Complained to Financial Ombudsman about this horrific company - flights cancelled in March due to Covid-19 now August and still no refund received.
Been given countless dates in which the refund will be received, none met. No response to emails, asked to escalate complaint given no option internally or externally, terrible service overall. Hundreds of calls and time wasted trying to get money back for services never received.
