We had a great experience! We worked with Morgan Campbell. We told her what we wanted and she found it almost instantly. She was very good about responding back to us and very professional. Mike our sales rep was also good. He took the time to explain things to us about the vehicle that we purchased and any other questions we had. They worked with us on our trade in. Jake in financing made it a quick and smooth process and never made us feel overwhelmed, and took the time to explain things as well. We would definitely recommend them when buying a new or used vehicle!

I m a service member at Joint Base Lewis Mcchord. Drove up to West Hills CJD to purchase a vehicle and initially had a positive experience through Cody. During the final contract signing there was a situation where their finance department employee did a bait and switch by offering me an extra service for an extremely cheap price but then changing the price on the actual contract. Spoke with him the next day and was told that the issue was resolved

2 months ago I sold the vehicle that I purchased through West Hills CJD and purchased a new vehicle elsewhere. I went into the dealership to start the process of receiving a refund on the vehicles extended warranty which was never used. This is where my view of this dealership went from telling my soldiers this dealership was a safe place to purchase a vehicle to informing my soldiers to stay far far away . After speaking to the finance manager, I was told the original bait and switch was never changed (my fault, should have asked to review the contract but took their word for it due to how positive my experience originally was). I was told this refund would have to be processed by the General Manager after receiving his approval. It s now been 2 months, I ve been into the dealership on 3 separate occasions, spoke to 4 separate employees, and have sent numerous emails to the Financial Manager inquiring on the status of my Extend Vehicle Warranty refund as well as the refund for the bait and switched product but have yet to receive so much as a response.

I sent my last email yesterday informing them that it would be my last attempt to receive an update and so far I have received nothing. Hopefully by posting here it will reach other levels in their organization and I will receive some type of resolution.

If I do not receive a response by Monday then I will be going to JAG/Legal since that is the only possible course of action remaining

Service members beware when dealing with West Hills CJD. It will be interesting to see if this type of situation has been experienced by any other service members aside from myself. It s upsetting that I have to write this review after having such an initial positive experience but I have exhausted all other options.

Update 18DEC2019:
Was contacted by the GM regarding my situation and told that they would not be issuing the refund on the Bait and Switch d product. Am now pursuing through JAG.

Update 26DEC2019:
It has been over 2 months but today I received the check for the Extended Vehicle Warranty refund. I am still pursuing legal action for the bait and switched product refund. Will continue to update here.

Edit: after more time and dealing with the service department and being lied to multiple times about the service package I paid for, I am very dissatisfied and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Pay attention to what they say they are selling you.

Very happy with my purchase! The salesman Mike, was great about telling me everything about the truck but was not pushy at all about buying. That's why I decided to buy here. Then we were doing the financing paperwork with Jake and I felt comfortable about dealing with him. Overall great experience!

I've been having an ongoing issue with my car 6 months after purchasing my 2020 cherokee until now, 8 months later and nothing has gotten fixed. They're giving me and my Customer Care Manager all different information about the status of my car. There was supposed to be a STAR case opened and then a month later they have still not called me or returned any of my voicemails. THEY DON'T CARE! Worst customer service, worst dealership, NEVER come here.

I like the vehicle I purchased, the staff was friendly and professional. I give 2 stars because of their attention to detail. They washed the vehicle on the outside, however the interior was not clean and specifically the center console was full of trash. Immediately after submitting a 2 star review I received a call from the General Manager apologizing for and offering to correct the cleanliness issues. Because of this prompt response I have updated my review to 5 stars. Revised to 1 star. The GM offered me a free detail and and to top off my gas tank. They did top off my gas tank, however it does not look like my vehicle has been touched in regards to cleanliness there were multiple bug splatters still on the windshield and grill, my hand turned black just running it along random vertical surfaces, dirt all around the center console, does not appear to even be vacuumed, and there is some sticky substance on the side window. They did however manage to find time to swap out there advertisement where my license plate goes. I will never do business with them again.

I took my wife (and mother to be) into West Hills looking for a vehicle that would handle our existing family and the babies to come comfortably. Frank came out to see us and assisted us in looking at the SUV's that we were interested in. He was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable on the products that he spoke about. Very low pressure, answered all of our questions, and let the vehicle sell itself. We settled on a Durango R/T and are very happy with the purchase. After the sale our service has been great. We are very happy with this experience as a whole. Thank you Frank!!

I highly recommend buying a car here! Morgan Campbell was so incredibly friendly, and helpful! It was my first time buying a car and that was super intimidating and I was very nervous! But Morgan relieved all that stress and found me the most perfect car, and explained everything to me so perfectly to where I left knowing everything was okay, and plus she made me feel so welcome! the staff here is so awesome and I recommend West Hills to everyone!

WORST Service Department EVER. Disorganized, don ...

WORST Service Department EVER. Disorganized, don t know what is going on, and are literally out to lunch At first appearance they seem well, if not over, staffed. My first experience was disastoruous, having to wait over half a day for repair that was supposed to take two hours, than told to rent a car and return the next day. Returned next day and was told would take another couple of hours. Ended up being four more hours as the entire Dealership disappeared for a BBQ lunch and Staff Meeting.
Months later I determined to give them another try.
Made an appoinment well in advance, showed up frist timng in morning, for what was supposed to be a half day recall repair . A friend picked me up and we went off for the better part of the day. Upon return waited about 10 minutes for my specific Service Tech to appear. He couldl not find my keys, paperwork, or me or my car in the computer. He disapeared for 15 minutes and returned to say they were still working on my car and it would be another 1-1/2 hours, which would be after 5 PM. I said I thought my car was sittiing in the car lot just outside the entrance door. He frustatedly said he would go check, and disappeared for another 20 minutes, while I stood in front of his desk. I asked the Tech at the adjacent desk if he knew where my guy had gone and he said too lunch . This was after 3:30 pm ?? I waited another 15 minutes, with my friend also waiting, and finally a thrid Tech asked if I had been helped. I expained my car was sitting outside, but my designated Tech said it was in the shop, and he had disappeared. The new third guy check the computer, and said my car was done and ready to go. He went to the original tech s desk, found my keys and paperwork, and in two minutes I was out the door. However, there was NO apology or any acceptance of there being a problem.

I will never return to this dealership. THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN THE NORTHWEST.

Awesome experience at west hills automotive. I met Cody LaBree within a few seconds of pulling up and told him what I was looking for. We test drove several cars then went through color to pinpoint the perfect one. Cody is definitely a car guy! He really knows these veichals inside and out. He even gave me a full tutorial on the features and how they work. Super happy with my purchase and the financing was simple. I recommend anybody looking for a new veichal to go in and talk to Cody!

I can now say I definitely should have waited to review this dealer. After purchase if the vehicle and returning home I realized that I hadn t followed up on the best price guarantee that the dealer advertises. I had found multiple vehicles at a better price only 15 miles further away and according to the dealer they will match the price or order you the same vehicle at the competition price. If neither of these can be done they SAY they will give you a thousand dollars. Well I was told by my salesman that they couldn t match or order me a vehicle at the trim level and price of their competitors at Auburn Jeep. I foolishly thought that the salesman s word that he would be following up on this was the truth. Over a week later and a email to the sales manager and my salesman and both have gone unanswered. The only responses I have gotten are from the dealer asking me to retake the satisfaction survey because low scores hurt them!!! They don t even try to correct their false advertising or apologize just shoot out a template email asking for a better score for doing nothing. If there was a way to never set foot in the dealership again I would take it! Unfortunately I have to go back to pick up my registration whenever that comes in and they remember to maybe call me back. As for everything Jeep going forward I made a trip down to Auburn and met with them regarding doing all future service and sales through them. They have been very responsive and kind and the prices are far and away better than Bremerton. I really wish I would have listened to my friends and neighbors about not going to west hills but unfortunately I had to learn the hard way by being over charged and underserved!

I love my Jeep!

I love my Jeep!
Cody is knowledgeable, honest and patient. He worked with us over several days, many test drives and numerous questions. I love that he kept his sense of humor and went to bat for us to get us everything we wanted no matter how crazy.
Jim in the service department is a rock star! He had gone above and beyond to setup my appointments for service, schedule rentals, follow up on questions about my jeep (especially listening to my wired explanations of things that I need to have looked at)
No one at Jeep has let us down. They are kid friendly, have popcorn and will search WA and beyond to make sure they can get you the Jeep you want at a price you can afford.

We have purchased our last two vehicles from Dallas and Nikki. Soooo refreshing to not have to worry about being cheated or taken advantage of. Dallas found us the perfect vehicle for my wife and the perfect vehicle for me. Not only that but they regularly check in with us to make sure we are still happy with the service and the vehicle. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Worked with Tristan in service, he seemed to be having a bad day, not very friendly or engaging, overheard another writer get off the phone and complain openly, and quite loudly (as I was in the waiting area with 2 other people) about the person he was just talking to on the phone who was having a bad experience with their car. I was told that it would be 1 hr and 15 mins but its took an hour and 30. Tristan was nice enough to clean my inside windshield, although my seat was left in the position that the lot attendant put it to instead of back in my memory one position and the rear view was all messed up and left that way. Said 'have a good day' to Tristan as I left and didnt get a response. Like I said it he mightve just been having a bad day, and it was just a snapshot, but they weren't particularly busy so I'm not sure what was up, definitely wasnt a remarkable experience.

Reggie and Kenzie really helped me out! Wanted to trade in my current high mileage truck for a different lower mileage truck. We ended up finding a truck with the same amount of power that I need for hauling my horse trailer that was a lot nicer then my truck. I m super happy we were able to get my truck situation figured out and taken care of. I appreciate the two of them taking the time to work with me and my power of attorney papers. Being a military spouse that was so helpful to me. Made the process while my husband is at sea a lot easier and gave me more peace of mind. Thank you guys so much!

I recently bought the Dodge Ram 1500, and I am very happy with the truck. In addition to being a great truck it has all the nice features that I would expect in a luxury car. Built in DVD player, remote starting (great on cold days), integrated blue tooth technology to talk hands free through the speakers. Sunroof, and a button to open the sliding back window from the driver seat. Other features include movable foot peddles, (good for shorter people). And how about this one, reprogramming the settings of the truck from the steering wheel. For example, I do not like the horn to honk when I lock the doors remotely. I can change that setting while following a simple menu system the will let me change that and all kinds of other settings. There is a 30 gig hard drive for music, pictures, movies, and what ever else you want to put there. You can download music and files onto the hard drive through a USB port (really cool). For you ipod fans there is an adapter so you can play your music as well.

The sales people are friendly, helpful, not pushy, and courteous. I know Deb, Dallas, and Brian from finance quite well and consider them to be my friends.

The service department recently merged with another dodge dealership, and for about a week there were trying to adjust to all the new customers, but they have seemed to have gotten everthing together, and it seems to be flowing really smooth now. I think the service that I have recieved from my older vehicles has been very good, and I am COMPLETELY confident to bring all my maintenance to them.

Just wanted to get the fluid level in the transmission checked on my 2012 Grand Caravan, because someone at Dodge thought it would be a good idea not to have a transmission dipstick on this year of Caravan. So that you would have to go to the dealership to get it checked. Ya, that ws a good idea. NOT!
But anyway they wanted to charge me to do preventive maintenance on my vehicle.
Which I think is outrageous, what ever happened to customer service? This is the thanks I get for buying a Dodge.
Be warned and wary of this dealership's service writer's/department. Don't pay for preventive maintenance.

I've purchased 3 vehicles myself from Dallas at westhills Chrysler jeep dodge... HE IS AMAZING AND DOES NOT PRESSURE....SO the reason for the one star review is the last purchase. Close to 4 months ago I purchased a 2015 dodge Durango, I was smelling coolant and having a transmission concern the first time it was in for 2 weeks. They couldn't confirm the coolant smell nor the transmission concern but they refreshed the TCM.. ok maybe that took care of the transmission concern NOPE.. the second time it was in for a MONTH !!!! They had the spark plugs out looking for a cylinder head gasket concern cause they were finally able to confirm that the vehicle was losing coolant and it wasnt leaving coolant on the ground..... they started a stars case with the factory, then they said they found a coolant at the rear heater core lines and fixed it.... ok sweet it's fixed I get it back, well not even 24 hours later the vehicle starts misfire and has a dead cylinder. It gets towed back they lookex at it and say the #3 ignition coil went bad so they replace it along with the 1 of the 2 spark plugs in that cylinder...... here's where there is a plot twist, so I'm looking at the paper work and low and behold there is a hand writing work order from the technician stating that in cylinder #3 one of the spark plugs was left loose and blew out and destroyed the ignition coil and the valve cover gasket..... BUT THE TRUTH IS NOT ON MY INVOICE. It states that the ignition coil in cylinder #3 went bad causing the misfire....

SO ITS SAFE TO SAY THAT WESTHILLS HAS BUSINESS PRACTICES THAT ARE NOT TRUTHFUL !!!!

BEWARE ! and believe me I will be telling everyone I know and putting it all over social media and reviews that your dealer lies and covers up the truth

After speaking with 3 people about a vehicle we drove 3 hours with a crying infant to the dealership to find out the car hadn't even be detailed or been to the mechanic yet. It took the man 35 minutes from the time he said he will go get the car until he actually brought it back for us to look at. The salesman was clueless, slow and not helpful at all. After a 3 hour ordeal we left empty handed and they applied for countless loans on our behalf for over 10K more than the actual price of the vehicle we looked at. I will never give them a chance again.

Service department is quick and they did a good job with my oil change and tire rotation. But, if you're calling to ask about pricing for a particular service be sure to hound them about FINAL cost as they were not clear on cost over the phone and in person. I was quoted $39.99 for an oil change and $14.99 for a tire rotation on my Jeep renegade over the phone. Show up and I'm told $89.99 for an oil change with a total cost of $104 with the tire rotation. Didn't really want to drive somewhere else, so I agreed after complaining a bit. Later, after they finish, I'm given a total price of $122 with tax...was not happy with it, so they threw in a free tire rotation. WHAT'S THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE? That's all I want to know. The price jumped every time I talked to someone (over phone, before service, after service...3 different prices)

The finance guy depleted my 5 star rating. Car salesman is great, patient no pressure. I just bought my second vehicle from there and have recommended them in the past. But that FINANCE GUY wouldn t return my calls and when I showed up to get my question answered he told me he was out of the office for the last week and a half. He lied, I just signed paperwork with him 6 days ago. It was important to me to bank with the credit union, thought that was the plan as it was listed as the loss payee on insurance agreement and legal owner on the odometer disclosure form. I was shocked and furious when I received an email notice from a different lender congratulating me on my car purchase. I am done with this place.

Poor Customer service.

Poor Customer service.
8/6/2020 I came in for an oil change.
A Covid sign on the door directed me to stay near my car and a representative would be out to assist me. I waited 15 minutes before ventured inside for assistance, staff seemed to busy to help and no one would look at me standing there. I felt like I was putting them out for wanting my car serviced there.

I always get my oil changed at west hills Jeep and get exceptional customer service, but after this experience I may be going elsewhere.

Web site difficult to make a service appointment other than regular maintenance. When I call to and leave a message to schedule NO one calls me back. I have even chatted on line and they tell me they will leave service a message. No call back. I have to call multiple times to make an appointment. I do know how to use a web site. All I hear it is a new system but that has been going on for several months. I have a problem with my vehicle and it needs warranty work but obtaining an appointment is very difficult. I am disappointment but once you overcome the obstacles to obtaining a proper appointment then things are better. Why does NO one call me back to schedule service. I then just had to make a regular oil change to bring my car in for a starting problem.

Morgan with internet sales was great to work with. She set me up with Mackenzie B. and it was a pleasure. She attentive to what I was looking for. I went in for a Dodge Journey and after looking at other vehicles, it came down to the Dodge Grand Caravan GT. I am very pleased with my purchase! Finance Mr. M was very efficient and quick.

We were looking for a jeep Rubicon and found exactly what we were looking for. We called and the sales person was very nice. We put a $500 hold on the jeep on a Thursday and were going to pick it up on Saturday. We received a phone call Friday and were told they sold it to somebody else. We have excellent credit, 800, so that wasn't the issue. That was the first time we tried to buy a car out of town. I doubt we'll ever do it again after this experience.

These people don't even deserve a star, their service department is the worst to deal with, thank god I don't have to deal with them. Unfortunately my parents and a cousin have, over 13,000 dollars of repairs and the worst bunch of lies on diagnosing and what needs to be done, I have been a technician over 20 years and have never heard of a dealership $#&%ING over customers as much as these people. Nobody I know including my family will ever be going to this place again. They are a complete rip off ND are unethical.

Would not recommend this dealership. Salesperson was ok, but Blake in F&I lacks severely in communication and working in a timely manner. I purchased a vehicle with Gap insurance and refinanced, so the Gap should be refunded to me. I reached out to sign the paperwork, and was told I should receive my refund in 2-4 weeks. It has been 8 WEEKS and when I follow up with him directly I get no answer in return. SHADY If you ask me. If they're willing to try and strong arm me out of 525 bucks in Gap, how much do you think they're willing to screw you out of?

My 2019 Ram Truck has been in their service department for 58 days as of this review. Chrysler nor this dealership has been able to diagnose and repair my new truck. It has 1,800 miles on it and it completely lost power when I was driving on the highway at 60 mph. Their service department has been nice but completely ineffective. They have my truck but there is no end in sight. I contacted Chrysler Care as well and they have not assisted in any way. I wish I would have known the level of customer service I would have received before I ever purchased a new Ram truck. I ve learned the hard way that Chrysler doesn t stand behind their products. Think twice before you buy a Ram truck.

The worst customer service. They also prioritize very wrong. This is one of the most shady dealerships I ve ever worked with, they have overcharged me multiple times and pretty much said there was nothing they could do about it after we had already talked about a price. They also broke something on my car and had the part sitting on my front seat without even telling me, when I was getting in my car I noticed it and asked about what this was the guy said he had no idea and that I would have to call later to talk to a mechanic because There was nothing in the report and that they were busy with other Customers, Unless I wanted to wait a half an hour... Overall I ve had plenty of terrible experiences with West Hills! I do not recommend.

BAIT and SWITCH for service. Do not schedule service unless you actually talk to someone in the service department of the dealer you are working with. I WOULD NOT recommend the service center (please read full review below).

Previously, I've taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee to a dealer for service in the Seattle area. However, after getting a quote for a ~64K service (per the manual)I decided to look around. West Hills provided a lower quote when I talked to the service schedule team INCLUDING spark plugs. I confirmed with the person I spoke to 3 times that the spark plug cost was included.

When I dropped my car off, I was surprised when the asst. service manage said the spark plugs weren't included. Apparently, for this group of dealers, they have a common call center for all makes and models. The reps are the same from Chevrolet, Kia, etc. and don't know much about the services. And it appears they have very poor processes in place to try and 'get you into the service department'.

So I drove all the way out here for the same service I could have done at my regular dealer. And they did not have an 'included rental car' available. They did offer a 'discount' to change the spark plugs but that doesn't make up for my time and frustration.

It was awesome...Jake is the nicest man I have met ever....he didn't ignore me and he made sure that everything was taken care of..he went above and beyond the average car salesperson..he is the best I've ever dealt with...and I have bought a least a dozen cars and Never had such a great experience...other sales people could learn some very good qualities from Jake...thank you very much :-) :-) :-)

Lance and Jay did a good job.
I have been talking to Jay online for at last 2 months till I finally came in.
I have talked to every dealer from Portland to Alaska. And Jay did a great job in explaining things to me, not making any empty promises and not being pushy like a lot of other dealer do.
I'm sorry I don't remember your name (New guy) but you have been a great help picking my engine on them test-drives.
Lance took over for the in store portion and he knows his business.
I spend 4 months researching the net so I knew what I want and nobody once asked me why don't you go with this one or that one.
I was helped with the online search for the car since they didn't have it on the lot in any dealerships with in 300 mils.
Have to wait 6 to 8 weeks till they make my truck but it's gonna be exactly what I wanted.
Well sure enough I did get the truck. I got more then a fair deal, I would be surprised if the dealership made any money on the truck.
Thank you guys.
If I ever wanna get another truck you gonna be my first stop

So ultimately i wouldnt go here if i was you. They pressured one car on me I didn't even want. Didn't test drive the two cars I intend to drive. One of the cars I wanted to test drive wasn't even cleaned out and I gave a 3 day notice that I wanted to test drive it. They are very condescending, first they talk about they know whats best for my family, then the salesman left for a good 30 to 40 minutes and came back complaining no one got him lunch. Customer service reps there was nice though, but the Salesman is not. If you liked to be pressured on one car you dont want, it's the place for you

Mike was the best salesmen ever! He made sure I got what I wanted, and served me with a smile! He was very helpful when it came to deciding what car I should get, since I had a list of requirements. My husband's truck finally bit the dust a few months ago. Not looking forward to truck shopping and the flock of salesmen that typically rush to you the second you touch foot on the lot, we went to West Hills CJD and had a totally different experience. We worked with Cody Watts (no - we're not related). It was so refreshing to get the help we needed and not feel pressured or get fed lines of BS. Cody was great. In fact, a couple weeks ago I was rear ended in my own vehicle and it was totaled. Without a second thought, we called Cody and went back to West Hills CJD to by a second vehicle with the same great experience. We referred a friend to him, who also had an awesome buying experience. I no longer dread car shopping. Thanks, Cody!

Absolutely awful customer service! I literally try to make an appointment for the past two weeks and the lady at the front desk will hang up! Terrible! I will not do any business with this dealership.

Update: Cody Edwards did an awesome job taking care of this issue. He made sure I was able to schedule my appointments for my convenience. He assure me that he will speak with the receptionist. Thank you West Hill for addressing my complaint. I really appreciate!

Ask for Reggie Ross! Very happy with my experience at West Hills CJD. They worked with my needs and concerns as I evaluated getting and modifying a vehicle for disability. This required a number of visits as we figured out the best fit. Throughout it all, there was never any pressure. It was like dealing with a close friend who you know has your back and is going to help you do what's best for you, no matter what. Also, they're great with kids! Thanks Adam, Reggie, and Amelia!

Joe Henry was so patient and informative during my shopping experience. I never felt pressured to buy or that I was being fed lines about the jeeps I was looking at. From looking to buying I felt confident and comfortable with Joes help he spent all day test driving and explaining the differences in models until I fell in love with the right one. Then Ron was awesome at explaining everything and making sure me and my family understood and felt confident with the purchase paperwork. All around Joe, Ron, and Bret all made my new Jeep purchase Amazing and I feel I got the best deal and service!!! Thanks guys!!!

10 stars. I didnt buy a truck yesterday but i just felt the need to Express my fantastic experience. Reggie Blake and Darren are fantastic sales reps. I had the pleasure on and off working with each one, and there more then professional when it comes to what the consumer wants. They dont try to put you in a vehicle that is out of your budget, taste, and interest rates. The front counter worked tirelessly to try to reach my budget, but due to my personal limit just couldnt work. I enjoyed the experience and I'm sure that any other consumer walks in, they will treat them the same as they have treated me.

Pound for pound, West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge performs better than any dealership I've been to in Washington, California, or Hawaii. I generally make a day of getting the cars serviced, bringing both but spacing their drop times so we have the other to go out to lunch or go to an arcade while each vehicle gets serviced. The customer waiting lounge is comfortable with coffee at the ready; periodically one can score a pastry too depending on when you go for service.

On our most recent trip in, Mr. Chuck Gurno's dedication and professional attitude when dealing with part unavailability for both our Mazda and Ford vehicles(the ford having been purchased at his lot) was greatly appreciated. I prefer when service consultants shoot me straight, and Chuck did just that. I intend to continue bringing my cars in to West Hills for both routine maintenance and unexpected repairs.
