My wife and I were just trying to get an idea of what kind of car we wanted. We drove to th Jeep, Dodge Crysler lot to look. Mel Blanton met us in the lot and we looked around. Did not see anything that interested us. He then drove us around to other WestHills lots and we found a beautiful Mercedes with only 14 thousand miles on it. He said let me see what we can do on this and brought the payments down to a comfortable level for us. Our experience at the dealer was over the top and would recommend CJD to anyone

We are currently working on purchasing our 2nd vehicle from Cody LaBree! We won't purchase from anybody else! Cody continually goes above and beyond to find us exactly what we're looking for! I had such an amazing experience at West Hills Jeep/Dodge dealership. My whole team was awesome. Maggie and Makenzie helped me pick the vehicle that was perfect for me and Mike made sure I understood every aspect of the car buying process! I had expressed to them my doubts about car buying from a previous terrible experience but they were very reassuring and made me feel as though they truly had my back with the entire process. Went in to get a quote for a complete brake job. Calipers, rotors, brakes the whole nine yards, front and back. They quoted the fix up for just over $4000!!!! CRAZY! i know dealership service departments always price gouge you on parts and labor but that was just ridiculous. I ended up shipping my jeep home to the midwest because i am moving back to Ohio soon. My jeep was fixed for $950.00 back home. Parts AND labor! So heres a little food for though: Cost to ship car $900 cost to repair $950. It would literally be cheaper to ship your Jeep to a master mechanic in my podunk country town in Ohio and then ship it back than to have West Hills do your maintenance!!! And you'd still save $1300.00!!!

We just bought an "NFL linebacker in a tuxedo," the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, After researching (my husband is a car guy) SUV's that offer luxury (Mercedes, Lexus, BMW), we also wanted safety and versatility. We got it all!

We looked on both sides of the water, and settled on West Hills CJD due to its integrity in salesmanship, negotiations, service, and accountability. Thanks, Kyle--you're a star in our book.

Truly, even if you live on the other side of the water, it's worth a visit to this dealership. It's a class act with no pressure. They want you to have the car you want! Never thought I'd say buying a car was a pleasant experience--it was indeed!

With the recent death of my husband of 44 years, the dealership (William Delaney, John Kalbosa, and the entire financial team) came to my rescue. Withe the trade in of my jeep and his beloved challenger, I was in my 2018 Wrangler with payments less than our 2 previous vehicles. The staff at West Hill are so very much more than sales people looking for that commission. They are family. I am so grateful for their compassion in this very stressful time of my life.

When I showed up at West Hills to test drive a truck, I really had no idea if I wanted to purchase a; Chevy, Dodge, or Ford; 1/2 or 3/4 ton; new or used. Not only did they let me take home a RAM 2500 for the day, but when I came back after work, the Dodge salesman spent more time driving us around to the other dealers so we could test drive the Chevy and Ford at the same time. After deciding on the half ton, we brought them all back to the Dodge dealership, lined them up side by side so we could make our choice. After making our selection (RAM 1500), we were surprised to find out that the salesman would likely make very little from the sale had we purchased Chevy or Ford. Even with that, they never pushed one vehicle over the other and truly let us come to our own conclusions. They happily put up with our long drawn out search in the rain, climbing into every 1500 on the lot to find just the right truck, even searching the entire state for similar vehicles to make sure we reviewed all of our truck options. I would easily recommend this dealership to friends and family. Thanks John and Mike.

WOW!!! This is by far the best dealership my husband and I have ever been to. Tyson Stanley was our sales agent and was absolutely phenomenal. Tyson committed his ENTIRE day to helping us find two cars that would work for our family. This guy worked through his entire shift; with no break, no lunch and in 80 degree weather!! By the end of the day he was drenched in sweat and not once did he complain! This guy is truly amazing; he found us two cars that are perfect for our family! On top of that he put gas in both cars and made sure they both were going to be serviced properly!!

The entire staff there is awesome!! Thomas, who works in the finance department, took care of our paper work quickly and efficiently; he was very pleasant to work with! Never has completing boring paperwork been so fun!!!

If you are thinking of shopping somewhere else other then this dealership you are making a big mistake!! GO TO THE DEALERSHIP you and your family will be happy you did!!

Love the Ram Rebel I purchased, However the customer service during and afterwards gives the dealer a one star.

Never rewrote contract to correct pricey charge items I told them I did not want. Apparently after cashing my down payment check, service goes out the window. Call after call gets me nowhere. They owe me approximately a thousand refund on items I informed they I did not want. My last call 4 days ago has not been returned as of yet. I complained and was told it would be elevated to the sales manager......4 days ago now.

Do not recommend this dealer based on my experience so far!!!!

Upon arriving are West Hills the salesman shows up and starts the typical Hi, I am >>> how are You? What are you looking for? How can I help? I was a little taking back with this shark style attach and would suggests to all of them a slightly more relaxed approach. Next thing that really stand out to me is that our salesman would repeat information 2 and sometimes 3 times. Being nervous and new I think is what lead to this. So I would recommend that that salesman listen and retain a little bit of what they are saying a what I (the customer) is saying. I repeated the same answer several times as well. Over all my experience was good and I will return again. I would just caution the salesman to relax and don't push to hard even when the manger says to create a sense of urgency. If our salesman would have listened to his manager and pressured me harder I would have walked away. There is no rush, buying a car is a huge commitment that needs to be thought through and needs to be right for the customer.

I went in to trade in some cars, they gave me a quote for one of the cars. I went in to actually try and sell the car 2 months later and the quote they gave me this time was 2k less then the one given 2 months prior. And to add on that, they accidentally kept my registration and when I went in to get it, they had "No idea where to look, it's probably gone" ... "it's only about 15$ to get a new one" is west hills going to give me 15$ to buy it?, nope.

Normally avoid any service from a Dodge/RAM dealer...

Normally avoid any service from a Dodge/RAM dealership since purchase of new 2013 RAM 1500. Original dealership misrepresented "Extended Warranty" as being factory warranty. Previous dealership denied breaking spark plug coil electrical connections.

Finally broke down and visited West Hills Chrysler. Worked with Tyler with maintenance concerns. Final bill was lower than the estimate.

Bottom line. After working with Tyler, I will continue to have my vehicle serviced by this dealership!

Get serviced here often staff is good and straight forward. They talk to you and let you know what's wrong before making any major or expensive repairs. The prices for an oil change are great as well priced around the same as Wal-Mart but better more experienced work/job done right and they check more stuff.

When I called to schedule my service I provided the technical service bulletin information, including the two parts I wanted replaced. They scheduled me for the next week and said I would get my truck back that day. I dropped it off Tuesday morning and was told I would get a call when it was done. I got no call and drove there that evening to get my truck. I was told one of the two parts had not arrived. I commented that they shouldn't have accepted my truck if they didn't have the parts. I left my truck and, guess what? No part on Wednesday. Part didn't get shipped from Portland (again). Left truck again and, guess what? No part from Portland again. I had to take the truck home Thursday night so I could drive it Friday. Dropped it off again on Saturday and they provided me a car to drive that day and pointed out that they would cover the cost of the rental. When I picked up my truck Saturday afternoon there was no adjustment to my bill for my inconvenience. When I pointed out the this was my 6th trip to the dealership for the 1.6 hour job that was supposed to have been done five days ago, they adjusted my bill insignificantly. I will never return.

Both the sales and service departments are tops! Our salesman, Frank Jeffers kept looking for the perfect car for us and called immediately when he found it. We made a very fair deal and couldn't be more pleased. (Purchased in Nov. 2012)

The Service Department is outstanding. The service is thorough and quick and the service writers keep you informed of progress and when to expect the vehicle to be ready to pick up. If service is going to take more than a couple of hours they offer a rental at a reasonable price or for free. Prices are in line with expectations and competitive with the local independents in my area. I like the confidence I feel knowing my vehicle is being taken care of by folks who are certified and are experts on my Chrysler product.

I have had the pleasure of interacting and observing Rick in the service department on a couple different occasions. Rick is very professional and very cordial despite being slammed with customer requests. His knowledge and respect for customers really stands out. He acknowledges customers readily as they step in, and is calm in his interactions with customers even when the customers are frustrated. He got my girlfriend's Jeep in readily and gave me multiple reminders when it was done. He'd unnecessarily apologize for the slightest delays despite it being obvious he couldn't speed the process up. He also has an impressive memory, I came in for a problem over two months ago (part was on back order) and he remembered my car problem instantly. Great guy, he definitely knows his trade.

After a phone call to make an appointment for oil change I was told that an appointment was not needed. Just come on in an it may take up to an hour.
So I get there early to wait for them to open and then told they are two weeks out and if I leave my vehicle for the day they may be able to get to it.

It was incredibly satisfying to buy a new vehicle without the typical hassle you hear people talk. Cody Watts made the process relaxing, mostly because he was patient and not at all pushy. We took the truck for an extended drive, which was helpful to me. Cody was honest and answered all my questions even when the answers didn't necessarily benefit him. He knew a great deal about the truck, which made the process much easier as well. The negotiation process didn't last long because he didn't try to offer the truck at full price first making us start from the top. He started with a very reasonable offer and also gave me a reasonable offer on my trade in. It was a long but rewarding day, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. When my daughter is old enough to drive, I wouldn't hesitate sending her to Cody and West Hills Dodge.

So far I like this place. They have great service, they really worked with me and some trouble I was going though with a trade in. They were able to out me in exactly what I wanted. I feel they really took the time to help me. I'll update this in a couple months to see if I feel the same.

A month later: I'm having issues with getting a problem fixed. The car has an issue, it was like that when sold to me, it's a well known problem for that year/make/model. I was told they could not duplicate the problem, so I guess that means they can't fix it, even though it's a well-known issue. I was told that it would be fixed free of charge (which is probably why they can't find it) I feel at this point if I were to pay for it then suddenly they be able to find it. Hopefully it doesn't cause a crash because it's definitely a hazard. I had my personal mechanic print me out the cause and solution from a service bulletin, but I dont see how that would help, they should have access to the same information.

After quite a terrible experience at another dealership, we decided to try West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They gave us back complete faith in dealers and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. They gave us an amazing deal on my new Jeep, a great rebate and exactly what I wanted on my trade in value. Blake was very kind and funny, Brett is a manager who gets it done and we actually enjoyed doing the final paperwork with Ron. This is a great group of people who actually do care!! Horrible customer service, I called several times to get a update on the loan process but no one could give me a answer or they kept saying they are working on it it s been a week and still working on it, they obviously don t care enough if that s the excuse they give. Stick to buying cars across the bridge, very bad experience

Update 10/18/2020: Almost a week has gone by and no manager has reached out, pretty much making my statement above even more valid. For anyone car shopping in kitsap seriously go elsewhere.

I bought a Dodge Nitro from Dallas Howell at West Hills Dodge about two years ago and my mom purchased one a few weeks ago. We both agreed that Dallas is by far the most helpful and allows you to make a decision on your own instead of feeling like your being forced into a sale by most sales people.

Last two times in the service department we have h...

Last two times in the service department we have had very poor experiences.. In December came in for oil change and some recall work... The recall work was done but they did not do a oil change... They had car over night, could of done it in the morning but didn't... When we picked up the car just before noon ,we assumed oil change was done .. Found out mid March that it was not done so made appointment.. Had to cancel and reschedule for April 2nd.... Got a tech message April 1st to confirm... Went down on April 2nd and they could not find us on the schedule... The service department could not do it for us that day at all is what we were told... Bit we could schedule for another day... We travel 126 miles round trip to come there... And these are prepaid services we have set up... A long drive and a yesterday for nothing ... And it seemed no big deal and no one cared.. It has been a week and not one call from you guys to see what could be done to keep a happy customer... We have bought two new cars from you bit I am not sure if I will ever come back ...I just bought a used Ram 1500... But not from you ...and will be looking for a replacement for the Pacifica in about 18 months.... Not sure how I will be feeling towards your dealership then... But you are not very high on my list as of today...

This place has alot of young overzealous kids with too much gel in their hair that apparently soaked into their brains if they have any. What's worse is the really annoying canned approach. They're so busy trying to remember their speech they forget the key to sales is listening and being genuine especially to a car buyer..came here to buy a Challenger and the kid didn't have a clue about what he was saying or doing. Don't whine about this review just improve your staff and approach

When we researched a new truck to tow a 5th wheel trailer, we looked at several different dealerships and several different makes of trucks. When arriving at West Hills CJDR, Tyler Hundson greeted us and was wondering what we were in the market for. We told him that we were not yet in the market for the truck but just doing some research. He was glad to help and we even took one out on a test drive. We had lots of questions for him and he had lots of answers, when unsure, he would ask other associates, and he would look up answers on the Ram website for the towing specs. and capabilities that we needed. We ended up with the new Ram 3500 diesel turbo HD that we ordered with Tyler's help months later. Not only did he go the extra mile on the first day that we were there, but every time we went in to talk or ask questions. He would periodically text us and let us know on the status of our order, and would even do research about it at home. When it was time for us to complete the purchasing process Tyler looked into some extra incentives that would save us thousands of dollars. He was smart, courteous, patient and funny! We would highly recommend him to anyone and we will be back to do business again!!

I want to share the very positive experience I had when purchasing my 2014 Dodge Ram1500 SLT, Bighorn addition. My husband did his online research, reviewing ratings, speaking to sale associates, and emailing dealerships from Bellingham to Olympia. We had a list and narrowed it down to a few dealerships we thought had the best price for the package we wanted. The deciding factors for us choosing West Hills Dodge were the customer reviews. And I have to agree this dealership is stellar. Jay Powers the online representative set us up with John Kielbasa that set us up with the perfect truck. For the 1st time my husband and I agreed without debate on the color, size, and price. Not to mention there was no pressure to purchase add-ons and no hidden cost. Now let me talk a little about the customer service experience. Everyone was great and I know this should be expected but John Kielbasa made us feel like family. He was so down to earth, easy to talk to, and very positive. He never spoke negatively about any other dealership, and acknowledged his co-workers in a positive light. I was so impressed that even though I live within 10 miles of two Chrysler-Dodge dealerships, I will gladly drive the 28 miles to have my vehicle serviced at West Hills. I also want to give a nod to Johnathan Post that did all our finance paperwork. I hope this review helps you also make the best choice in buying your next vehicle.

It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and she made it fast, easy and stress free. All of the staff at west hills were also friendly and helpful as well as informative. I'd recommend west hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge for anybody who wants to buy a new or used car.

If I could give them a 1/2 star or even ZERO Stars...

If I could give them a 1/2 star or even ZERO Stars review I would have done so but since I cannot they get a lousy ONE star.

I spent ~ $50K on a brand new vehicle in 2015 - a RAM 2500 Diesel truck - and have been calling them since April of this year due to them sending me a "Selective Catalytic Reduction Catalyst" S87 Recall notice trying to get my truck in to get this fixed. But I am being told they will likey NOT get the part until perhaps September at the earliest due to problems getting the part in from Chrysler.

It seems to me that for the ~ $50K I spent as an existing customer I should get precedent over Chrysler making new parts and their reason of not being able to get enough parts in is BS and terrible treatment of existing customers.

Therefore, you might consider buying from a manufacturer other than Chrysler who actually might value existing customers enough to prioritize them over chasing new ones.

Had to go to the dealership to get a key module programmed. First time in they told my wife they were going to charge her an extra $100 installation fee to unplug a wire from the old part and plug it into the new part. They didn't ask, they told her it was necessary. Fortunately, my wife knew better and refused to let them do it. Then, after telling me that they would be able to reprogram my old keys to the new module, they tell me that it won't work and insist on me purchasing a new key for almost as much as the new module. I refused and tried to do some shopping around to find that they won't guarantee programming of any key unless you buy it from them and only the dealership can program the first key on a new module. So back to the dealership my wife goes with a quoted price for new key and programming from her first visit. When she asks how much at the desk, they quote her a price $70 dollars higher of their standard fee for programming plus the cost of the new key. After she insists only paying the standard price, they reduced it to the original quote.
Both times my wife took our car there, they tried to overcharge her and she had to argue to get the proper price for what we asked. Don't go her for service unless you are prepared with complete research and are ready to argue with the staff. If you need to go to a dealership, find another one. It will be worth the drive.

I had an appointment at 4pm; I was early. As I parked, I was met outside by Tyler. He took down the information for my car which I was trying to sell. I gave him the price I was quoted and he let me wait in the waiting room for approximately 25 minutes. He said they agreed on the price and; did the paperwork, had the finance people talk to me and I was done. I asked about the shuttle service; they said due to covid they didn't have it, but they did get me home. Best service I could ever expect; many thanks.

UPDATE:
It has been almost 2 months since I CHANGED my review to a 3 star from a 1 star with the above statement. The reason I increased my review to a 3 star was because the service manager indicated they would cover my original issue. I have been waiting for a check ever since. I have contacted the service manager several times. He continued to tell me that a check would be forthcoming. We have not received one.

I am done waiting.

My original issue was my Jeep had a check engine light. The problem was caused by a cracked spark plug. That spark plug had been changed ~6000 miles prior at West Hills. The spark plug was fixed at another dealership because it was a 20 day wait to get an appointment at West Hills. The only thing the service manager said at the time to the other dealership was that it had "been a long time". I don't drive much, it had been 6000 miles and we all know how long tuneups last on these modern cars.

I only have work performed at Dealerships. I have the lifetime drivetrain warranty and I do not want to do anything to jeopardize that. The other dealership called West Hills to inform them of the issue. West Hills had ample opportunity to resolve that issue while my Jeep was in the shop.

It was only after I stood up a 1 star review that West Hills contacted me and indicated they would make good on the broken spark plug. I gave them the benefit of doubt and assumed they would send a check as they had promised.

It is two months later. No check. Multiple communications saying there would be one.

I have owned 3 Chrysler/Jeep products and driven almost a half million miles on them (77k/243k/160k). You do that by taking care of them.

West Hills has lost my trust.

Mackenzie Boom was our sales lady and she was awesome. She was really friendly from the time we walked in the door till we walked out. I would definitely buy another car from her. No pressure from her at all. She showed us how to work everything on the jeep. I would recommend her to anyone.

Cody is a patient and knowledgeable salesman with a passion for cars. He took me around to all the lots showing me only the cars I told him I was interested in. After my purchase he has followed up with me personally to ensure I was more than satisfied with the car I chose. He even helped me find information to replace the headlights. "10 out of 10 would recommend to family or friends"

Update: I got a call from Cody the GM of west hills and he took care of me very nice guy and cares about his customers so I am changing my review to a 5 stars I will keep this post updated based off my new experience this time around.....

I took my 2012 Durango here to have some maintenance and a recall done along with some issues I had noticed checked out. When I got there I was sold a maintenance package that included alignment tire rotation all fluids changed and all filters $500 plus tax, not bad I thought. So I left my car for the day and went home I got a call the next day and was told the issues it had and that my warranty wouldn't cover it ,so i told them just do the recall and maintenance I was told ok and that my car would be ready in about an hour or so. I left home for my 45min dive back to the dealership, when I got there I was handed an $1100 bill and was explained the charges .they were charging me for every diagnosis they had found on the vehicle. Witch later I found out some would have been found as part of the maintenance I had paid for ... None the less I paid the $1100 and went on my way. On my way home I checked my tire pressure gauge to see where they had put the tire that had a slow leak in it ,low and behold it was in the same spot mind you now Im half way home by this time. So I called the dealership and talked to the service rep that I had been in contact with the entire time and was told it was just a mistake and to bring it back for the rotation. I told the rep that I was half way home and that I would just take it to my local shop and have them check the work that was done on the vehicle. In no more then 5 min I get a call from my wife saying the dealership called my house and wanted a return call asap. Hmmm I thought to myself so I get home call the dealership and was told there was a mix-up and that NONE of the work was done on my car including the recall because they where waiting to do the exhaust work so it would be easier to get to the part that needed fixed. At this point I'm not to happy they offered me a refund of the diagnostic fee that I shouldn't have been charged for and I could take It back down for the maintenance I had paid for, so all in all they offered me no deal except to give me back my money they shouldn't have even charged me for in the first place I told them I wanted a refund for all of it and for something to be made right other then me getting my money back for a crooked diagnostic fee. They refunded me my money now 3 weeks later and I also got ahold service manager who was nothing but a garbage sales man. I explained my situation to him and that I just lost 2 days of work now for nothing because they tried to rip me off I was then offered a 10% discount if I got all the work done that they said I needed... I told him $500 off a $5000 repair was not enough for being out 4days of work now and another hour and a half of driving . I was told pretty much well though , that's all he would offer me. I called back and said I wanted to talk to the person above him and was told that would be the GM of west hills Dodge and that they would have him contact me when he got back in,
it's been a month now a numerous calls later and nothing ..... DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIERS... My ac now has more issues then it did nothing is fixed and I also found out the next closest dealership to me that would work on my dodge witch is Wiler Toyota is ownd by that same guy...... Do your self a favor and avoid these places like the plauge they will rip you off and smile while they take you money.....

At this point in time I am not sure if I am even comfortable giving this dealership a 3 star review.

When my boyfriend and I got to the lot I was surprised and kinda of great full that sales people were not swarming to us. This was nice at first but after looking about about 10 different cars, we were getting turned off that no one even said hello to us.

We ended up finally meeting a sales person (sorry don t remember his name) who was meh (I have a lot of anxiety issues and as such was letting my boyfriend do all the talking). After test driving the first car he handed us off to another sales person.

Reggie (spelling sorry) the next sales person was hands down 100% amazing to work with. I told him exactly what I wanted in a vehicle (quite a long list actually) and he was able to find me one that had everything in it that I wanted minus one item which ended up not being a deal breaker for me. He was not pushy, he listened to me, he was down to earth and personable ( when I go car shopping again I honestly will probably text him asking for his help).

Now the reason I am not even sure if I want to give the dealership itself 5 stars is because of their finance? Department. It takes a lot to offend me and Ian the finance guy did just that. I felt like I was being targeted because of my sexual orientation. I won t go into details as this is currently being addressed but he had asked me a question privately (should have been addressed to my boyfriend as well) and I found the question to be very inappropriate and very offensive to me.

I had mentioned this to another employee at another site whom I m turn informed Reggie. Reggie has been in contact with me and personally apologized to me and has brought this to the managements attention.

I guess I can update this if and when anything else may be addressed.

My wife found a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Touring online to replace her 2005. She called and made an appointment but by the time we got there the one online had been sold. They did however have the same van with more features for less than the first. Apparently no one liked the interior color. We worked with John McLaughlin and he got us good trade in values for my wifes old van and my motorcycle. He got us into the exact price range we wanted for monthly payments and made the whole process painless. We had our 3 kids with us and they were treated like family. They had balloons, coloring pages, and bottomless pop corn. In short, great people, great deals, and great place to buy a car.
