In addition, "accidentally" they forgot about my overpayment at the end of the contract and only after a written call the following year (after 7 months) returned the money. Were it not for the Accounting Act, I probably would not know at all that I had an overpayment. I wonder how many people left money for them not understanding the expressions "for your good" "for our good" from the print that they had to send at the end of the year.
