My wife and I had a great experience working with our sales rep Pat. He made the drive from Niagara Falls so worth it. We made a good deal and I ended driving back up to Toronto on Saturday to pick up my 2017 Prius. What an amazing vehicle. The financial Rep Shelly was thorough and answered all our questions. She was kind and didn t push us to make an uncomfortable decisions. I recommend doing business with Toyota on the Park in Toronto.

Mike did a great job making the process of trading in our car very seamless. He was super communicative and quick in answering our questions and getting us into our ideal car. This guy named AJ, I think that's his name, told me there were 6 brand new 2017 Toyota RAV4 AWD LE available over the phone. I asked him three times to confirm if this was true. I go there and they don't have any 2017 RAV4s available. Another employee told me he was probably lying to you just so you can come here. What a jerk! Took me an hour to get here from my place. A complete waste of my time!

I went their on 3rd of Jan 2019. The guy service advisor even he didn't know which one is fob light and head light. and how to remove i remove it by my self and show it to him.. i don't know how they hire ppls without knowing anything.Toyota is nice company but they have to exam their workers when they are hire them for service.

I spoke to a salesman named "Derrick" he did not shake my hand or introduce himself when he spoke to me. I asked to Road Test a Toyota Corolla CE to no surprise he showed me to a Toyota Corolla S in the showroom disregarding what I have asked to look at. He asked me if I liked the touch screen... I was dumbfounded as i respond "The Toyota Ce does not have a touch screen." This whole time he was hesitant to let me road test the car that I have been asking for. He asked me for my age for no apparent reason and this is when I felt discriminated because of my age. He asked for my budget and I responded with "$16,000-$17,000 cash. He responded with "Are you looking for the right car?"... Furthermore, he used terms such as "haggling" which is the wrong diction because I did not argue with his quote of $21,000 I simply stated my budget. I left the dealership before the road test because of "Derrick's" lack of professionalism. I asked for his name and shook his hand before I left so I can write a "good" review about him.

Some things are good, they'll wash your car and shuttle you around. However, once your car warranty is out you'll hear about tons of things that need fixing on every service appointment.

Peter D. at Toyota on the Park told us from the start he wanted to earn our business. He did with a mix of charm, professionalism and by meeting us more than halfway on terms. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Same goes for Ricardo. A fountain of Toyota knowledge. He spent all the time we asked for to explain everything we needed to know about our smart new car.

Amazing!! This experience was very good and i was very please on the professionalism of the sales rep Jenisha Patel. I was referred to her by a friend as i was in the market looking for a new car. My friend had told me go to Toyota on the park and see Jenisha. "She's the one to see she's very clear and was so patient with me." So i ended up getting in contact with Jenisha and set up my appointment to test drive the new 2019 Rav 4.
The rest is history . I love my new car and I'm so glad i went to see Jenisha. I trust her and wherever she goes I'll be getting my car off her!

I m very disappointed this place is so unprofessional I m very upset. I found my favourite car everything was good I spoke to a sale person he gave me appointment for today and I canceled my other appointments and work. But the next day I received call saying they didn t t check it properly it was sold already and they canceled my appointment. This is so unprofessional you should check if it s sold or not. I wouldn t even want to give one star!

Bought my first Corolla ('03) and still own it to date with over 330,000kms. Just purchased a '13 Sienna and it was another fantastic experience. One of the best dealership in GTA. Good customer service with good staffs. Great location. As soon as I reached them online , got response within 12 hours. One of the products advisor was helping me online but due to language issues went with Chitra. she is very friendly and explained all the ups and downs of the car plus the financial commitment. I had a pleasant experience purchasing a 2016 RAV4 from Toyota on the park in June. I thank Alex Son and Brian Choi for the experience. Brian was awesome in getting me the best price and additional discounts in certain features of the car! Alex Son, a salesperson, on the other hand was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He was very kind and patient in answering to several questions, some of which were the same questions repeatedly asked by my elderly forgetful parents. Also, Alex provided me honest reasonable advices on selecting certain features of the car (i.e. accessories that aren't really necessary or useful). There was no trick or pressure. And financial manager Ali Nikpour was also very professional and swift in processing paperworks for the financial part.

I looked everywhere to get a good pricing on my first Lexus as DVNL/RHL turned down on my offer. I came across a very friendly sales rep by the name of Jordan Lin. He asked what features plus configurations that I needed and I told him exactly word for word. That's when he told me he had one vehicle with the same spec/colour available in inventory which gave me a grind to my face. At the very end, he asked me how much I would like to offer and I gave him my price. Within seconds, he accepted my offer and my transaction went out very smooth. I would definitely recommend Jordan Lin if you needed to get a new vehicle and don't want to haggle. I'm very happy with my car and so far, there's no issues with it. Lexus definitely upped their reliability!

Waste of time!

a) were not serious about selling the car they were advertising (admitted it's just there to bring in traffic)
b) couldn't bother to warn me about all of the construction in the area - took me an hour longer to reach them
c) did not have the courtesy to return emails

After such a nasty trek, here I was hoping they wouldn't waste my time and I told them as much. Of course, they didn't even want to sell the car they had advertised, so a very bad customer experience here!

I consider this the best experience that I ever had in buying a new car. I knew that I wanted a Toyota Corolla Sports model, so that made my first choice easy. The reception person was very friendly and prompt and introduced me quickly to Mohammed Irfan Shaikh. I am used to haggling for hours over price, but our negotiation went quickly as the sales manager agreed to a very good price early in the negotiation. I appreciated this. Irfan asked me to consider a moon roof upgrade for the car since I was helping to buy a car for my young nephew (and it was his first car). Good decision. My nephew loved the Toyota sport with the moon roof and other options. Irfan was very friendly and professional. The dealer even stayed open later after 9:30 PM to accommodate my late purchase (and to give my nephew a chance to arrive to sign the deal) Many thanks to Alice Lake the finance person who also was patient and stayed late to complete the contract. Everything went smooth and we just picked up the car Aug 26. It was in perfect shape and Irfan spent a generous amount of time with my nephew to ensure he knew all of the controls and features of the car. We appreciated the sales manager and Alice greeting us again to congratulate us on the new car. Thanks to the whole Toyota on the park team for their friendly and professional approach to selling cars. I would highly recommend this first class dealer to anyone. They were very good as well in using emails to keep me up to date on the financing and delivery of the car. Well done. Go buy your new car there!

Once you mention that you are no longer interested in a Toyota, they will turn the ugly face on you. The sales manager Peter was very unprofessional when I told him I'd go for Honda. He behaved like a small mickey mouse used car dealership sales person. It was totally unexpected from a Toyota dealership.

The first week I came for a seat checkup. They told me that they need time and to bring the car next week. The car was under warranty. They said the car needs a new seat and that the car would take minimum 2 weeks.the veichle cannot go past 59,900km.i cannot park my car in the garage because I have to work. Why do I have to pay for the seat when the car is under warranty.

Last week i called one of sales person, he gave me a great price for a car over the phone. I called Monday morning left a message and he didn't even return my call even though he was in all day so I showed up in person and a new sales guy showed me a car and then said he would call me the next day when the V6 came in: and he didn't call me either.

I'm buying a new RAV4 for my wife and a new Camry for me: but not at this dealership.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. We were interested in the 2018 camry xse and got in touch with a salesman. We tried to negotiate a deal over the phone as this location is an hour away and we needed to make sure if it's even worth the drive with four kids if there's no room for negotiation. The salesman insisted we come and he was pretty sure he could give us a good deal. We made the drive the past Saturday (Feb 25th) and sure enough the car was ready for us to see. As soon as I opened the driver's side door, so much ash started to fly around as it was windy outside. The interior of this beautiful red interior Camry was covered in cigarette ash and it reeked of cigarettes smoke in the car. I couldn't sit there for over 10 seconds and got out. The salesman first denied of any smells but then he said "may be a little bit but it's not that bad, I've been in cars that were worst". He continued to explain that the vehicle is currently being driven by their sales manager who smokes. I couldn't believe the lack of respect this dealership has not only for their vehicles but their customers and their time. I couldn't believe he asked us to drive an hour out and had the audacity to show a vehicle that was basically trashed. So disrespectful. This experience was extremely infuriating and disappointing.

My recommendation to anyone considering this dealership is to avoid this place. There are so many Toyota dealerships with way better service and clean inventory that was treated with respect before it was handed over to their clients.

I went to Toyota on the Park today to research new Toyotas and I was blown away by Andrew Crombie's professionalism and knowledge base. Not only does he know is products well, he also spent a great deal of time explaining various options, benefits, and suitability of vehicles and trim levels specific to my needs.

He took great care to accurately inform me about the newest safety equipment and standards on Toyotas, and arranged for 2 test drives today.

I would highly recommend Andrew Crombie at Toyota on the Park and I will return to him later this year when I am ready to purchase a new Toyota.

Got my first Car from this place. The experience was smooth. I got the car the next day of finalizing the deal. Peter D Costa was the sales rep which saw my deal through and was very helpful along the whole process. Ricardo explained all the functionalities of the car in a precise manner. Andrew Crombie is the man you want to see. He handled all questions and concerns with ease, a true tenured professional. The customer service provided by this man was unalike any other I have received. Simply put Andrew is phenomenal, provides a high level of ethical customer service while going above & beyond.

Rotated tires here. Service was efficient and the complementary rides were great with friendly drivers. However, you should take greater care. When I picked my car up and pulled away from the shop, my door light was on. Apparently, the hatch was still opened. I had a tarp put on the floor and it got caught and the hatch was never latched properly. When I went to check, one of the tires rolled out onto the road. Good thing I was still in the parking lot when this happened. Otherwise, I m happy with the service.

Just an amazing experience overall. John Lee was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Took his time with my husband and I. Answered almost all questions that we had. We purchased a 2016 Camry SE Special Edition from salesman Irfan last week. He was extremely helpful and kind, and was able to get us a price and deal that I could live with, given my past history with a Camry. He even went so far as to have the car ready the next day, as we were not going to be available in the usual time period. After we set up the financing and options upstairs, he went an extra mile to make sure the car was in absolutely perfect condition for pick-up. During a subsequent visit to pick-up some items left in the old car(for which he had gotten us a good price), he showed us he cared about everything regarding our satisfaction with the purchase, and made sure we knew all we needed. I would Highly recommend Irfan for your next purchase.
Further to Irfan's efforts, Conrad, our financing contact, was extremely helpful in getting us the best deal possible. When we returned to clear up some minor details, he bent over backwards to help us and explain every line of the contract to everyone's full understanding and satisfaction. He even made slight adjustments to the deal to make us much happier than we were before. Many thanks to Conrad for his understanding and tremendous assistance.
Finally, the Camry is a beautiful car, and runs well. It is such a relief to know that when I get into it, it will do whatever I need. For a 4-cylinder engine, it is almost as peppy as the V6 we had before. A super car.

If you are interested in buying either a used vehicle or new vehicle that is appealing to popularity then this dealership would be ideal. However, If you really want to customize your new vehicle as per your needs, then these guys should be avoided at all cost. I purchased a 2015 RAV 4 In June and wanted a FWD as opposed the recommended AWD. I chose the high end FWD "the Navigation package XLE". I was advised by the saleswoman (Selvana) that all important features would be available on this option. However I was surprised at the options I received. I am not sure whether she didn't know the details well enough or not. I was charged $600 for a remote starter but received a one-way starter worth $99.99. Other than the driver s window, the other 3 weren t automatic. The navigation system malfunctions half the time. The push buttons (for lock/unlock, windows, etc..) are not illuminated so it is difficult to see it in the dark. I am yet to compare my vehicle with similar models of others, and am sure more broken promises would come up if I do so. . I am also very disappointed at the Financial Manager Ali Nikpour for the inconveniences he caused due to his lack of common sense. This should have been labeled as a SEMI-LUXURY PACKAGE instead. My 10 year old basic Jetta model has better luxurious features than this vehicle. Overall, neither the saleswoman nor the financial manager had provided proper information about this model, nor were able to deliver what is promised. I would never buy from these morons again

I bought a 2013 Tacoma from Toyota on the Park a few weeks ago. I had driven in from Waterloo to see their stock. The service was great and I ended up buying a truck that day (thanks Andrew Ramsay and Peter Popovski). They worked with me on resolving a couple of minor issues with the truck I identified. The process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a car.

Bad dealing Customer service .after I take with him let me go to saw alone and after I came back to him I feel he doesn't want me pay it and he talked to another costumer and he told me 2 minutes then 4mineutes one hour after that I left

Toyota contacted me about trading in my RAV4 early. The agent's name is Shajee. From that first call, he never waivered - even when he could tell I was either too busy to take his calls or that I wasn't completely convinced that I shouldn't wait until the lease expired. But he also didn't hound me. His follow-up and then once we met at the dealership, his service, openness, knowledge and approach to moving me towards a decision to upgrade to Lexus was refreshing. Shajee met with us 3 times and each time, he was as professional and respectful of our time as the one before. And as of last weekend, we are in our new Lexus! Shajee is clearly a rising star at that dealership; he represents them in such a professional and cordial manner that any organization would be proud for him to represent them.

There were 2 of us that were looking at same suv. Because we were paying cash and other guy was doing a trade in and financing the vehicle, the manager wouldn t allow us to buy the vehicle because he was going to make more money off the other guy. They are just money hungry and zero customer service

After many not so good experiences with few car dealerships, including Scarborough Toyota, I had decided to give Toyota On The Park a try, and I am glad I did.
As soon as I walked in, the sales manager Jure greeted me at the door and I felt so welcome! Never at any other new car dealership had I seen a manager being so available for us customers. So meeting Jure, on the floor, made me feel at ease.
Mahad was very nice to me and my kids and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay with the car. I got new Michelin tires and he even offered us a ride to pick up our new car. I and my kids are very grateful for Mahad kindness and professionalism.
He did not use any sales tactic on us and he respected my choice to pay cash for the cash. Also, he did not try to charge us any additional fees. He also followed up few days after we bought the car to make sure everything was okay.

Right from the start Toyota on the park is an impressive facility. I was greeted warmly. Javier was great sales consultant and I am very grateful he was. Javier knows so much about the product. He is very well informed and honest. He very genuinely cared to find me the right fit. When I had questions, he was patient and answered them all. And at the same time he made the purchasing experience a fun one. Would highly recommend seeing Javier at Toyota on the park to all my friends and family.

Always be careful with some money driven sales person, don t be pushed around, but the sales manager is still a decent guy. Besides, waiting room is nice and clean. Maintenance is efficient. I had a good experience in last three years.

Sale consultant Parker was so courteous and he was helpful in every aspect of buying.
Well overall i like the buying experience , reasonably priced and definitely recommend to anyone who is in the market looking for good cars.

I've been servicing the car here for 4 years without much hassle. Last visit went so badly that I will be going somewhere else:
-Service adviser pushing unnecessary/optional services as 'part of the standard maintenance plan' when they appear nowhere on the maintenance plan (throttle body cleaning & efi flush).
-Warranty repair couldn't be accommodated during visit, requiring yet another visit.
-Shuttle didn't arrive for scheduled pickup (I was 12 minutes early).
-Gave up on shuttle and took a cab only to have service adviser make snarky comments about being late "OK girls, now we can all go home".
Nice facility... service sucks.

I wish google had an option to give less than 1 star.
Pathetic service, they try to sell you cars with wrong information.

This Toyota on the park are very aggressive in selling extended warranty (ECP) that they can't keep! Don't fall for their trap.

I bought Corolla Car and I was happy with the service. All staff were excellent especially Jack. This guy did a wonderful job with me. He helped me choose the right car for my needs. He helped me get the best insurance policy . He was more than a sales agent. I am amazed by how much he's committed to do his job and how excellent he's in doing it.

I had a very positive experience purchasing a vehicle with the help of Peter D Costa in sales. He understood exactly what I wanted and helped me narrow down my choices. On my second visit to the showroom , this time with my husband, he was very attentive and helped us hammer out a deal on the car of my choice. When I came to pick up the car he spent a fair bit of time showing me its features, linking my phone to it, showing me how to program in my call list etc. The next day he sent me video link explaining how to use the foot-operated automatic tail gate feature. I was very pleasantly surprised by this degree of dedication. When I picked up the vehicle he also introduced me to Anastasia Hamblin, Dellivery Specialist, who plans to come to my home and teach me everything I need to know about this car. I could not ask for better customer service!
