I have not encountered such client treatment in any leasing company yet. The contact numbers provided are never answered and it does not matter what you are calling. what time and day. With all due respect, it is not possible for all the consultants to be busy for a hundred calls made on different days and at different times. and waste your time instead of actually getting involved to help change customer service.
