It all starts with Jeff Moore - whatever my concern was before purchasing my 2017 RAV4 Limited Hybrid or questions I had after, Jeff was always there (even on weekends, evenings, and on his days off). Most important, Jeff was firm but he never pushed. Jeff got straight to the point and he is probably one of the most approachable salesmen I have ever met. Jeff cares about his clients and he is honest. I could not be happier with my purchase and more importantly the fact that I found my Toyota dealership for life. It doesn't stop there - Sham and Tim at service treated my father like family whenever he got his 2008 RAV4 serviced and passed on that care to me. Overall A great experience . Mr.Andrew and his manager Mr.Rashid assisted me in financing my first SUV. From test drive to explaining the features by comparing with other models, both of them were just too good and patiently answered! Very friendly staff and salesman until you find out they have sneaked in additional warranty and then claim it's too late to remove them. Mail to GM went unanswered. Doug was very good however finance, overall dealership and customer service experience was below par. Not recommended.
The place is beautiful, modern, and clean. The second floor waiting area serves food and complimentary coffee and tea. It is comfortable and convenient. There's free wifi. They also provide shuttle service: take you wherever you need, provided it is not unreasonably far, and bring you back when your car is ready. The service is quick, the people are nice and friendly.

Amazing care by the service department. My car had a battery failure and error messages about the hybrid system not working. A roadside charge technician suggested I had 30 mins of battery life to get somewhere. and I was close to this dealership. (They were not my selling dealership or my service dealership) They arranged for things to be inspected that afternoon, determined the system was, in fact OK, reset everything and charged my battery and did not charge me anything. The waiting area was very spacious with plenty of room for social distancing and was regularly being cleaned. Thanks to all especially Alex in customer service. I certainly plan to change my service to this dealership.

It was my good fortune and privilege to meet Jason Banwell at Toyota on the Park. Such a refreshing change from the high pressure, in-your-face salesmen of old. I used to be afraid to walk into a showroom. No need to fear the salesman or the dealer here. Such a welcoming place!
I met Jason straight off. I told him exactly how I wanted to proceed and he respected my wishes right throughout the sale. He knew I was looking at several makes and models and, instead of pressuring me to buy Toyota, showed me what Toyota had to offer and patiently waited until I was ready to buy. He never tried to force numbers or a sale on me - and I respond positively to that kind of approach.. Two small problems were immediately rectified by Jason and I have no doubt he will be there for me down the road.

The closest one to Eglinton Avenue East area. It is approachable. It is a big Toyota Showroom with much availability of its trims of different models. There are multiple sales person who could assist you with queries. But always make an appointment before visiting. The service center is across the road therefore, if in case planning to buy one then this makes a great showroom. The manager is also responsive too.

I just had my first encounter with this dealership. I am a long standing Toyota customer. Usually I deal with Toyota Scarborough, but this time I went to this location to purchase my 3rd vehicle from a Toyota dealership.
I wanted to purchase a pre-owned Lexus. Mr. Bob Gilbert helped me throughout the process. I am writing this review to say few word about Bob, even though our deal was not a success. Bob was one of the most nicest and friendliest person my dad and I have encountered for a while! His honesty was one of a kind, and in one simple sentence, both my dad and I loved interacting with him! I would highly recommend anyone who goes to this dealership to look up for Bob.
Here is why I have decided to write this review: My dad and I went to take a look at a pre-owned 2007 Lexus, we knew that we have to change it's timing belt 10K down the road, so a serious price negotiation is needed in order of us to purchase it. When we expressed our concern to Bob, he pro-actively ran around to different departments within Toyota and Lexus, and got the following for us: 1. Proof of previous owner's old service records 2. Confirmation from Lexus whether a timing belt is needed to replace or not, 3. What type recondition has been taken care of by the dealership, 4. Why the owner decided to trade this car, 5, Whether there was any previous collision on this car or not, etc. He even sat down with me and went over the features available and NOT available on the vehicle. Not only that, when I missed out to test few feature on the car, he made sure to give me a reminder and took pro-active measure to have it resolved when we pointed our any concerns! I really loved the fact that he cares and tries to help his customers by going extra miles. And this is why I will definitely love to deal with him again.
I really wished to purchase this car from Bob. Unfortunately there was a $1300 difference from the amount the dealership was asking and my final quote. Knowing that I will need to spend additional $2000 after purchase to install the timing belt and a backup camera; I just could not offer them that difference from an economical point of view.
But regardless, it was a very pleasant experience and I think their car's quality is much better compare to many dealership I have been to so far. I will definitely keep an eye on this dealership going forward, and if I find anything interesting in their inventory, I know the person to call for further assistance - Mr. Bob Gilbert!

On June 27, 2016 Peter (the sales manager) called me, and we worked out this deal! Not to mention Bob stepped in and closed the deal with super efficiency and care (he claimed to be thinking so much about getting me this car that his hair turned gray over night!)! Anyways, end of the story, now I am a proud owner of Lexus 2007 RX 400H! The service and commitment I have received from this dealership was phenomenal. I am definitely coming back in couple of years when I decide to purchase or upgrade a better vehicle.

Drove home a used Toyota RAV4 Hybrid today! Sales person Judy Hsu was professional and friendly, and answered every one of my questions along the way. She made sure my best interest was put first and I was able to make a purchase I was happy with. She's knowledgable and genuinely wanted me to have the best possible car and shopping experience. Jason Banwell helped me with my financing and warranty coverage, again, great service and easy to talk to. Made sure I had all my questions answered and that there was no gap in my knowledge. Received exceptional customer service here, greeted with a big smile when I walk into the dealership. Edward was my sales consultant, he was very knowledgeable in explaining all the car features, my financing options and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. I wanted to buy a model in a colour combination that I couldn't seem to find anywhere so I decided to ask a dealer to order one for me. There are at least ten dealerships that are closer to my house but I chose Toyota on the Park based on reviews.
Given that the model I wanted is still built in Japan (4Runner), there was an expected wait. Candice gave me regular updates so I knew when the vehicle was on the boat, when it was expected to dock and when it was supposed to arrive at the dealer.
Emails were returned quickly and when she was away, I was given a person to contact in her absence.
When the vehicle arrived, the features were explained to me. She even helped me sync my phone contacts with the Bluetooth. Candice was knowledgeable and she had the answers to my questions.
Aaron was fair on the trade-in and he too responded to messages quite quickly.
The staff are friendly and there is always someone to greet you when you arrive. They even remained friendly after learning that I was dealing with someone else/had already made a purchase.
I haven't had the chance to use service department yet so I can't comment.
Overall, it was a stress-free experience, unlike other car purchases that I've made.
Your salesman went out of his way to allow me to test drive the vehicle, offer advisement from his vast experience and knowledge base, and address my concerns even after your establishment had closed. He presented himself professionally, and it was a very pleasant interaction which exceeded my expections. I have, however, narrowed my selection to one of three other vehicles and anticipate closure within the next 3 days. In addition, your service department was also very helpful and addressed my concerns regarding another Toyota Sienna which I had seen. Without their guidance, I would have excluded this vehicle from my short list. Keep up the exceptional work.

I brought my car in back in January 2016 due to rubber grinding sounds. I had it since my last visit to Brimell. Alisha and her technician mentioned to wait until warmer weather as the sounds might be due to humidity. As the weather got to above zero, I updated Alisha as the tech said to bring it in if it was still making that sound. Alisha mentioned to hold off on it until it was to the teens. The sounds were there. There was a bit of miscommunication, butnin the end, Alisha did say what she was going to do. The brakepad was replaced. It hasn't caused me any issues thus far. Thank you to Alisha for showing that you and your dealership have integrity. Toyota on the Park has been my go to dealership.
We purchased our first car in Toronto at Toyota on the Park on Monday this week, and as newcomers with a lot of questions about buying a car in Canada, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. Peter D'Costa, one of the Sales Specialist in this branch, was the one helping us out from day one. He was very respectful, helpful and patient with all of our questions and concerns without rushing things up. He was also very friendly and down to earth. He has excellent communication skills also explaining every detail carefully. Two words. Parker Raaymakers. What's a Parker Raaymakers? Just everything you want in a human, never mind "sales consultant". He's the sort of person you'd want working for you. Dedicated, hard working, committed. If I had a daughter, and who knows maybe I do, I would highly recommend she call him. I really hope Toyota knows what they have with him. If I were Toyota I'd attempt to lock him in because he'll give whoever does, twice as much back. I don't know if I'll end up buying from them or someone else. However I can say without hesitation Parker did absolutely everything he could to educate me, take his time with me and ultimately give me the freedom to be my neurotic self. Thank-you Parker, you're a good man.
Came in for service Monday. Was told to wait in line with attitude (i have bad eye sight so if you nod over there im assuming its a few feet away) then told no behind the rope. After waiting go to advisor vehicle is American I go back and forth told to check for any leaks or abnormal oil issues as my light kept coming up. A little bit later was told car is done when I asked if they checked answer was oil had not been changed in a while ( I was 400 miles over due to drive back). Get in car maintenance light is still on come back in have 2 guys sitting in car trying to figure out how to turn it off. As they seemed to not know what they were doing dont want people touching buttons in car with no knowledge. Now vehicle is shaking pretty bad will check whats wrong with vehicle sad to see level of service drop so drastically as I bring my cars to Park for over 6-7 years now Matrix Corolla Prius Gx470.
I went in looking to buy a Venza or a Highlander, but neither was the right car for me. Peter Da'Costa listened to what I had hoped to find in a car, and in the end, I walked away with a great deal on a Lexus RX 450h F-Sport (2017). Toyota on the Park were friendly and easy to deal with! I'll be going back for my service needs, and when it's time to upgrade our other vehicle.

Worst customer service - unprofessional for sure. The other reviewers are right. My husband and i visited the dealership twice to see a car because the dealership is located 5 mins away, thus making it convenient given our busy schedule. We decided to make our purchase elsewhere after our first visit due to the mediocre customer service.
We had emailed Matt Treacy prior to our first visit but he did not reply to the email and he was not on vacation (that's his reason for another reviewer). Matt was in his office during both of our visits. He might say that it went to his junk box now or he always replies. Evidently, not to us.
I am an ophthalmologist and i visited the dealership in my scrubs and a rain jacket (first visit). We were not greeted by anybody and the employees were staring at my attire. This is not a way to treat customers.
During my second visit, I wore a business attire and i was not only greeted but also offered coffee from the machine behind the receptionist. I don't need to say more.
Save your time and visit other dealerships to see the difference. You may be treated well but it is highly likely due to your presentation. I spoke to Toyota Canada about it. Quite sad to see such an uncultured team in Toronto.

Was very impressed with the excellent service provided from the time I entered the service area to drop my car to the time I picked up my car. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. Wait time was very reasonable considering the volume of customers driving in for service. The service consultant Mr Hon Ho was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to other dealerships for servicing and maintenance in previous years, but Toyota on the Park is by far the best I've experienced.
This dealership is friendly, knowledgeable, very efficient, and gets the work done on time. Very convenient location, spacious, with a lounge where you can buy food, and access free Wi Fi while you wait. Free coffee. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. This was possibly the worst pre owned purchase experience that I dealt with. We loved the vehicle we found at this dealership but were sadly disappointed with dealing with the sales staff. Car was listed for more than an exact similar car at another dealer. Catch here was that this purchase included snow tires. Negotiating a price is always part of the process and did the sales person as well as sales manger not even realize that their online price was less than what they wanted to sell the car to me. Is this another sales tactic??Excuse was that our sales staff are not perfect and do make mistakes We agreed on a price without the snows as these were in bad shape and not worth the extra $$ they wanted. Now I was being pressured to take delivery of the car ASAP as the dealer did not want to keep a car that was sold on his lot?? We settled on a day that suited me and did I request that the car be cleaned as well as washer fluid topped up as it was empty. This request seemed to amuse the sales manager and burst out laughing. He jokingly/sarcastically said that he had to pay his own dealership $120 to clean the car and that he will provide a bottle of washer fluid for free. I contacted the sales person and arranged a delivery date earlier than agreed upon. Went to the dealer on day of delivery and was the car parked outside in the rain. Usually, dealers that I dealt with before would have the car indoors for final inspection. Not this one!! No show of the original sales person or sales manger on delivery day!! Person who I met to finalize the sale wanted my payment without going through a delivery inspection of the car. I had to ask to do so. Have to say that $120 the sales manager had to spend was a waste as interior was in the same shape as when we saw it the first time and exterior was wet as it was outside. Washer fluid was not topped up as promised and no addition fluid was provided. What else did they miss?? Long and short of this story... Great product but poor service and non caring staff. Would I have been treated differently if my purchase was for a high end Lexus? You lost me as a client and will I promote you product but definitely not your dealership. Wishing you all the best!!!

My experience at Toyota on the park was amazing .I dropped by only to inquire some information but the finance service manager , Shelly Butler , was very helpful and knowledgeable , she done all the required paperwork quickly without any hassle although I didn't book any appointment prior to see her.
She done the follow up the next day to make sure everything is completed.

A very big thanks to CHLOE CLARIN, who did a amazing job for us . We were looking to buy Toyota Corolla 2020 model . But Chloe gave us a fantastic presentation about the 2021 model with what we looked for. We then decided to take 2021 toyota corolla upgraded model .I definitely recommend to go for Chloe .
Alex Chan helped me out. Customer service was exceptional. Price to reattach my rear bumper was surprisingly cheap. It was only $200 ish. They also threw in a car wash while I was there and a couple for the future. On top of that, a car shuttle was arranged to drop me off at work and pick me up when my car was ready. No need to bring your Toyota anywhere else.
Overall I had a great experience with sales associate Parker. He was friendly, real, and had great energy and good vibes. We experienced trouble with the sales manager Peter who was clearly just in this all for the money and to extort customers. I wanted to finance my car, was not approved and offered to pay cash but Peter said they need more finance cars for their end of month so he wouldn t accept cash than put the car for 500 dollars more on their website! I was disgusted with Peter, but the car I found was rare and I wasn t going to let him or his business ego win so I talked to him firmly and bought the car. Parker was honestly amazing throughout, took accountability for his actions and is a great sales associate. The only reason why I m writing this review four stars is for Parker. If it was just Parker s rating I would give him 5 Stars. If it was Peter I would give nothing but probably a bible for him to learn. Choose Parker, but be weary of Peter the Sales Manager.

Great place to buy a Toyota. They have so many models in stock and going through the paperwork is a breeze. I was there for less than 90 minutes and got everything done. Just had to go again the NEXT DAY to pick up the car. Jure and Tony are an amazing team. They will give you an amazing deal on the car. TIP: Ask to speak to one of them.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They contact me to come pick up the car but make me wait 2 hours to sign the paperwork. Apparently this is normal. The most sense thing would be to coordinate the appointments so customers aren't standing around for hours on end. We all have responsibilities to get to. They even had the audacity to tell us one of their staff members quit because she "couldn't handle the heat". What a way to speak about your own staff. Completely lost all respect for this dealership.

I had a very bad experience with Toyota on The Park. I was leasing a RAV4 for 3 years and decided to upgrade to Pilot as the family is bigger now and Highlander does not provide enough space in the back row. My RAV 4 was in good condition with low mileage. The sales person ( Jordan and Peter) emailed us that once we switched to Pilot, to bring the car and they would give us 500 dollars. We took the RAV4 to them and they mentioned ,instead, we would have to pay 2K to return the car, even though the car was with no accidents and at the same condition it was the day we went then first. We found this unprofessional. Never more will do any business with them!
It was our second experience with Toyota on the park. Recardo and Mike assisted us alot. They were very personable and professional. we would recommend their services in future.

20 days ago, Paid 1000$ deposit for a car on my friend s behalf, after several calls and visits, I couldn t figure out who s gonna refund my deposit.
I left several voice messages and not sure if they even check their voice messages.
I left this review, if I can reach to a Toyota on the park manager that can help me to get refunded and I ll delete my review.

I have called and left many voice mail msgs regarding the clicking noise of the vehicle, but got no response. I decided to come into the Dealer ship and addressed to Mario, the Service Mrg. Jack, who was looking at the vehicle but did not performed the work or fixed the problem. As a result I still have experienced the clicking noise. Mario apologized to me that the way he explained to Jack it was his mistake, and he should have open it and do a full inspection.
I came back for further inspection. I was asked to pay for it. I refused to pay because it was never mentioned to me that was the requirement, and I was not aware of it.
I went to see Matt Treacy, general mrg. It was a very bad experience, he told me that he has only 5 or 10 minutes his time for me, and I needed to hurry up. I had a very bad customer service experience, and the services they provided it was very, very poor, and was not performed to my satisfaction, and they did not value my business. I will not come back to this Dealer ship. To potential or existing customers, please ensure that you have everything documented in writing avoiding confusion, or they can ripping you off big time.
