Bought a new truck here. I was hesitant to come to this dealership because of previous experiences. I am more than happy to say that my experience this time was easy and hassle free. They gave me fair value for my trade and a great office on a new truck. They were even able to get the truck i wanted from a different dealership in one day to complete the sale. Thru have changed my mind about their dealership and i will not hesitate to visit again in the future when looking at vehicles.

I had an amazing experience buying a new Jeep at West Hills. Blake was a great salesman, super knowledgeable and very low pressure. He was happy to promptly answer questions on his day off while I was contemplating purchase. Since I decided to buy the car on Blake s day off he set me up with another great salesman, Moshi, who we equally as knowledgeable and fluidly picked up where Blake left off. Overall it was a great experience and I can t recommend these guys enough.

The service department is rather lacking in skill ...

The service department is rather lacking in skill and pride/ownership of work. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of work. took our jeep patriot in for an oil change, as well as to have an oil leak and leaking cv joint boot looked at (under warranty). upon picking the car up today we were told that they couldnt see signs of an oil leak ( early stages of an oil leak are clearly visible from the front cover and oil pan joint) and that the cv joint boot was road grime so they cleaned it (The boot is still covered in grease and a clear streak visible on the back of the engine block which lines up perfectly with the boot).

we were also promised a complimentary wash, and even with the fact that they had the car all day and spent maybe 2 hours of labor on it, it still wasnt clean. The car not being clean is a minor thing in of itself and really not an issue. Although, added to the lack of attention to detail and lack of pride in something as simple as cleaning away grease in order to clearly inspect a component is absurd.

Prior to joining the service i was a technician for almost 6 years. I'm a GM certified technician and ase master certified. as a prior technician im ashamed of the quality of work at this service department.

He always responded they didn t run a credit check right away like most dealerships do, he was able to get me into the truck I was looking for at a good price. I would buy from him again and their sales team!

I first got a "Gascap" warning that was quickly followed by a "Check Engine" warning. When I arrived Krys Giles verified the reason for my service appointment. Krys then told me that we could run a diagnostic check at $130 or I could simply purchase a new gas cap and have the codes cleared. Krys said that the gas cap was the likely issue for a vapor loss code. Krys was 100% correct and saved me $130. This is one of the reasons I only bring my Jeep to West Hills!! Well Done!!

When the truck had arrived on the lot, I received a phone call telling me that my dream car had arrived. I will definitely do business with west hills in the future and recommend friends and family. My dude Cody hooked me up. By far the best experience to date. Cody was very knowledgeable in the car world and very understanding as I was a first time buyer. He treated me with respect and in no way shape or form tried to take advantage of my age and experience in life as I'm only 22 years old. There was absolutely no sale pressure with him unlike other experiences with different dealerships. Cody was very patient with me and checked in weekly until I was ready to buy. Like I said it was my first new car purchase and very great full I met him and did business with him. I definitely will be contacting Cody for future purchases and will recommend him to family and friends. Not to mention the greatest aspect about Cody is that he checks in you and about the vehicle you purchased once in awhile he definitely puts the effort in to make sure your complete satisfied and goes above and beyond.

I have Never felt compelled to write a review for a dealership, however, this place is different than the rest. I knew exactly what I wanted, and found it at West Hills through a search of the Ram Truck Website. Since West Hills is long drive for me, I called my local dealer to see if they would do a dealer Trade and get the truck for me, but they were nowhere near what I wanted on my trade in. I called the dealership and somehow got Brett the GM on the phone. We chatted for a few minutes and I was given a price where you just shut up, get in your car ,and hope they are still open when you get there! With a deal over the phone that beats anything from Idaho, I was a bit nervous that I was going to run into a bunch of BS after driving 2 hours to get to their store. NOTHING COULD HAVE BEEN FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH! When I pulled in I was greeted by Moshi who I have never met, He was expecting me and standing right next to my new truck that he already had pulled out. I took my truck for a quick test drive, and yep, it s what I wanted so let s just sew this up. We went and grabbed some BBQ across the street while they were finalizing the DOCs and finance, and the whole time I was wondering when the Gimmicks and Glitches would arise. NOPE!! NO BS! Signed the papers, got in the new Truck and left. JUST AS AGREED UPON OVER THE PHONE.
A big thanks to Brett, Moshi, and the rest of the Crew at West Hills. My experience was FANTASTIC, and that is NO BS!

He was very helpful and patient and made the experience enjoyable. He's also knowledgeable of the vehicles. I'm definitely going back to him for my next vehicle. I took my truck into west hills cjdr for a simple update to my 2016 ram 1500 eco diesel. After the truck was returned to me the info to my filters had been deleted. I tried for weeks to get ahold of the service manager to resolve the situation with out a call back or email. These guys are totally unprofessional. I will be taking my truck all the way to Tacoma from now on. I wish I could rate these guys lower.

We leased my Wife's Jeep from here and actually ended up with a better deal than they promised us when it came time to sign the paperwork. The ford dealership down the hill under the same ownership also returned my deposit in full with zero hassle when I changed my mind about a car I had an order on. We will be purchasing my wife's next car here.

I had a good experience buying here, from the Internet Sales dpt to the finance desk. I don't like to spend time in dealerships as it can be a bit of time sink...I prefer to have negotiation done before hand and just come in and sign the paperwork then drive away. I realize that can be awkward on dealers as they think you're not serious, but it saves us both time.

They worked with me to get to where I wanted to be on price, which was important to me as I wanted to stay local. There was ZERO pressure to buy from them which was greatly appreciated...in fact when numbers were done, I was having some second thoughts on a new vehicle purchase at all, and they had no issues with it. After another days reflection with no questions asked by them, I came to the decision to proceed.

So a big thanks to the team for putting up with me. Love the truck, feel I got a good deal, and happy to have a local dealer for service and support which is important to me as well.

I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wants a great experience when buying a car. The overall service from West Hills CJD was very impressive. I looked up a vehicle on the web-site prior to going and found the car that I was interested in. I called ahead of time, and when I got there Tyson already had the car waiting on my to test drive. He was even able to show me how to use all of the gadgets on the vehicle as well. The price and other financials was the easiest part about it all, when it was time to negotiate I got better than what I was asking for. And that is not it, when I came back the next day to pick up my car, I was surprised to here that they even worked hard over night and got me a better interest rate and a better deal. Wow! I would like to thank Mr. Tyson, and all of the staff over at West Hills CJD for helping find the perfect car and perfect deal for my family.

I recently purchased my 2008 Chevy Cobalt from west hills and i am madly in love with it. I went there in search of an affordable used car but wasn't quite sure what kind of car i wanted. My fiance and i have gone through Freddy Goret a few times before and i wouldn't ask for any other sales person. He is extremely amazing. he worked hard to find a car that suits me and my personality along with a car that I could afford with the money i make. He came up with a list of cars with great gas mileage, excellent condition and we came across a car that was recently traded in with only 9,000 miles on it. He rushed to preserve this car for me, kept in touch to let me know what the status was with the banks and let me know when the car was ready for pick up. When i went to pick it up, he showed me all the great features of the car. He will drive the entire lot looking for the perfect car for you and succeeds every time. He is completely honest, knowledgeable, and hard working. He treats his customers more like family and friends than just a customer. he will listen and give you his undivided attention. I am VERY satisfied with my experience at west hills and VERY happy with the service provided by Freddy. He made this car shopping thing a fun experience and I am most definitely going back. I agree with many of the Service Department compla...

I agree with many of the Service Department complaints, but I have to tell you that they have some new employees now.

Mike helped me at the service desk. After I expressed my concerns and made it very clear what my expectations were, he called me several times a day to give me status updates. Their service was far better than it has been in the past.

Hopefully this is a new trend for them.

The other positive feedback I have is for John McLaughlin in Sales Department.

I just bought a truck from here a couple weeks ago and John has "hands down" given me the best buying experience I have had in 20 years of car buying.

John deserves a pay raise and a promotion to Sales Manager.

Stay honest John. That is what makes you better.

Well when i tryed I couldn't it could be used at thier dealer. Then when caught in the lie, the denied ever saying that it could be used at another dealer. They are dishonest don't trust anything they say.

I'm not usually the type to write a review - but I had the most amazing experience buying my first car here - I just had to share! I talked to Morgan Campbell on the phone prior to visiting, telling her my concerns about buying my first car, what I wanted, needed and budgeted for. And let me just tell you... she went above and beyond all my expectations! I only had a few hours to shop while carless and we were signed and off the lot in less time than I had expected. I loved working with her - she literally made my first experience buying a car a great one (which tbh I wasn't expecting AT ALL)! She's super sweet, caring, attentive and will meet or exceed all your needs! I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST GOING TO HER IF YOU NEED A CAR - she is truly wonderful and a joy to work with (and in my professional opinion deserves a raise because I hate shopping and I was on a time crunch and budget). It was Charlie Brummett with West Hills Dealership who handled my recent car repair experience. My Dodge Caliber has some issues that were not all caught during the first visit. Charlie's expert communication kept me informed of every step. He answered my questions and when he did not know, he found out and got back to me promptly. Although it's never pleasant to pay for car repairs, excellent customer service made the experience less painful. I will return!

Initially went in for a 40$ oil change.... 3 days and 600 dollars later... When they say it's free for a car rental, look at the fine print. I didn't want to leave my boyfriends jeep without the 500$ tune up at 30,000 miles.. and I didn't want to be without a car for a few days either "Oh we cover a rental car" 500 (tune up) + 65$ later.... as well as a 35$ "sublet fee" I'm thinking I'll just stick to my oil changes from now on. Total came out to be 568. I understand taxes, but that didn't add up for .08 taxes. It was suppose to be done in a day, I wouldn't have cared if i wasnt paying 20$ a day for a rental car they said was free. They even tried calling me to keep it longer, said I was at my minimum allowance for break pads and it would cost an additional 289!? So disappointed in this place.

Avoid service at all cost here! The service center has had my car for a couple day short of a month after pressuring me to have my TCM replaced. The TCM acted up, only after getting my cars oil changed at the same facility! The very next day after getting it back!

After getting the part in after several weeks, they told me it would be several more weeks because the new part was bad. Guess Chrysler has terrible quality control on top of allowing their dealership to play games with their customers.

The service manager team fails to return calls and even has told me got a sticky note on my computer for ya. Honestly I just haven t went down there yet...

I d have been better off letting the kid down the street try to fix it, instead of using the service package they sold me.

Not only would I avoid the Westhills Service center, I d recommend avoiding the entire hustle wood auto group.

On Wednesday 9/9 I was very pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by Mark the Service Manager at West Hills Dodge. He was unaware of the multiple repairs to my vehicle. Upon learning of what had occurred he immediately offered to reverse the charges of $346.00 from my second repair. My credit card account has been credited and I am very satisfied with West Hills Dodge's response to this issue. I felt that this was a very fair resolution and I would recommend West Hills Dodge.

I have A 2003 ram 2500 which required air bag replacement. The plastic upper dash plastic was of poor quality from the factory according to ram websites so I bought a soft dash cover to keep Uv off and reduce glare. A few months after the bag replacement I performed my annual detailing removed the soft cover and found to my dismay that my dash was cracked in 6 places. I contacted the service manager who told me because of the length of time that he would not help me out and nobody on his staff would replace the cover without informing him. So he called me a liar to boot. I do not understand why West hills gets such a high rating as I go to them only when absolutely necessary and find that half the time there are problems. I also have a honda bought new from them which I also refuse to bring to them for a multitude of past problems. I used to work at a dealership so I understand when things are not right. The biggest problem is Westhills has a auto monoply under multiple brands.

Recently had my car serviced at West Hills CJD. Nathan was my service advisor and greeted me with a smile. I have always recieved friendly, professional service each time I have had my vehicle serviced. I was updated on the status of my vehicle via text which was very convenient and was also able to contact my service advisor thru text. I would reccommend West Hills CJD to my family and friends anytime. Great store, great environment and friendly people who are dedicated in making sure the customer comes first.

Our salesman Justin helped us find the truck we wanted quickly . I was in a rush because I had work to get to in a few hours. They sped up the process for us, and I was able to be on time . Very nice people. My problem came when they charged me 360$ for a bumper to bumper inspection and they said it was all good, but had to tell them to double check the power steering pump. And what would you know an hour later for labor they said it needed to replace. So not only did I have to tell them what to look for , I also had to pay them when it should have been covered in the original inspection.

Have been back here 3 times for the same issue with my Dodge. Total cost of around $2400 so far. Just got done with yet another visit for the stalling, headlight issue I've been having. This is going to be an additional $380 so this brings the total up to $2700 since November 17.
Asked the service writer about the headlight issue and acknowledged he didn't look at it. That was one of the reasons for the visit. He messed around under the hood for a few minutes and it was agreed upon I would leave the car over the weekend to have it taken care of. Mind you this is an 08 avenger. Only 10 years old with 115,000 miles on it.
Originally have them 5 stars but have to redact that to 2 start.

I get fantastic customer service every time I go there but I'm not taking my car in for customer service, I need it fixed.

I have been working with Jim in Service for my Pacifica for the past 3 years and Tristen just recently. When I was ready to trade in my Pacifica last month, I worked with Dallas in sales and he was wonderful! John kielbasa, Cody, Jake and Bret have been amazing throughout the whole process of getting a new truck. We had some hurdles to overcome to say the least, and the 4 of them have gone above and beyond in getting my husband and I in a vehical. There was no detail to small that they were all willing to discuss and go over all options. They care about how they treat customers and it shows. They are all prompt with follow up calls and taking care of all our needs on the spot. We greatly appreciate all the wonderful help and support you have all given us. Frank Jeffers always provides my family the best in customer service and knowledge about vehicles. Frank is willing to go the extra mile to make me a extremely happy customer. This is why I have purchased three vehicles from him. I trade in my cars every two years and will continue coming back to Frank. I have traveled all around the puget sound to try to find the best deal and I always come right back to Frank. Being a busy, single Mom, I don't have time to go look at cars that don's exsist or are damaged or misleading ads. I no longer have to waste time and gas or get frustraited with other dealerships due to Frank making it so easy for me.

I dont typically leave reviews, but after being insulted with an extremely low trade-in value for my vehicle, I chose just to walk away from even considering any deals with a Jeep with West Hills. I understand they use other websites to value vehicles and dont use KBB, but considering what they wanted to give me was less than half what KBB says the trade is for it, well I would rather drive to seattle and deal with someone else rather than being insulted again.

If I could give this a negative star I would. Bought the bumper to bumper warranty which they don't stand behind. And when they had my car they lost it. Went to pick it up and nobody seemed to know where my car was at. They won't fix my car and they lost it. These guys are horrible

Got Used car 23000$ Only had it for 2 month

Got Used car 23000$ Only had it for 2 month
In for headlights to fix comes back lights up the sky not the road, back to dealer to get fixed
Heater core broke under 2 month had to pay a part of it (750$) miscommunications, not returning phone calls, now the break light is on, figured it out is a loose contact on E break i can turn it off with my fingers moving the cable, definitely something they did when removed the middle console fixing the core, best part they will run test and if they think it s not there doing I end up with more $$$$$ paying, before I spend 1 penny there I do it my self with YouTube,

Horrible Experience once I paid for car. I had no issue buying the car. Sales person Cody Watts rocked! However, once I bought my car, the experience went down hill fast. Certain things needed to be done to my car and Cody told me someone would call me to set the apt. I waited almost 2 weeks.. no phone call, so I called them. Apt person wasn't available, so I left a message. Another week goes by, no return phone call, so I called again and left a message and again, no return phone call. Called again, no return phone call.
.Now it's been a month, No return phone call so I called up and said, we're going to deal with this now...so, finally I set up an apt. They said to show up and get a loaner car. Came to the appointment and guess what?? NO Apt on calendar and no loaner car available (after I drove for a hour to come here). They tell me to come back tomorrow. So I asked for my license plates since I got a call for that as well. They can't find the plates and they were exceptionally rude about the entire experice since I purchased the car. Cody was amazing but buying a vehicle isn't worth the headache and lazy service.. purchase somewhere in Seattle.

We bought a used 2006 Dodge Ram and it had problems, which we knew about and decided to buy it, upon further driving and inspection, there is much more work that is needed and won t be drivable for a long time and will cost us thousands of dollars. The problem I am having is they didn t disclose these other issues. WE WERE RIPPED OFF. Don t buy a car from them ever!

Save yourself and your wallet, go to Tacoma. They actually care.

Terrible service all around. First with my wrangler for warranty repairs. I had to go back three times before the issue was "fixed" with my driver seat squeaking. It never was, I just gave up. The last time I picked it up they had the vehicle the entire day and forgot to plug in the seat belt sensor (to which I have issues with ever since they touched it). Wanted to over charge for every service ($400+ for differential fluid replacement?) Had my radio replaced under warranty and they messed up my dash/center console (bent the plastic) and they denied breaking the driver vent and would not replace.

Vowed I would never step into their place of business again.

Service people lie to you. Recently took a friend's vehicle in for service with an appointment to do a diagnostic. We had to because they purchased an extended warranty through them. Was told all day they were "working" on it. At closing they called that they needed the vehicle overnight because they didn't even get to it.

The sales person was great the finance guy, Brandon does not give good customer service. Not only does he not call back to tell you issues with financing, he was rude to me on the phone after I had to call him after waiting all morning and most of the afternoon. I'll not be sending anyone I know to that dealership and definitely not to Brandon in finance. I've been in customer service/sales for 18 years and never did I treat a customer like this.

Bait and swap is the game here. Disabled vet and Active beware. Verbal promises don't hold weight in this dealership. Over priced warranty with fine print. Did not see the scam, till after It broke down. Bad business and, poor resources for the Bremerton commuter. Disrespectful service staff. Buy better somewhere else.

These guys are about as close to perfect as you can expect in any customer-service related profession.

I bought a new jeep from them last year and, like some customers at any business, I experienced a few ups and downs; i.e. logistical frustrations, personality conflicts, etc. It's bound to happen at a business that employs 80+ people; no one's perfect.

With that being said; these guys are human and, ultimately, they care about you and your business. If it's possible to do right by a customer I believe that the dealership,, and Cody Edwards (general manager) spefically, is interested in making sure that's exactly what happens.

These guys offer a great experience, an excellent product, and real desire to exceed your expectations.

Give them that opportunity with the full knowledge that any bumps along the road - assuming there are any - will be ultimately handled in a manner that preserves the integrity of the customer/business relationship.

They have my business.
