I really don't know what else to do with this comp...
I really don't know what else to do with this company other than take them to court. I have been waiting for my refund for over 3 months now. When I initially phoned back in March they told me my refund would be through within 10 days, when it didn't appear I phoned back and was told 3 weeks. Again, nothing so I phoned back and they told me 10 weeks!!! Its now been past this time. I phoned again 2 weeks ago and they said the airline had given back the money and it would be my account by the end of last week. On Monday I still had no money in my account so I phoned back and they said it would be in my account by the end of Monday. It is now Wednesday and still no money. I have phoned back again and I have to say the man on the phone was the most sarcastic and rude customer service agent I have experienced so far from this company. However, this agent told me that my refund had only been processed yesterday at 10:32 am and would be in my account by the end of today. I really wouldn't bother with this company, every time you phone they fob you off with excuses and in all the phone calls I have had with them I have only come across one productive and reassuring agent. The rest of the customer service team should not be in customer service, they are under trained, rude and absolutely no help at all. PLEASE PLEASE when you book your future holidays use another company or go direct with the airline. There are much better companies out there that have professional customer service teams that actually want to help and support you and have shown wonderful customer service throughout this pandemic. They deserve your money, not companies like this.
