IMPORTANT: if travelpack are stalling with your refund, the following seemed to work for me: a) request the reference of the refund they (should) have applied for with the airline, and a contact number for the airline's refund department; b) set a deadline for the refund, after which you will apply for the chargeback through your bank, and should it not arrive before then you will report them to the competitions and markets authority.

Initial booking went smoothly, prices were competitive and I was updated regularly on changes to my booking. When calling to request a refund as a result of the covid crisis, they were quick to process it initially and inform me of the 8-10 week delay, which was understandable due to the volume of customers requesting refunds.

As the deadline approached, I stopped receiving updates and all communications as to the refund process were led by me. I was assured that my refund was on the way: I was given 3 different dates to expect my refund by. After the first 2 dates passed, I sent them the above (a) and b)) and I received my refund mere days after - 12 weeks after I received confirmation that the refund process had been started.

Overall, appalling service considering the amount of money customers are expecting to receive back through no fault of their own. I won't be using Travelpack again.
