Website showed vehicle under the Certified Pre-Owned list, bought it, drove it back to my home several hours away where the local Toyota Dealer fixed an immediate warranty issue and identified it was not in fact Certified in the Toyota database. It later became clear the World Toyota website was in error and I sent a screenshot to World Toyota asking that they honor their advertisement and Certify the Vehicle (a minor extension of only the already existing factory Limited Power Train Warranty). They proceeded to fix the error on the website, and then through a series of phone and email discussions involving David Wong and Cody ("cbehrens") claimed that I had generated or doctored the screenshot, but would apply the Certification for an additional cost $978. That is dishonest, extortive, and they do not deserve your business.
