Drama. Service at the critical level. Lack of electronic invoices, which is almost unusual these days. Invoices arrive by post after the payment deadline. I advise you to avoid a wide berth.

FCA, FGA, LEASYS. Within three years, the company changes the name of the company for the third time. It proves something and does not testify best.
The company with over twenty ratings has an average of 1.0 on Google at the same time is awarded with laurels in plebiscites. It gives food for thought ....
Gross negligence on the part of employees effectively discourages leasing Fiat IVEC or any other product associated with the capital group. Due to the tardiness of employees, I cannot buy a vehicle before the expiry of the policy. This is an explicit enforcement of policy purchase from their insurance agent.

T R A G E D I A. The worst mistake I've ever made was signing a lease agreement with them. Apparently the commune is over but this company does not apply to "KRZAK". Support for the 1960s with the proviso that at least the employees were more competent then. I warn everyone about the mistake I made.

request for payment with interest for an invoice that has been paid on time. I have been trying to call two e-mails for 3 days. Recently, we received another fee for issuing a request for payment (almost PLN 100 fee)

Calling the company for any information is a miracle !!!

invoices with the payment due on the 20th of the month are sent on the 19th of the month by TRADITIONAL MAIL !!!!! Then it comes in the following order: invoice for the request for payment, then the request for payment and finally the invoice to which the request relates. And getting in there is a miracle

Avoid like the plague. Only hidden fees, lack of clarity, unpleasant and incompetent service, all you need by traditional mail, paper invoices - commune and concrete for short. Every aspect looks like it was from the last century, no exceptions.

Customer service worse than at the bazaar !!! Service level - massacre. After a few unpleasant conversations with a real Cham from BOK, I went to the company's headquarters. I asked for a meeting with the superior of BOK employees. The lady who came didn't even introduce herself! She wasn't very interested in what I was talking about. In correspondence @ she did not use a footer with information about who she was. Overall, I do not recommend !!! I am surprised who manages this, that such situations take place there nowadays !!!

Please stay away from this lessor. This is a clear mockery that something like this can even work. They take away the taste of life and any pleasure from using the vehicle. This is a gang that cheats, lies and charges extra fees at every turn.

List of additional fees:
- PLN 65 each time for providing information to law enforcement authorities (you can add PLN 65 to each ticket immediately at the start);
- PLN 65 each time for signing an application that gives consent to the use of insurance. A stone fell from the lorry ahead, breaking my windshield. I wrote 35 emails, called more than 30 times and had a total of 39 days of a car broken, because despite the fee, there was no FCA person all this time to sign this application for me. To sum up, I had to organize the insurer myself, repair the car in the service and it took a total of 4 days, unfortunately I could not replace the windshield further because for the next 35 days no one signed me an application with FCA for which I still had to pay;
- 6 PLN for each invoice for some "direct debit", no one has ever told me about this "service" nor will anyone ever explain what it is, they just charge it and that's it.

List of lies:
- The gentleman with whom I signed the contract was still to contact me, although in the end I contacted me first and he was supposed to call back, nothing like that happened, 3 years have just passed;
- FCA has been lying to me for the 3rd year in a row that they will present me an insurance offer, and this is not the case. Only the invoice for the policy comes, but which policy will you ask? Nobody knows that. My policy for which I paid but I never saw it somewhere in Poland because FCA made a mess with my personal data and nothing is right there. I reported it, wrote e-mails asking for the improvement of my data, called etc., all for nothing. The policy has been sent somewhere in the country, and I only receive invoices to the correct address.
- The contract says that the FCA sends annual declarations, how much is left to be paid, how much has been paid, etc. is another lie, possibly related to the mess of my data, which after many attempts I cannot change anyway.

Customer Treatment:
- Nobody replies to e-mails, and when someone kindly replies after many attempts to contact (it takes months), the reply does not give anything, because it is dispelling and not responding. I also warn you against asking several questions in one mule. The FCA doesn't get it. She answers one selected question from the e-mail and we have to fight for the rest of the answers again.
- Calling doesn't do anything. Once upon a time there was a bully who replied that you did not want to live and now there are new people, nice, but they lie that they will arrange something, e.g. a policy, and they do not do it. It is common.
- Invoices are sent in paper form by the Polish Post. If you don't get an invoice, it's your problem. I was called by the goblin by the phone that I did not have an invoice that I did not receive at all. After many pleas and attempts, they sent a scan.

I warn you against this because you will spend sleepless nights. It is not worth doing anything with FCA. I have so much contact with concrete because of them that I feel the mortar in my mouth in the morning.

No contact, the buy-back has been paid and we cannot wait to know when we will get the invoice, buy-out and the vehicle card. The car was being repaired and then on the square and invoices were coming all the time for the "response to the law enforcement agencies", when we asked for specific information on which specific case each invoice is issued, we did not receive the answer and the invoices stopped coming. I advise against any business with this company.

One big manipulation so as to generate the highest possible costs for the client !!! They don't reply to emails. As soon as you get through, you will hear that you have to call in half an hour because the lady (re. Aneta Urba ska) is not yet prepared for work. Drama. I advise against FGA or FCA.

Thieves send invitations for invoices paid on time. They charge interest and fees from the request for payment. Zero email and telephone contact. AVOID

Very difficult contact. Poor customer service, do something about it!

The worst company in the world. I strongly advise against using this company's services. They use bandit methods and will not stop at anything even before trying to beat.

I share the opinions of my predecessors, changing the correspondence address and sending the invoice on time exceeds the capabilities of this company.

Very nice service I was misled by the seller and every month a non-direct fee is added to my leasing Fv for the lack of direct debit service. A lady who works in information should change work quickly because she is probably too punished. I do not recommend

The worst company. I ended my car leasing contract in December. From December I can not ask for a purchase invoice and at the end of February I heard that they lost their vehicle card and cannot send it to me without a vehicle card. Bandit habits, lying to the client. They said for two months that they sent every day and nothing really happened. BANDY HANDLING !!!!!!!!!!!

Bush company, do not take leasing. Charge for changing the business address of the company. When trying to change the correspondence address a month later, the invoice sent to the old address. The invoice contract number is different from the contract number. A mess of little. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Massacre, I do not recommend leasing a car in this company, you have to ask for invoices, as well as for the reimbursement of repair costs, I do not know why Fiat and the whole group cooperate with this funny company, if you buy a car from the Fiat group, do not take leasing here ...
