+48 22 528 96 28 is the basic number to contact the Bank - unfortunately, you can never get a call there. I do not recommend ! And if I send the case to BOK@vwfs.com and sign it with a qualified certificate, they write back: "please call us on the number +48 22 528 96 28" and the circle is closed. VW leasing one of the invoices inflated. A few months later, a corrective invoice was issued. The invoice has not been returned to my account. After setting up the case, I found out that I had to ask for a refund of the money due in the overdue invoice !!!!
So I started a second case where I asked for money to be transferred to my account.
I found out that I should only start the case when the next monthly invoice was issued.
I have to ask for my money 3 times ???
I will wait. Time is working against VW leasing.
