Update to my previous review:

I can now say I definitely should have waited to review this dealer. After purchase if the vehicle and returning home I realized that I hadn t followed up on the best price guarantee that the dealer advertises. I had found multiple vehicles at a better price only 15 miles further away and according to the dealer they will match the price or order you the same vehicle at the competition price. If neither of these can be done they SAY they will give you a thousand dollars. Well I was told by my salesman that they couldn t match or order me a vehicle at the trim level and price of their competitors at Auburn Jeep. I foolishly thought that the salesman s word that he would be following up on this was the truth. Over a week later and a email to the sales manager and my salesman and both have gone unanswered. The only responses I have gotten are from the dealer asking me to retake the satisfaction survey because low scores hurt them!!! They don t even try to correct their false advertising or apologize just shoot out a template email asking for a better score for doing nothing. If there was a way to never set foot in the dealership again I would take it! Unfortunately I have to go back to pick up my registration whenever that comes in and they remember to maybe call me back. As for everything Jeep going forward I made a trip down to Auburn and met with them regarding doing all future service and sales through them. They have been very responsive and kind and the prices are far and away better than Bremerton. I really wish I would have listened to my friends and neighbors about not going to west hills but unfortunately I had to learn the hard way by being over charged and underserved!
