Booked a trip to Bali through TravelPack which was unfortunately cancelled due to COVID-19.

As airline cancelled the flight, I emailed TravelPack requesting a refund. I was advised I would have to wait 12 weeks before this is processed due to the amount of refunds they had to action. I did, however, get super worried when I noticed the sheet amount of one star reviews from people not getting their money back.
I was pleasantly surprised when at the end of the 12 week waiting period, the funds were credited to my account within a week.
