The whole process of clarifying the matter was very difficult, each employee from the hotline said something different, and the constant information during the hour scuffing "please for a moment of patience" meant that it was getting less and less.
The worst lessor. They issue reminders for paid invoices, they do not actually send them. They charge money for everything. I have 4 cars in Leasing and VW Leasing is the worst bottom. All worst, the scammers.

Tragedy. In order to sign an insurance policy with another insurance company, you must have VW leasing consent. Of course, the form is sent at the last minute and there is no time for the new insurer to send them back on time (the form was issued with the date of September 14 and the deadline ended on September 18 - and on that evening I received the parcel of the boxes). Consideration, of course negative, because the form was sent after the deadline. But thanks to the lady from Auto Wimar, we managed to avoid the fee for processing the form and obtain a good price for the policy.

Leasing was informed that the car had not been released for more than 3 months, they had to "watch over" the situation and urge the salon (no longer the second, because the car in the meantime was transported to another salon). Everyone has a lot about everything and especially about the client. They enter literally in du * pe as they want money, but to fulfill their role they already have it somewhere. Let me describe our current situation in the "creation" called VW Leasing. On March 1, 2016, we are happy owners of the Golf 7 in leasing. After two years, due to the receipt of a company car, we no longer needed the car. We have issued an announcement regarding the lease assignment. In May this year. A company willing to take over the lease came forward, so the entire procedure started. After verification, VW Leasing gave its consent and sent an e-mail regarding the selection of the salon and the date on which all documents are to be signed. The choice was made on July 2 in a salon in Silesia (a person taking over from the other end of Poland). We also received the data of the person who represents VW Leasing in the showroom (for certain he had the required leasing authorization). There are three people on the spot: the current lessee, the future lessee, and the lady on behalf of the leasing company. The assignment agreement is signed with the statement that the July installment will be paid by the new owner. Asks about the release of the car. You declare that you also have the vehicle handover report with you and whether we want to hand it over now. From the very beginning, leasing was informed about such a solution. The new lessee would have to drive twice, sign a contract and then come to pick up the car, no sense.
So we sign the delivery and acceptance protocol, the question is asked about the document, finally we would like to have a pad that we hand over the car. In response, we hear that you are completing the documentation and sending it to the headquarters, where it will be signed and sent to us. We think ok, such things are commonplace and nothing arouses our suspicions. The client departs with our "ex" car.
In July, we are trying to clarify one more invoice, the monthly installment was PLN 1157 / gross, the wife paid PLN 1570 / gross in accordance with the SMS received from VW Leasing.
It's okay until August. On August 3, I receive a phone call from VW Leasing asking for the payment of the last installment, I am kindly informing you that the contract was transferred and I will not pay anything in accordance with the statement signed at that time. In August, we receive another invoice for payment for the month of August. I will not describe our surprise here, moreover, after receiving the car, our first invoice differed by PLN 850, it was larger. We reported it via e-mail and issued a correction, apologizing for a mistake. So we took it as another mistake. The end of August, and we still don't have any returnable documents proving the assignment, and we're getting nervous. Without this, we cannot terminate insurance etc.
So on August 30, we call the hotline, because you can't find out anything in the salon and they only refer you to such contact. In the meantime, emails were sent to explain the payment of the last invoice, without a reply.
On the hotline, we learn that the assignment did not take effect due to the invoice not paid by us ... and it started.
There is a sharp exchange of views, emotions drop and we ask what now? We also ask where have you been for the last 60 days, where are some e-mails, text messages telling about the situation?
The daughter takes over the phone and the problem is solved. Ms consultant, I would like to inform you that we should pay the overdue installment which we have tried unsuccessfully to explain since July, we are already waving our hand, we pay it without explanation to just finish the case. We send an instant transfer. We receive information that corrections will be issued for the new user and it will be over.
Yesterday, we call the hotline again asking what about our documents, this time we learn from the consultant that the assignment has expired and we are to continue to pay for the leasing ...... there is an exchange of views again, the consultant is unable to us help. We give him the date and time of the interview from August 30 that we heard something else during the previous interview. The conversation ends that the consultant will call us back from the last conversation, if she said something else, let her explain, you know, there has been spychology. We advise against using the services of companies that do not have branches, and they are openly deceiving people.
I do not think there is a worse leasing company. After the death of my father, who took Skoda Leasing, I had the entire crossing to settle the lease agreement. They stretched on the insurance of leasing repayment in the event of death (over PLN 2,000), from which they were very cleverly mixed up when I made a claim. Although we have insured the car with the previous insurer on identical terms for 1 (say one) day to buy out, we did not send any form that we did not know about and the claim was rejected. As for the complaint, waiting for it lasted two months, during which they threatened to take the car and counted the cost of a 90 PLN reminder ... We are waiting for the return of this insurance until today despite the letter. I will not recommend your company to anyone!
This company is the bottom! I was 2 days late with my own policy, despite the fact that I had paid for it earlier and expressed my active regret about the deadline, they decided not to meet the customer but to rip off the cash. I had another car in the bank getin and they never did such problems. At the end of the year I am buying another car in leasing but I will definitely not use this company's services!

Three years of cooperation ended with success. Before taking the lease you need to read the contract, so that there is no later clarity. I will use again.
They lie insolently. The first time I would give a rating of zero if I could. I lost several thousand and I could have lost a lot more. I advise you to avoid their wide arc and do not trust this company. No "contract will be sent to the address ...". If you need to sign something with them, I recommend crossing out empty spaces and taking pictures. The usual assignment of leasing a passenger car took almost 3 months.
First, several weeks of "Procedures", after numerous reminders, to hear that there are no formal contraindications. Together with the previous lessee, we arrived on the spot and signed the documents. We have been informed that there are no arrears or other obstacles, the transfer report and the contract has been concluded and I can use the car already. Still at the point I received the keys and registration certificate. The lack of knowledge and competence of employees could be abolished.
Later unfortunately, I did not receive any messages from VW, I did not even have a customer number assigned to me. I could not get any information about insurance and its scope, because apparently the contract was again "to proceed" and finally after many phone calls and a few weeks of waiting it turned out that some payment was unpaid and did not really come to the conclusion (sic !). The system still showed the previous lessee, and I only had to pay installments. I later got a "fake" assignment agreement with a much later date than I actually signed (the old date is also in the form of a stamp). As I did not have the contract I received, I was deprived of the right to write off 100% VAT for inspections, fuel and transfers. The costs related to the use of the car together with the amount of the transfer fee could not be booked. I lost several thousand zlotys and I was able to expose the treasury. If I had an accident at the time even at fault of someone else, I would not get compensation, the car could go to cassation, and I would have to pay further leasing installments.
Note also on insurance ranges and the time from when guarantees run. After picking up the car, it may turn out that the warranty was issued a few months earlier and insurance paid for a year or the entire leasing period will end sooner because the time does not run from the date of payment, and in some magical way (unless incompatible with Polish law), from earlier.

I try not to add bad reviews, the more that I often use certain services once, so my opinion does not have to be reliable. However, in the case of Volkswagen Leasing, with which my adventure lasts several years and is continuous, I finally decided to add an opinion. Not bad, because there are no huge tragedies, but ... Well, it will be my last leasing in your company, you do not respect the client with the right dose, which is why I want to give a signal to think about companies considering leasing in VFS. Well:
1. While the procedure of the leasing itself is running smoothly, because it is done by the employee of the dealer, the subsequent enforcement of any lessee's rights borders on a miracle. The car had a factory defect, I fought a year (!) With a dealer who did not see the flaws despite my clear directions, and looked at me as if he was a bully. After a year, it turned out that there was a factory action for it and it was only then that the problem ceased to occur. Help from leasing? None. Spychology - it's not your problem, "please contact the dealer", "please contact the importer". VFS consultants say one thing, the dealer says another, nobody takes responsibility, and the client stays with the problem for which he has to pay - he wanted not - 5,000 PLN per month. Invoices, however, always arrive on time, because the only thing that works well in VFS is the invoicing program. Fortunately, my stubbornness did the trick.
2. Hopeless contact. The customer portal is practically down. You can set up a case, but the consultant in the same minute when he reads the message and responds to it (whether this is another matter substantively), closes the case. You can no longer comment on a closed case. So I put on a second one. Appears as unassigned for 2 weeks. No words.
3. Contact on the hotline. Calling is a miracle. Regardless of the day of the week, time of day, the matter in which I want to contact. You have to spend about 2 hours on average. I leave the quality of obtaining information without comment. What a consultant is a different answer in the same case, they are supposed to send an email - they don't send if a paid order - yes, the invoice actually lands in the mailbox in a minute. As I mentioned above, the invoicing system works fine.
4. I have two companies - a sole proprietorship and a limited liability company I wanted to make an assignment from one to the other. No way. Refusal without giving a reason, possibility of another submission - in 3 months. No one is able to tell me why, the assignment ability is calculated by "analysts" - there is no contact with them, no one knows who they are, they do not make a report available to the client. Both companies bring comparable income. I don't understand it to this day. I gave up my assignment for the sake of mental health.
5. I wanted to shorten the leasing period by 1 year. Because I have enough of VFS and Audi and car. 2 weeks please simulate a change of schedule. Apparently it's very time consuming. I calculated myself in 4 minutes, I just want confirmation. When I can get through to each of the consultants, I explain from the beginning what I want to get. Several times. There is no information flow. Each of them says something different. One claims that the handling fee is 2% gross, the other says that it is net. I learn from another person that I will receive some summary invoice for unpaid capital. Never heard about it. Inquire. No clear answer. I hear the formulas themselves. Shock.

It is true that there are many additional fees, e.g. penalty for choosing another (cheaper) insurer than they recommend - PLN 360 - called the fee for examining the application. In addition, "accidentally" they forgot about my overpayment at the end of the contract and only after a written call the following year (after 7 months) returned the money. Were it not for the Accounting Act, I probably would not know at all that I had an overpayment. I wonder how many people left money for them not understanding the expressions "for your good" "for our good" from the print that they had to send at the end of the year. In general, I advise you to steer clear of these scammers
No lessor is perfect. As the previous speaker wrote, you need to read understanding contracts, and if you don't know something, it's best to go to a lawyer. Individual insurance is possible at a surcharge of PLN 300 net. The financial conditions can be adapted to your abilities. VW leasing is a big deal and if someone cares about "caressing" with the customer, you need to go to a tiny leasing company, but you don't know what can come out of it. In order for the opinion to be reliable, it is necessary to scan the entire history of the client, and this is the subject of the river. That's all about VW. greetings

I have just expired from the temporary registration certificate. VW leasing did not bother to go to the communications office to collect hard evidence. The funniest thing is that you pay the company for the car registration procedure, which includes receiving hard proof. So you pay for the service and it is not carried out. Today I heard "we have no proof and what you will do to us". I hope that the company is aware that if the car is stopped by the police and the company cannot operate due to lack of a vehicle, I will apply to the court for compensation for loss of income.

A bunch of thieves and scammers. In the first 2 years I had a car insurance policy with this thief company and then I paid assignments to move to another company. After one year, I made a continuation with this new company. At the moment I have to pay 2 policies. Vw leasing issued me his insurance because once again I did not pay PLN 300 for the transition to a new insurer. This is absurd. !!!! Lack of any information on their part about generating an invoice, and in addition the lack of sending a new policy. You just have to pay once for an unknown policy !!!
I have 4 cars in this bank - in total I have paid several hundred zlotys more than the invoices show. My fault, however, thought that this financial institution is fair and will compensate for this surplus. When I handed over one of the cars, I heard that nothing could be more wrong - you have to remind yourself. However, I reminded the lady from the bank pretending that she cannot find the surplus. The police should take care of it, it's a scam. Slowly I will give myself time and I will settle them for a zloty. I think it is a shame for Audi to use such overt manipulations.
Tragic service. Sell a lease approx. And then you can dig with them, because "we have our own procedures".
Thousands of requests to send all e-mail correspondence for nothing. People nowadays run online businesses and are not necessarily available at the company's registered address!
By calling the hotline they will not talk to a person until the contract number and customer number are provided. It doesn't matter that they can check after a tax ID a company that has one or two contracts. I want to get information here and now, and because I'm not in the office, I won't get this information because they have their own procedures. No because no.
We have leasing in Santander, and there are no such cribs there. A completely different approach to the customer. The customer should be treated so that he would like to come back, and unfortunately here the customer is treated so that the next three leases that we will sign in the next 3-4 weeks will be signed with someone else.
Dear VW Leasing, see how your competition works and take an example from them. The competition sends all e-mail information - it does not unnecessarily waste paper and does not spend money on stamps. E-mails are coming in with information about ending contracts, omitted invoices, insurance and all other matters. It's free ... and it would make it much easier to work with you.
Summarizing. I do not recommend to anyone. I don't know what tempted us at VW Leasing. We will certainly not sign any new contracts here.

After the concluded lease agreement, they do what they want with the client. I strongly advise against leasing Easy-Drive when returning the car, as far as the glass splinters went from auto-casco, the amount of head on the bodywork was large. I do not recommend it to anyone!
When buying a lease, they do not send a set of documents regarding the representation ... which is connected with a two-day visit to the office of communication ... no professionalism.
Zero respect for the client. Attitude to profit, do not accept arguments, despite their own mistakes that they commit. Insurance is nothing but exploitation. Policies cost 50% more than anywhere else. It's a way to make a customer win the contract on behalf of the contract.
When settling the leasing contract, zero contact. They do not answer the e-mail, even a pity them 2 minutes to put together the usual 'Thank you, come again' - I do not require but a small thing that costs nothing and leaves a completely different impression. I will not mention the rigor when returning the car - it's best to return it in the showroom. To sum up: I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I agree with most of the negative reviews here. In my experience, it's similar - lots of high costs around leasing. I wish I had checked this opinion before. No more cooperation with this company.

Apart from the method of contact, i.e. the hotline (waiting time), I have another point ... in my opinion, openly playing ch ... namely:
I have leased cars from the VW group, unfortunately I had the misfortune that in the case of two there were damages but the fault of other users on the road. And although the cars were repaired at authorized VW workshops, and settlements with the perpetrator's insurer were made without cash between the presumed VW (owner), VW salon and the insurer, I (I was not the perpetrator of the incident) was charged with invoices for the issuance of documents regarding the manner of damage elimination.
According to volkswagen financial services, now I have to deal with the perpetrators' insurers for the reimbursement of the money for the above fees.
As for me a failure, logic indicates that if there is such a fee, it should be added to the calculation of restoring the car to its original condition, I, as an injured party, should not participate in any fees and operations related to the repair. The more so because I had to go to the salon to waste time and fuel on getting to the salon and returning.
Therefore, the leasing of more cars will end soon and these are the LAST cars from the VW group, once again I will not be punished for buying cars VW

AVOID THEIR LIKE FIRE. The assignment of my VW Polo car has been going on for 4 months! I had one customer, he crumbled because he waited too long, then the next 2-3 weeks of waiting, then the next same. This company is a failure! This is to my detriment. I pay for offers of assignments on portals, I lose time for eternal phone calls on inflation lines and rushing them. Frustration overwhelms me that I can't do anything. But I will send a complaint with a lawyer to VW in Germany and the management board in Poland about certain persons from the assignment department. This is shameful! I hope that people will turn their backs on you.
Tragedy! to make a lease assignment it borders on a miracle. People who work there are not competent or with some round-ups. The lease assignment with this bank has been going on for almost two months. The documents that were sent to them x2 "lost" are still insolent enough to send e-mails with a request to send documents.

After about 3 months (making Assignment of Leasing), these grandfathers call with information that the whole process must be repeated because it has become time-barred (they do not know who is guilty, they are certainly NOT THEY) How such a point can work, (they lost their papers twice, they acknowledged and then pretend that they saw nothing). I hope that some management reads these opinions and dumps people responsible for the lady who dealt with leasing and assignment.
The matter will of course be publicized in various forms of communication. Troops like this should be closed and rams working there thrown out.
