Last time I work with vw leasing. Incompetence of employees, lack of information at what stage is the case related to the assignment of leasing. Despite the positive decision, no one can say what to do next when the documents are delivered to the dealer. Writing on bok@vwfs.com gives nothing :) I gave up the assignment, I decided to give the car back :) Update: Return of the car leaves much to be desired. I have filled out the form and no reply from the machine to the email. I don't know if it happened or not. Out of date list of dealers! After 3 days I got the answer that I have to choose another dealer because the one I chose is bad;) hahaha ... All that remains is laughter. Update: After writing to the address let's talk @ ... I was finally handled in a factual manner. It should be like that from the very beginning :)
