I took my wife (and mother to be) into West Hills looking for a vehicle that would handle our existing family and the babies to come comfortably. Frank came out to see us and assisted us in looking at the SUV's that we were interested in. He was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable on the products that he spoke about. Very low pressure, answered all of our questions, and let the vehicle sell itself. We settled on a Durango R/T and are very happy with the purchase. After the sale our service has been great.
