Poor Customer service.

Poor Customer service.
8/6/2020 I came in for an oil change.
A Covid sign on the door directed me to stay near my car and a representative would be out to assist me. I waited 15 minutes before ventured inside for assistance, staff seemed to busy to help and no one would look at me standing there. I felt like I was putting them out for wanting my car serviced there.

I always get my oil changed at west hills Jeep and get exceptional customer service, but after this experience I may be going elsewhere.
