced it to 13XX a difference of $500 +. This is NOT fair and I don t recommend to anyone. Please check with near by dealers before you do service with Toyota World. I am totally upset and not happy with the service.

She was very professional and helpful in assisting us in the selection of a vehicle.The World Toyota dealership has a good selection of vehicles, the showroom is well designed and all the employees are very pleasant. They make buying a vehicle a very positive experience with no undue pressure..

What a waste of time. We have an older camera, remotes quit working. After 'evaluating' the issue for two hours(can't imagine what took so long), they called us to say it wasn't the remotes, but something wrong with the car and it'd take $140/ hr for diagnostics.... After we clarified, they said a repair could cost over $1000.... Complete nonsense. Entirely unhelpful. The upside we didn't have to pay to have wasted our morning....

The only thing that was concerning to me was that I was told I was long overdue for a oil change, but I always come for service when the sticker says too. Not sure if the ball had been dropped at some point in the past or what.

Will never be using the service or sales department from now on. Shame since their business cards say Committed to be excellent in every way, which I now know that s a lie.

Went to get an oil change and tire balancing. Oil change was good but tire balancing was awful. Weights fell off as soon as i got home turning into my driveway. Went there the next day and the guy gave me some excuse that supposedly they fell off because of my offroad tire vibration. And told me that it was due to.my tires that the weights won't stay on. I told him they were putting them too close to the outer edge on the inside of the wheel and he said that they would charge me to have then re balanced. Took it to discount tires to get it done right. Smooth ride and no issues.

Avoid for service and parts. I have had two recalls done here. They are unfortunately terribly disorganized. It has been an ordeal both times. I'll go anywhere else next time.

In their defense, dropping off the vehicle went smoothly the second time.

The sales person was super nice but the finance guy was WAY HIGH PRESSURE selling the warranty. I told him that I didn't want it numerous times but he would not let up and unfortunately in the end I caved to the high pressure - didn't appreciate that at all.

The work needed was completed satisfactorily and a thorough check performed for any problem that I may not have been aware of... and with a car wash to top it off.

I got an oil change, rotation of my tires an replacement of my filters. If I went to jiffy lube it would take 30 minutes. I went to Toyota, it took 93 minutes.
There is a Toyota dealership in Alpharetta that has an express lane, I m out in 40 minutes with a free car wash.
I did not get a car wash and was left with the plastic covers on my seat. Cars in front of so I couldn t get out.
I did not have a great experience.

We waited an hour and a half to get my car s 25,000 mile checkup. They were friendly and I liked that. The trailer that we were waiting in were cold and I caught a cold felt sick when I got home. We didn't have any other problems.

Service was prompt and I am certain performed with World Toyota s always excellent service. If there should be a problem World Toyota stands by their work.

My service was suppose to be for one hour , for the first time been with Toyota for more than 2 years my experience was poor , after two hours I received a message saying my car was ready, when I went to the service desk, the guy said my car was ready one hour before I told him I didn t receive any message and nobody came to me and make sure if the text message they send was ok.

And them he said , well I m forget to call .... i was at the waiting room .....

Extremely low service. They told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour, but it took two hours. Nothing was even wrong with my car, I was just going on for my complementary 6 month check. The customer service was good, but I wish someone would have checked in with me to say it s taking long than expected.

My experience buying a car here was so awesome! I bought a Camry here back in November and I absolutely love my car. I told Shelton exactly what I wanted and he got me better than what I asked for. He made sure I understood the different warranties and features of the car. I would definitely come back here and do it again if I had too!

I always am impressed with the service at World Toyota. I have been going there over 10 years, and I have been serviced in every area. I purchased my car there, have it serviced there, and even had a visit to their Collisions Dept. Have always had a good experience. Today my Service Advisor was Thomas Reinard. He was very professional, kept me in the loop on what was going on with my car, and had me out in about 3 hrs. I will ask for him on my next visit.

I was notified via text immediately when the service was completed. I recommend World Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle or seeking repair services for one they already own.

I understand it is not fair to rate the whole dealership badly because of couple incompetent and unprofessional employees, but we stumbled upon the salesman Calvin Brown who seemed was selling flip flops on the beach rather than new cars, zero knowledge. His manager was another story: lazy, arrogant and unprofessional. Two guys ruining otherwise perfect product and experience. Advice: whatever you negotiate with them let them put in writing and sign in blood

I m done with World Toyota. We ve bought 3 cars from them and have gotten them all serviced at World Toyota. The wait is always hours longer than promised. This time I left car for 6 days. They said it was ready. When I went to pick it up, te work had NOT been done. They said they could do it in an hour. Almost 3 hours later, it was ready. I got excuses but no apology. No more.

Best place to service your Toyota. Eric was friendly and efficient. I like their use of technology as a customer touch point. I wish they had more tables to work, but the leather chairs were comfortable and the WiFi was good enough to stay in touch with the office. Great experience.

I made an appointment for 8:15am for an oil change, tire rotation & for them to check while the tire pressure sensor light kept illuminating. My daughter checked in at the service department I guess about 7:30am. She called me at work at 7:33am stating that the technician told her that my vehicle was not due for an oil change, only a tire rotation & that the cost would be roughly $20. I approved the service. I guess the technician forgot about the tire pressure issue & only rotated the tires so when he came back to check my daughter out, she asked if the tire pressure issue was resolved (I'm assuming this was about 9:05am because she called me at 9:08am telling me that the technician told her that the tire was not patched correctly, that it was leaking air & that the tire was balance incorrectly. Mind you, they were the ones who rotated, balanced & did an wheel alignment back in July). I approved the $40 charge to repair the tire, so now I'm looking at over $60 for a tire patch & rotation. The technician told her it would take about 45 minutes to repair the tire. It is now 10:15am & my daughter is still waiting. It's been almost 3 hours now. My last "appointment", I waited about 4 hours. What's the purpose of making an appointment online if you still have to wait 3 hours for something as simple as a tire patch & rotation? I am very displeased with the way my service appointment was handled today & am considering going to another Toyota dealership.

I've been coming to World Toyota for over 10 years. In the first 8 years, it provided top notch service. Lately, however, service seems to be going down. I'm not ready to give up on them yet, but I am close. Go back to your winning formula World Toyota, because what you are currently doing is not working.

Services were explained and was not pushed. I was kept abreast as to when my vehicle would be ready. The lobby was large enough for those that were waiting for their vehicles to practice social distancing. I was even made aware of a recall on my vehicle that was taken care while I was there. Very happy with the service I received.

She treated me with respect, seemed genuinely interested in getting me the best car for my money, and worked with me all the way through the process. I am very happy with the car I purchased, and even happier with Debra and the service she provided. Go to World Toyota and ask for Debra Jones!

Not likely that I would go back or recommend this place to anyone. It took over 2 months to get my license plate. So I bought my Camry here. A month later, LaShonda, the lady who handled my title, called to tell me that I need to get an extension for my temporary license plate at the tax office. So I did. A few weeks later, my extension was coming to an end. I emailed and called LaShonda several times but nobody answered. I had to drive all the way back to the place looking for her. I talked to several staffs who did not or could not help, and was told to wait for her. After an almost indefinite wait, I bumped into the manager, thank God, and explained what happened. A day after my extension expired, my plate finally arrived. They were quick to sale me the car and collect my down payment and all kinds of fees though.

Sales people are nice but finance manager isn't professional, rude and manipulative, spoke to me like he was giving me the car for free. Like, take it or leave it. He didn't answer my questions about the payment breakdown (depreciation+ interest + taxes). They re not transparent! Be careful of the finance sale manager and do your research before going there. I went there with the intention to sign and get the care but after what I have seen I will never go back.
I am giving them the one star only for the sale team, they're nice and professional.

Never go back to this place. Not good service. Just want to make money from customers. No proper response for customers. Lot of cooked up stories from advisors.

Firstly, they said front wheels are broken. They said they cannot replace 2 of them so they have to replace 4 wheels. They threw away 4 of my old wheels without letting me know. I dont if they fixed new ones also.

Completely cannot trust these place. Go to some other toyota dealership.

Pretty disappointed with my recent service appoint...

Pretty disappointed with my recent service appointment. I brought my Prius in after the battery went dead, knowing it would be more costly to bring to the dealer but wanting the best quality repair, service and diagnostics. On the positive side, the service and follow up was prompt. However, communication over what needed repair seemed very uninformed and confusing for multiple items. I was quoted one price for a valve replacement (150), which I agreed to over the phone, and they tried to charge me double (over 300) once the repair was done and I came to pick up the car. The customer service person said he was new to the role/department and had misquoted me but did not initially offer to fix it and said "you're going to me bad at me but...." Don't blame the rep as he seemed to be trying his best, but it was obviously an issue of poor training and consistency on the dealer's end. He eventually got the price down but I still paid more than I agreed on and had to go through a lot of back and forth for them to get the price down to close to what I had been quoted. When my car was brought out, it was not cleaned and I had to request a wash, which I thought came standard with the service. The shuttle driver seemed annoyed to drive me to work, would do the Uber reimbursement instead. Will find another place to take my car for repairs next time...
