Awful customer service. Have been waiting for a refund for 17 weeks.

Update: an additional 3-4 weeks after writing this review we still had no refund from them. We had to apply for a chargeback via American express to finally see our money back. Still no word from Travelpack. I have since complained to authorities about this.
