It all starts with Jeff Moore - whatever my concern was before purchasing my 2017 RAV4 Limited Hybrid or questions I had after, Jeff was always there (even on weekends, evenings, and on his days off). Most important, Jeff was firm but he never pushed. Jeff got straight to the point and he is probably one of the most approachable salesmen I have ever met. Jeff cares about his clients and he is honest. I could not be happier with my purchase and more importantly the fact that I found my Toyota dealership for life. It doesn't stop there - Sham and Tim at service treated my father like family whenever he got his 2008 RAV4 serviced and passed on that care to me. My RAV4 is awesome and I do not regret my purchase one bit. Thank you Toyota on the Park and see you again soon!
