I booked a flight for July this was cancelled due to COVID-19 I then rebooked through British Airways for August. This again was cancelled due to the current pandemic. I requested a refund through travel pack on 24th June they said it would take 8 weeks. I called and they said they had not recieved any form of refund and it was still with the airline.
When speaking to British Airways today they told me the full refund was issued on 30th July. I called again to travelpack and the agent hung up on me because he said I was abusing him. i don't see how asking why they are witholding my money and asking when they will refund me as abuse. What they are doing to customers is abuse.
I then called back and Shervin said he would take it up with the refunds department. I made sure he sent me a email whilst I was on call to him to confirm this. Which I have for legal purposes.
I hope I and everyone else gets their refunds and in future avoid this travel agency like the plague. Says based in Wimbeldon London but call centre is clearly in India!!!
UPDATE:
After 9 weeks I finally got my money back. I suggest everyone raises a dispute with their bank and inform travelpack and investigation has been raised against them by your bank to add pressure on them.
