After our flight was cancelled in March we requested our cash refund. The responses we got from the customer service team were one sentence responses that literally made no sense. After finally managing to get through by phone I was told I would receive a refund in 10 days. 10 days later no refund. I contacted them again and with no reason why they said they hadn't even started to process the refund. They said they would process it then and it would take 3 weeks. 3 weeks later still no refund. I phoned again and they said they are waiting for the airline and that my refund would arrive in 8 weeks. Guess what it's been 8 weeks...... I find the customer service truly appalling and that they think it's ok to withhold my money at a time when many are struggling financially. It should be their responsibility to provide the refund rather than waiting for an airline. Please don't give your money to this company in the future, it's no cheaper or easier than booking directly with an airline or hotel. There are plenty of companies out there who are doing wonders for their customers at the moment and they deserve your future holiday money, not companies like this that withhold it.
