I had a wonderful experience of Toyota on the Park from the moment I got there. A very warm, friendly and knowledgeable manager, Jure, was sitting at the front and greeted me when I came in. He asked what I was looking for, and introduced me to Jordan Lin, a product advisor, who helped me determine what I was looking for and helped me decide on a car by taking me on test drives, showing me a few different car options, and talking to me about logistics. I felt comfortable with Jordan immediately. He was very easy to talk to, obviously very knowledgeable about Toyota's products, very professional but also warm and with a great sense of humour. I didn't feel "schmoozed" or singled out as an easy target for a sale because I am a single female. Rather, Jordan treated me respectfully and collaboratively, and never pushed me to make choices I didn't want to make. He simply laid out the options available, and I chose what I wanted. Since purchasing the car, a 2017 Prius V that I LOVE, Jordan has checked in with me several times to see how things are going, and if there's anything I needed to ask. I could not have had a better experience buying my first car thanks to Jordan and Jure.
Not only were all the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but they also assisted with getting me to and from the dealership (the manager himself picked me up from near my house). They took away a lot of the stress of buying a car, and helped explain all the financial alternatives for owning a vehicle. If you are looking to get a Toyota, they are definitely worth visiting.
As owner of an off road adventure travel magazine I rely heavily on our modified Toyota Tacoma. The service manager really cares about the quality of service at this location and it shows thru his staff. I find it rare to get this kind of attention to detail and quality now in days.

I didn t know that I need to book an appointment. A sales manager came and told me that I need to book an appointment. I was on the phone and I said OK and started leaving the store.
He offered to book an appointment, I said I am on the phone. I will call to book an appointment
While he was going back to his office he was grouching at me!
I hung up the phone and explained that I was obviously on the phone and couldn t book the appointment. I also told him that I left the place immediately after his warning without any discussion. I asked why are you so angry and rude? He said that there is huge sign stating that they accept customer with only appointment. I told him that I couldn t see it on my way and this isn t giving him to treat people like that!
If this is the manager, I can t imagine the service...

Do not use Service Department unless under warranty. Towed my 2006 Prius here with the engine needs service/ warning lights on. I expected the hybrid battery needed replacing based on declining gas mileage. Was first told they werent sure of the problem but started with the 12V. That didn't fix it, and was told to JUNK the car because there was up to $12K in repairs (but again not sure). The did suggest to visit their showroom.
I called Toyota corporate. and was sent back to Service Mng, when the service rep ONLY then consulted with Toyota corporate tech. Was told it was "probably" just the $3500 hybrid battery and the $500 12V, but would not agree to refunding the $3500 if in fact it wasn't just this and i would be facing thousands more.
I towed it to Global Hybrid Battery in Mississauga (EXCELLENT). Hybrid battery, $750, to be refunded if that didn't fix it. That fixed it. Not even the 12V. Wanted to make sure and confirmed by another dealer - no 12 V needed. And the other repairs T on the Park insisted were needed, less than half...And i was charged $225 for the diagnostic 'services' that didn't accurately diagnose!! Do not use this place unless under warranty.
Update in response to owner: You missed the point, which is you could nor accurately pin point what was wrong, but would not refund the $3500 if the Hybrid battery alone did not solve the problem. I was forced to either take your advice and junk the car, try another establishment that would refund me, or risk spending as much as $12K. And then to charge me for the diagnosis, was insult to injury. I would have replaced the battery with your dealership if you'd offered to refund me if that didn't work! I even called head office to see if they would take the battery back, but in the end it's the dealer's choice. You forced me to look elsewhere, and frankly it worked out, so thank you.

I went to look only model and price at Toyota On The Park with CHITRA (SELVANA) SELVANATHAN. She said just hold your car and take money $1000.00 from Credit Card on January. I back to home then called her I don't want this model So please return my money. She said ok but she said I need to come their place to get my money back. I went there on January. She said Manager in Meeting So I Can't give now you have to come back for get back my money. Second time i went there, She not there and I asked receptionist. She said Manager or Chitra If available we can give money Back. Third time I went there Chitra there but she said same story. Then I called her for this issue She said give your credit card information over the phone we will return your money. After this conversation then 2 Weeks ago no money back. From January to May I wait for get back money from them but they wont give my money. I paid interest for this money to credit card. So please if any one interest to buy Toyota from this place don't buy or don't give your credit information to them until buy. Very very Bad Service this Dealer place.

Huge disappointment. Servicing my 2010 RAV 4 for 10 years I was screwed
big time twice. First time i was told that I need new shock absorbers where real problem was main drive shaft (vibration while driving) and the second time (just recently) they fill just 2.5 L of oil and try to tell me that my engine need to be rebuilt because is leaking or burning oil. It was my last visit to Toyota on the Park dealership and service.

We just bought a car there. Javier was extremelly attentious and respectiful throughout the whole negotiation. We were always well received and never kept waiting for too long. He was also very responsive via email and txt. Both him and Peter, his manager, are great chaps and this can be the begining of a great relationship.
The dealership itself is really well equipped and has extended hours for service, which is a big bonus for me. Still hasn't needed to use their service department so I won't comment on that.
Overall a great experience. Fair negotiators and I never in any moment doubted the quality of the car.

We had an amazing experience at Toyota on the Park. I have started shortlistings few options by mid May ; however I was not very sure on whether to go with a used one or brand new one. I have shopped around for like one week and almost committed to an used car option near our living place.
Although I committed for that one I was almost certain that I am making a compromise with my dream of having a new vehicle such as 2019 RAV 4. I was thinking as getting a feature rich RAV 4 may not be an affordable choice for me. But a visit to the Toyota on the Park has changed everything..
Like everyone else looking for a car l was also going through all the automaker's website and happen to put query in Toyota website regarding the RAV4. I thought I may not get a response from anyone but to my surprise I started getting detailed emails from Peter D'costa from Toyota on the Park. Initially I couldn't respond to any of his subsequent emails as well, later I thought of responding to his emails as an acknowledgement to a gentleman's sincere effort to make business with us.
On May 15th myself and my friend went there to check out the car and for any buying options that works out for us. Peter was really attending in understanding our requirements and giving best buying options that he can give in his capacity and control. He also arranged a very detailed test drive which helped me a lot to take decision later that day. We almost spent a day there discussing about all the various options and finally took decision by the same evening and signed papers to book the car.. obviously we were very excited for making a decision on something which that we thought that it may not be an option for us.
Once the booking was done Salman Hasan in the finance team helped a lot to FastTrack the entire paperwork and we got the car on 18th May. Eventually something which we thought of doing in a month time has cut short in to a matter of two days by the dedicated work by Peter and Salman.Now we are proud owner of 2019 Red RAV4 XLE AWD model car.
Special thanks to Peter D'costa and Salman Hasan for all your help and extra ordinary client service. I am hoping to have the continued support from you guys and management for any service related need I will have in the future.
One suggestion for management is set up nice backdrop for taking the new vehicle delivery so customers can take some nice pictures when they take their dream drive home..

I bought my van in for a recall service and also to have my tail light replaced. Although it took a day, it wasn't all that bad with the shuttle that was provided. The driver dropped me off home and then picked me up when the van was ready. I have never been disappointed by the quality of work until now. First I found some grease streaks on the passenger seat near the gear shift side (from the recall servicing). This was not the true issue and can be cleaned off at a later date. Second the reason why I gave an okay rating. I had to go back to have the tail light re-seated. The original technician that worked on it had crimped the weather strip between the glass and tail light. And the tail light had a significant gap between the light and panel it was attached to. Although the situation was resolved to my satisfaction, please remind the technicians to be mindful about what they are replacing and how it would look. I am a proud Toyota owner and will show off and talk about my van to people who ask. Overall, I am very happy with the service department and would recommend it to anyone who asks. Thank-you.

I have been a Toyota on the Park customer for the last five years and I had previously rated this dealer with 5*. However, something recently changed and I started to feel the sales pressure for unnecessary repairs. Wheel alignment for a new car with 30K with nothing wrong ? hmm. Air conditioning duct cleaning? hmm. This overselling practice casts a shadow on the professionalism of your mechanic and if you cannot trust him is time to move somewhere else.
Absolutely horrible service, most staff in this dealer are rude and lack of completeness, very low quality repair, never ever again.

I drove 2 hours to see a vehicle I wanted to take over from someone that was leasing it. Once I was satisfied with the vehicle, we went to Toyota on the Park to facilitate the lease transfer.
We arrived unannounced and without an appointment. The dealership was busy considering it was month end and lots of deliveries were scheduled for the day.
After explaining my situation to Jure (Floor Sales Manager), he went out of his way to help me. He spoke to Shelly (Financial Services Manager) and within a short time they started to work on my application. I was approved, the transfer was completed, and I was on my way the same day!
Both myself and the previous owner were treated respectfully, attentively, and professionally. Jure and Shelly consolidated a 2 day process into 1 and we left the dealership extremely satisfied.

March 2019: Purchased a new car from the dealership. Overall, I found the staff friendly, honest, and hard working; the dealership itself is bright, comfortable, and welcoming.
Jenisha (Sales Consultant) was friendly and knowledgeable. I used Unhaggle and a number of other sites to do my research before hand, and she respected my decisions. She did not apply undue pressure to sell me things I didn't think I needed, so I was comfortable throughout the process.
The business manager, Sal, was equally friendly and knowledgeable. He outlined the ins and outs of my warranty for me and offered frank and helpful advice on managing costs.
I was especially happy with the fact that they pointed out a limited promotion that I almost missed. They could have stayed silent and let me pay extra, but instead drew my attention to the advertised rebate for the car I wanted to buy.
The dealership itself is very open and airy, with lots of natural light and comfortable seating. Free coffee/tea/water is available for customers as well as a popcorn machine making fresh popcorn. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I felt I was lucky when buying a car at Toyota On the Park with Mahad Mofrad as a sales person. He was considerate, listened to my requests, and tried to find the best solutions for me. Trust is the first thing in doing any business. I consider Mahad Mofrad a trustworthy person as well as in his salesman role. That's because he treated me nicely and consistently respectfully when there was a small problem with the car I did not find until three days after I bought the car. He told me to bring the car back to the dealer to check and he used his own money to pay for the replacement of a spare part. I highly recommend Mahad Mofrad to any car buyers. I get my car serviced here regularly and I continue to return for the excellent customer service. I try and book with Alex Chan because he is extremely professional and efficient. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of and I would recommend him to anyone in need of maintenance. The lounge waiting area is clean, quiet and has complimentary tea/coffee and wifi. It is the cherry on top for a pleasant experience while you wait.

Apparently, Toyota's price match promise on tires does not work, at least at this location. I came in with a printed quote from Costco with a total of $850. I was told they won't price match Costco. The reason, the UPS code on the tires at Costco is different even though the model of tires is the same Micheline X-Ice3. Instead I went to Canadian Tire at Laird and Eglinton and the sales manager did match Costco's price. In addition, they offered me a better price on oil change that is due. Likely, Toyota on the park has just lost me as a client on all my car services.
A positive experience end to end. Paul Barreto was very helpful in the beginning showing us our new Prius. No high pressure which was appreciated. Jason Banwell handled the lease arrangements. All were able to accomodated our schedule. Finally on delivery day, Ricardo Garcia expertly guided me through all the new features on the Prius (and there were plenty). Thank you Toyoto On The Park, I have no hesitation recommending you to friends and family.

Every step along the way of getting our new RAV4 was amazing. Mahad the sales manager first reached out to us when we showed interest in the vehicle and was incredible to deal with. Shelly handled all the finances and made everything so easy and gave us lots of different options so we could find what worked best for us. And finally our sales rep Mantas was just awesome. Doing everything he could to make sure the vehicle was ready on time for us and that we had absolutely everything we needed to make us happy with our purchase. And of course our new RAV4 is perfect. I take two vehicles of mine to be serviced here and I have no complaints about pricing or customer service. The gas cap on one of my cars was not secured correctly and as a result the check engine light came on and one the the service reps reset the error code for free as a courtesy. I appreciate any business that knows how to retain business and loyalty of their customers with small gestures. He could have easily charged us $130 dollars (which I was fully expecting to pay for my wife's mistake) but because we are loyal customers who already visit regularly, he did not charge for the 5 minutes of work to reset the error code. This is good business practice. I will continue to recommend Toyota On the Park for their exemplary service!

I got a Toyota C-HR from this dealer and I had a wonderful experience there. I brought 2020 Highlander march 2020, while buying this vehicle i was suggested to buy a cratch and dent coverage protection by this dealer, I brought this coverage package. I paid full amount, recently my car got scratches on the bumper, someone hit on parking lot,
I went to this dealer to fix it since I have scratches and dent coverage, now this dealer is refusing to fix this issue, they said bumper in not covered, its not even mentioned on that coverage package that bumper is not covered, This dear is a cheaper, they only wants to sale the product, but not giving proper service, I m taking them to court.
Financed a new Sienna from Toyota on the park. Jordan negotiated on my behalf and got me the price I'm happy with. Outstanding after sale service, was able to answer all my questions even after I bought the car. Really recommend him.
The only way to discribe the this service department is awesome !!! Needs to change my tires so booked my appointment for a Thursday ,but life happens and needed to change the appointment a day earlier with great surprise the receptionist Sandy was very accommodating to my request (that being everyone is trying to swap their winters tires out this time of the year) fast forward to the actual appointment, I was greeted by almost everyone with a smile or some sort of acknowledgement even the service manager asked if "I was being taken care of yet" Mario Is his name I believe. My service was booked with Amanda , she was super easy going and took care of questions in a professional manner. All and all this place is professional and down to earth, I will be recommending it to everyone I know.

On March 12th I had the pleasure of meeting Parker Raaymakers one of the sales consultants. My wife and I had ventured from Peterborough looking at the possibility of purchasing a used RAV4.
Upon meeting Parker he reminded us very much of our own son. Parker was very accommodating and give us a couple of potential options. Parker has a personality that his mother should be very proud of. We could tell that he enjoyed his job and was not just there trying to sell us a vehicle. When we went for the test drive he was very knowledgeable and engaging through out the trip. We visited a number of manufacturers/dealers first to test drive different SUVs and they all tried to pressure us into committing to purchase right away or picking a higher trim than we wanted. We felt no pressure at all from Pat who gave us exactly what we wanted and at the price we were comfortable with. This was our first new car buying experience and we would definitely come back again!

I recently bought a pre-owned 2013 RAV4 from the dealership. My son Girish and I dealt with Ted Jeffery as our salesman . He was quite helpful and courteous. Eventhough the negotiations with the Manager was quite intense and almost reached a breaking point ,we were able to finalize the deal. All in all the experience was quite positive. Mr Ali from the finance office was also quite easy to deal with and gave straight answers to our questions. I wish to thank Ted and Ali for all their help.

Terrible experience I had.
Me & a Friend were in to buy a 2019 Camry.
Firstly they put it at the same price as 2020(Why would I buy a 2019 if that and 2020 are at the same price).
Secondly, we were treated with hostility & Intimidation when we were working on the price. After that there was no chance I would have spent a dime there.
On top of that, I went to the reception and since they had water bottles and stuff, I asked if they had a snack or something to eat and the response from the guy next to her was "This is not a convenient store".
As If that was not enough, Got an email later from the general manager asking about my experience there. I told her everything and its over 24hours now and they didn't even acknowledge it.
Rudeness & arrogance at its peak.
Never recommending this place ever to anyone.

Salesperson Peter D Costa was knowledgeable and patient, with a kind manner. He responded to all my early inquiries, and, as weeks went on, was available to answer even the most micro of questions. During my test drive visit, he spent a lot of time personally going over the car, and, once I made a final selection, tended to my soon-to-be vehicle like a caring babysitter.
Ricardo, the delivery specialist, explained how to use everything in my vehicle with detail, clarity and patience. This was a reassuring plus.
The financing manager, Shelley, is an amiable person who made finishing the deal more like a friendly conversation than a nail-biting pressure-cooker.
All together, my experience at Toyota on the Park was a gratifying one.
Alex educated me to various settings that resolved all my problems. Excellent knowledge and service. Despite some service overselling in years past, Amanda and Alex were direct and customer-centric. Top marks to both of them.
Absolute terrible service !!! Have always taken in my car for regular servicing here and the most recent time they serviced my brakes, they caused a noise that occurs everytime I apply pressure. I have since been in 3 times and keep getting the run-around and temporary fixes. I've gotten passed onto several different service advisors and technicians. I can only go in on the weekend and the manager (Mario) never works on Saturdays, the busiest day of the week. He has not taken ownership to properly resolve this issue they created and I keep wasting my time and theirs. Would not recommend servicing here.
Went on a Saturday planning to get a solid quote for a 2016 Corolla LE. Apparently they ran out of that specific model and only CE is left. The specific sales didn't recognize my need of an LE and went on talking about the price for a 2016 Corolla CE. I was very hesitant about getting a CE, as in I have no idea about the interior and functions. Not offered a test drive or at least sit in the vehicle to feel the difference. They went on hoping that I would give them my credit card to finalize the deal without realizing that I may not be comfortable with that specific model. I will not come back.

We were served by a salesperson named Mike Fawad Ghowsi who is super chill, personable, relaxed, no pressure tactics, extremely knowledgeable, took time to understand our needs & he was very patient with us. He gave us the time to think it over & decide if we wanted to purchase the vehicles or not. We ultimately did buy them from Toyota On The Park because we felt confident in what Mike was offering us. We've only had them for a few days & so far we couldn't be happier.
