I did have some troubles like getting the approval for lease because I m still a student. Tony explained everything friendly and patiently to me, so that I can finished all procedures and got the car within one week.

We were looking for a new car and liked the look of the Rav4. I looked on line at Toyota On The Park and did a search of the sales staff. I was so lucky to find Paul Baretto. From the moment we connected on the phone I know he would be the ideal person to follow up with. Paul is courtious, professional and patient. There was no question that Paul was not genuinely happy to answer. We called Paul several times and met with him twice before deciding to lease. Paul could not possibly been any more helpful. After we drove away Paul continued to be his genuine helpful self and followed up with us to make sure everything was 100% and to invite us bac any time we have more questions or need something demonstrated again. I asked to see a specific vehicle I saw on Autotrader and one of the salespeople confirmed to show me this vehicle, and I asked several times if he had it prior to visiting the dealership. I showed up to view the vehicle and he was about to show me a different car because the one I asked about was 'sold' the day before. I don't want to assume but the way he acted throughout the whole communication, I am not sure if that vehicle existed to begin with. I don't know why he did this wasting my valuable time. He didn't seem sorry nor concerned. I think this is very unprofessional.

Recently i bought vehicle from Toyota on the Park and it's Certified vehicle (160 Point Check). But less then two month i had vehicle start up problem,I went to private mechanic to check my battery and they confirmed my battery is worst and i need to change. I felt very bad since i bought this vehicle with high price because of certified. I am suggesting please careful with their advertisement . I wrote my concern to them and i am hoping i will get positive reply.

They tried to sell a Toyota Camry for $63,750 to my friend through financing. I had to give them my two words and cancel this purchase. Absolutely horrendous. Buyer beware and take someone vehicle smart with you when dealing with there car salesman and financing people. To cancel the purchase on the next day car salesman and financing guy wanted us to give them $300 cash under the table. I'm like no thanks we will just protest in front of the property with the vehicle price you tried to sell to my friend and they canceled it right away without taking the requested bribe.

I've bought and sold many cars but working with Mike was very different this time. He genuinely cares about putting you in the right car and getting you the best price. One common thing I experienced with any other dealership has been once you sign a lease or buy contract, they behave like: okay that's it, get out and drive your car!!!
Toyota on the Park was very different. Last Friday I bought out a Camry I had leased four years ago. During all these years whenever I was there i.e. for service, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. When I was putting too much kilometre on the car for a while, I ask them for a solution to avoid or lower the extra pay, they suggested me a very reasonable one.
It is obvious that Toyota Production System (TPS) principles that is a major subject in Lean Manufacturing has been developed to the Sales and Aftermarket section as well.
I strongly recommend Toyota, this dealership and do not forget to talk to Jure Rossini the Sales Floor Manager.

I do not recommend the service department here if you have schedules to keep that day and have to rely on their shuttle service. They scheduled me 30 min later than when I should have been picked up and picked me up 75 min late. Overall, I ended up 2 hours late to my work.
Just recently bought a new Toyota 86 from Toyota on the Park, as they were the only dealership in my area that had the model I was looking for. I was absolutely bamboozled by the customer service provided by Parker R. If you're looking for a young lad that'll put on the coveralls and swing the hammer all day long to make your sale happen, I'd suggest you give him a call. Also, Shelley in finance was so diligent, she managed to save me money on the car when it didn't even matter to the dealership, pure magic when it came to customer service and satisfaction. New Vehicle Purchase
My wife and I just purchase a new 2014 Highlander at Toyota on the Park. Our salesperson was Jason Banwell. Anthony Trasmundi finalized the deal with us and Joe Scavone handled the purchase agreement and warranty/options. Jason was a great salesperson. We had lots of questions which he answered with a thorough knowledge of the vehicle. He as very friendly, not a bit pushy and extremely helpful to us. Anthony was also great in gettnig us the price we needed on the new vehicle. Joe answered all our questions on the warranty and protections options and got us a good price on the protection package. I would highly recommend all 3 of these gentlemen and Toyota on the Park. We visited another dealership prior to coming to Toyota on the Park and the service and knowledge here was the deciding factor in purchasing our Highlander here.
From start to finish, my dealing with all the staff at Toyota on the Park was a pleasant experience. Thanks to my salesman Pat and Peter for taking the time to make my purchase complete and instilling complete trust in the dealing. All my questions were answered without hesitation on the service history of my vehicle - a real plus when dealing with a nearly 10 year old vehicle. First saw the 2010 Prius just after being traded in used condition, but on delivery, the detailers made the car look as good as new. Thanks again, and we will see you again when Toyota brings a full electric vehicle to Canada.

Toyota, or more correctly, Lexus on the Park is a superb dealership and service centre.
Have owned many cars in my life... But with the help of Janisha at Toyota on the Park, I bought a new car for the first time. Thought I would never buy new but that changed because Janisha was so helpful, knowledgeable and above all, very patient. She answered all my questions at absurd hours and endured a negotiation process that I extended for hours until I was very happy with the final deal.
It is a recent purchase so I have only been back to Toyota on the Park once so far. But sooo impressed with after sale support by Janisha. She was with me every step of the way that visit. At service, to finance, to car rental (because Camry being rust proofed overnight) back to service etc.
Thought I would have my servicing done at a closer dealership but because of Janisha, I'm sticking with Toyota on the Park.
Winter tires exchange has to wait long time (till Nov.24th) while it's start snowing.

I made an appointment and drove over an hour to look at the vehicle and then had to wait 30 minutes for the sales guy. I bought the vehicle at listing price and they sold it with safety but I had to replace front brakes the same week I picked it up because they had a very bad shake. Staff was friendly and nice clean place.

John Lee is very unprofessional. He made an appointment, gave me a quote. When I showed up ready to buy a car he told me he does not have a car and increased a quote significantly but asked me if I would be interested in some other car. You have to realize you are wasting peoples time by bringing people there under false intentions.
We bought our car this week. Peter D Costa was a great sales man, courteous and polite. He took us around, explained everything thoroughly and was friendly. However, we felt that the dealership failed to make us feel special. This is our 5th car in Canada and this was the first time that the manager did not even bother to see us or come out of his cabin to say a simple congratulations (Covid can t be the excuse). This dealership does not know the simple gestures like throwing in a couple of car washes or things like that to make a customer feel happy. They did though on asking. Looks like they don't even give a loner car when servicing/repair is done. Benz, Mazda all have the loner car policy. Purchase of a car (new or pre-owned) is very special for many families, and little gestures make it extra special. I hope to have a better experience in the coming years with the dealership.
Mahad made our experience very pleasurable. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he also made purchasing my C-HR very easy. I was able to make a decision without feeling pressured. I strongly recommend Mahad and his team to look after your needs for your new Toyota! Mahad had my best interests at hand making this purchase and amazing, positive experience.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from the "On the Park" locations
1) 3 year ago I purchased a used vehicle from Lexus on the Park. My sales person was Kevin L. Fantastic service, no complaints what so ever. Everything from the test Drive, negotiations, delivery and post delivery. In fact I still receive 5 star service from Kevin and his team to this day.
2) In Feb 2020 I purchased a used vehicle from Toyota on the Park. Typically I would have dealt with Kevin but he was on vacation this time so I dealt with Peter. I received good service, he was accommodating, etc, etc. Where I have an issue is post delivery. I financed my vehicle via Toyota on the Park and have called back a number of times to find out what is happening with the status of my loan as the financing bank doesn't have any records from them. Long story short 2 + weeks post picking up my vehicle and nobody has any information about my loan, my first payment date has come and gone and the money is still in my account. The bank tells urges me to talk to Toyota and Toyota financing literally doesn't have time to talk to me. Needless to say I think my loyalty to the "on the Park" family has come to an end I wont be driving 1+ hour to purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. You would think that a dealership would want their money but I guess not.....Seems like they were content just getting the sale and not servicing their customers after that.
Great experience with salesman Peter Da Costa! Very easy going and low pressure sales method. He knew we were buying but he didn't push us into something we didn't want. We knew exactly what vehicle and colour we were looking for and Toyota on the Park had one for a very fair price. We dealt with Matt and very much appreciate the fact that he listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us to consider additional options we were not interested in. A very smooth and easy transaction and we love our new (to us) Toyota.
I bought a Toyota Camry an I am very happy with my purchase and the amazing customer service. All my questions were answered by the very nice sales rep, Nigel Garth, and I never felt pressured. He helped me to find the perfect car within my budget.
Second visit in a week and still lovin it! Had a longer appointment today so decided to check out the lounge. They've got a cafeteria with a few options for breakfast, lunch, and miscellaneous treats and drinks.
The Wi-Fi connection is strong enough to watch Netflix which I'm so thankful for!
Overall space is large and very clean. Leather chairs all around with coffee tables, making it easy to both lounge around or get some work done.
Very classy area, and makes an hour and a half wait seem not so bad.
When I shared the feedback below with the sales manager at Toyota on the Park, I recieved a prompt generic response, that referenced his hope that myself and my mother are well. Well my mother has been dead for years so again, I have no idea who he thought I was. When he called me to apologize further I got a "what do want me to do?" as a response to me asking whether Toyota regularly sells vehicles that are not thoroughly cleaned for their new owners.
This is not the dealership that will provide a first time car buyer with proper support. Please go elsewhere!
Original complain is below:
I unfortunately found that my dealings with the sales team was less than I expected. As such I will share the following issues in a list below:
-From my first sit down with the sales person, who had initially been told, I was someone else, I did not feel like I was getting the attention that I believe every customer deserves. Even though we cleared up that misunderstanding, I don't feel that he rebounded from that sufficiently, to provide me (not the person he originally assumed I was) with the information and guidance that any customer would require.
-After test driving the car, I asked the sales rep to confirm that the car would be thoroughly cleaned when I came back to pick it up. He confirmed this but when I returned almost 2 weeks later to pick up the car, it was still dirty.
While I understand that this is a used car, a thorough detailed cleaning, would be the least I would expect to receive, when I pay 20k for a vehicle, which might not be new but is new to me. I was so embarrassed by the condition of the car, I had to leave it at the dealership to be cleaned and come back the next day to pick it up.
-At no point did I receive any contact details for for either the sales person or the financing officer, the day I decided to purchase the car.
As such I had to reach out to the sales manager for support with supplementary information for my insurance.
-The finance officer made no attempts to contact me to provide me with confirmation that my loan had been approved or to provide me with any additional information about the process. It was only when I finally got Mike on the phone that he made this confirmation.
-The volume in the navigation system was compromised. When I got the car tutorial, we noticed that there were issues with the volume. This issue (in addition to the issue of the cleaning was identified before I finalized my car purchase. I eventually had to leave the car that day and come back the next day - paying an unnecessary uber fare out of my own pocket- to pick it up).
The navigation system issue was never addressed the day I left the car (although I was told by the sales person that it would be looked into).
-I had to reach out to the sales person myself to better understand how and when this would be addressed. He assured me that someone from the service centre would be in touch with me to schedule a diagnostic screening. This never happened.
-I was left to contact service myself and book the diagnostics for an issue that I believe your dealership should have addressed before selling me that car.
Thankfully this issue was appropriately handled by your service department and they were able to do it at no charge to me.
-Finally, there is an evident crack on the front bumper of the car in addition to a broken license plate frame. Clearly the car got into a small accident that cracked the chrome and misaligned the entire bumper. I know it is my responsibility to look over the car and assess any damages and negotiate accordingly, but it was just disappointing that something so small could not be addressed before I purchased the car. Additionally, I am disappointed that I will have to shoulder the financial burden of getting that addressed in the future.
Andrew at Toyota on the Park was very professional and ended up giving me the best deal of any of the Toyota Dealers in the area.
Would recommend him if you are looking for a new car.
I bought a used Corolla in September and I must say that I'm satisfied with the customer service from my salesperson, Pat, to the welcoming front desk staff. All my concerns with the car were addressed and accommodated, and I'm satisfied with my purchase. I would go back again for my next purchase.
I just bough my first ever car (a 2017 Toyota Corolla) from Toyota on the Park, and I had a great experience. Parker was relaxed and friendly, and willing to answer all my many questions. He was able to send me pictures before I came to see it, and was friendly and relaxed during the test drive. We were looking for a good reliable used car and thanks to Peter Da Costa we found it.
We trully appreciated the fact that he really listen to our needs and that he didn't even tried to suggest us to take a more expensive car.
Ordered a car 5 months ago, still not delivered And no communication of estimated delivery date. When contacted by the dealer with update of delayed delivery they stated that the original leasing agreement signed with $1000 deposit can no longer be honored and have attempted to contact me to renegotiate at a higher leasing cost realizing the car is in high demand/short supply.
This is not what I would call good customer service and appears to be unethical behavior. Sales manager assigned to my purchase is Rasheed Islam.
Buyer beware: You d be better off buying from another Toyota dealership with higher level of integrity.
I accompanied my friend to this dealership who was looking for a RAV4 and Peter De Costa from Toyota on The park is just amazing. We went to 2 other Toyota dealership but those were not as welcoming and patient as Peter De Costa. Truly I admire Peter De Costa's salesmanship, calm behavior and excellent service which made my friend purchase the RAV4 from Toyota on the park. Surely recommend and hoping to pay a visit soon in near future.
Have been trying to get the information I need to buy out my leased vehicle for one month .Left several phone messages, multiple e-mails have physically been their twice in the last month.Today have to take time out of hectic schedule to demand that I get the information needed since the deadline is in two days.They are claiming that they do not have my e- mail address ,yet I have given them three separate e-mail address's and continue to receive promotional e- mails from them.

Recently my wife and I visited Toyota On The Park dealership and had the pleasure of meeting the General Used Car Sales Manager Peter Popovski and Online Sales Manager Mahad Mofrad.
Both greeted us with a smile and professionalism. After inquiring as to the type of vehicle we were interested in Peter checked his recent incoming inventory and found a 2019 Toyota Corolla that had just come in with very low mileage and in excellent shape. After viewing and driving this car we settled on a price that was equitable to all.
I can only add that both Peter and Mahad from the initial greeting to the subsequent sale were both polite, knowledgeable, professional and definitely a true asset to this dealership. They are nice but I find the staff take their sweet time when helping you at the parts desk. Ordering a small part and getting some keys cut took over an hour. That is much too long in my opinion. I cannot speak for other aspects of the dealership.

We bought 2 used car one 2015 camry xle and rav4 le AWD. Both are nice cars. Cheaper than market prices. The assistance sales manager is so coporative. Knowledgeable person explain all about the car before delivery. The dealership need to take more steps for house keeping in this covid time.

Unfortunately, I am only able to rate my experience as it appears I wasn't good enough to talk to -- on 2 occasions. I moved to Canada last year and just got my PR. I also have 2 puppies and starting to get summer and winter gear and wanting to plant roots. I decided to look for my first new SUV. I was really interested in the RAV4.
On 2 occasions, the exact same thing happened. I showed up in casual jeans and tee-shirt. The second time, I pulled into the parking area where a salesman gave me his judgmental look as I stepped out of my car. I spent over 30 minutes in and out of RAV4s in the showroom before seeing what was outside and returning to the showroom. Not once was I even greeted by the receptionists -- in all fairness, they may have never seen me. But there were MANY salespersons who looked right at me, some more than once, and not even a single hello. I appreciate the giving me space to look and see, but after 30 minutes, you'd think someone would just say hi. One salesman even sat as his desk and turned his chair around after looking at me.
Needless to say, I walked out. Drove to a Hyundai dealership and was greeted by a receptionist. After 15 minutes of looking at a Tucson, unbeknown to me, the dealer manager walked up, said hello, offered a drink, and asked if I had any questions. I said I need some time to look more and he let me be. When I was ready, I found him and he connected me with a sales guy. I bought a 2020 Hyundai Tucson Luxury.
I guess my only advice to Toyota on the Park is that I know $200K+/yr is enough to buy a car -- but we still like to dress comfortably. You know what they say about books and covers, right?
Mike was supremely helpful. He had reached out to me over the phone, about bringing back my mini van, which was at the end of it's lease. I told him what I wanted my next car to be. He didn't call again until he had the right car and then he made absolutely sure I had everything I wanted. Very genuine lovely person, who clearly understands his clients and wants to make sure they are happy. Best car buying experience I've ever had!
I bought my Toyota from them and I've found their service exceptional. Everyone's very friendly and approachable. They topped up my washer fluid free of charge during my last servicing and also included a free car wash. The waiting lounge is pretty good as well. Just one suggestion- the complementary coffee there could be a bit better but I'm not complaining.

I really enjoyed my experience of buying a little touch up pen for a used Camry. the receptionist carried a very easy going atmosphere and gave me professional suggestion. I appreciate her way of working. Great.
It was an absolute delight to buy our first car in Canada with Judy! Not only is she highly professional and sincere with a thorough knowledge of her job, she is also very personable and fun! I would highly recommend her, she makes car buying experience a lot less daunting!
I once posted a truthful review about their rude and dismissive behavior. However, it isn't here any more! These arrogant and disrespectful people just want to show a perfect appearance! Ha-ha!
