To be honest, reading all the reviews I thought they were very exaggerated - they are not. I have not encountered such incompetence in any company. Employees have a problem with passing their own notes and findings. I haven't picked up the car yet, and I'm practically fed up with it. And no, this is neither my first nor the only leasing. But the first and certainly the last in VWL, VWFS or whatever the Germans call you there.
