An absolute disgrace of a business, if that is what you want to call it. Zero customer service and believe me if anything doesn t go to plan with you re travels. Travelpack will be there to make it worse. Expect call centre wait times of 2hours plus, then you will get through to a useless foreign call centre that not only will lie directly to you, but also hang the phone up in your ear. I have never had such poor customer support. Avoid at all costs. I ve since tried numerous times to resolve my issues and have been blanked and ignored every time. I will not recommend Travelpack to anyone EVER.
