I am very dissapointed in the way this place did business with me. Shelly Butler, the financial services manager, straight up pulled a bad faith business strategy to take advantage of a young immigrant lad like me. She was manipulative and rude in the way she did business. Upon stating clearly during our meeting that we would move forward only after talking to me once we get an answer from the loaning company, they now forcefully kept my $1000 deposit which I was going to use to fix my old car. The sales person Jenisha promised me that I would get my $1000 deposit back if I change my mind. At the end they kept my $1000 deposit and took advantage of me. I was not able to fix my old car because toyota on the park kept last of my saved up money. I was not able to commute to work because of that and my company ended up firing me because of absenteeism. As per OMVIC's guidance, I have emailed Shelly Butler and Rash Islam 3 times over the past 3 weeks for the refund and they have been ignoring my emails. I didn't realise that these big dealerships will take advantage of helpless immigrants and young people like me. I do not recommend this place at all.

Good dealership. You get the usual salesman mumbo jumbo. The times I have been there they are nice and don't leave you waiting too long. The car wash is nice to have, they generally give you free tokens.
You have to wait a long time to get help. Good luck with calling the sales department! No one will respond to their extensions or return your call. It seems you have to beg them to get a service!

He assigned me to salesman Peter D Costa, who is a pleasure to deal with. Peter listens to what you are looking for and doesn't try to push you into a vehicle, but is rather wholly accommodating to arrange test drives and discusses the merits of each model. The first day I entered Toyota on the park, I was greeted with smiles and then I met Carlos Garcia. He was exceptional in all ways and he made my journey towards my FIRST CAR a pleasant one. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and had pleasing personality to deal with. I am very happy and satisfied to purchase a used Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited SUV from them. Before buying new car from them check with other dealers. I was going to spent approximately 37000 dollars and asked for only 300 dollars more discount but they could not sale the car to me. Guess what I went to DVP Dealar and they were happy to sale the Camry almost a thousand dollar less than Toyota on Park. And the car was ready for next day.

Two weeks ago I decided to pay Toyota on the Park a visit and set up a test drive on a 2017 XLE Rav 4. I scheduled it with Nigel Garth and got a very good costumer service and he made every thing to make the experience very good.Once we finished the test drive, they offered me a great deal on my 2012 model and we ended trading. The trade was very honest and reasonable, and most important fit on my budget. I am willing taking my next business to them and wish that the maintenance team is as good as the sales are.
I'm so happy I found this place for oil changes. The price is excellent for synthetic OEM oil & filter. Just drive in no appointments for oil changes. Cheaper than private mechanics. They offer a free car wash (not brushless) but I don't mind as my car is old and 2 extra car wash tokens as a gift. Nice clean spacious waiting area with free coffee/tea and a chef that offers breakfast at reasonable prices. I am going to buy my tires here as they offer free rotations.
Good experience. Andrew assisted me in financing my first vehicle in Ontario and was very considerate (to the best of his abilities) to the situation I was in. I m just recently buy a 2019 CHR Limited + Extended warranty + pretty much all accessory that could come with it so about 41G from here and pick up on August 31, 2018. Maybe good place buy new car but service is terrible so buy new car is ok but don't get accessory or extended warranty because they may not install it probably or missing even they charge top dollar for it and you order your car month in advance, when it done no one will bother double check to make sure it install probably or make sure all the accessory purchase or order is install, when the time come or something happen you say you got extended warranty or under warranty they will say is in the grey area, when problem happen no one will own up to mistake or offer assistance endless you come back few time and demand talk to manager, it will be a hassle and confusing to get answer or problem sole or fix it simply they want you to pay or pay more even you purchase extended warranty so don t bother waste your time and money on the extra. Sale, Part and Service all under Toyota but none of them work together for better serve customer they may as well be 3 different companies, don t bother writing email to GM either because he doesn t read or reply back event you take your time write to him to address your concern so don t waste your time with it. It makes sent now I think about it nice looking build, good car cause it Toyota and terrible service maybe had to do with not all management is care here.

I want to thank Paul Barreto for all his help with the purchase of our used Toyota Highlander. There was some miscommunication on some the details of the vehicle which took some time to sort out. Paul took ownership of the situation and helped change a negative experience into a positive one. He took time to understand our needs and definitely addressed some of the concerns we had. Service department is great. Sales department "0" Tremendous turnover. Sales people know nothing about the products. They would starve to death if they were selling anything but Toyota's. We tried to trade our Low Mileage top of the line Toyota and the sales manager offered us $4,000 lower than any other dealer. He basically told me thanks for your business, but F$^% Off, your used Toyota is worthless. Luckily they are not the only game in town.

I recently bought a used car from Toyota on the Park and I really had a great experience with Sales Consultant Joe Oliveira. Joe was extremely professional and well informed about the car and the entire sales process. He provided all the details about the car, the history, car proofs, the financing process etc. What I appreciate the most about Joe is that he was calm and very professional and I did not experience any kind of pressure from him at all. I purchased my vehicle from Toyota on the Park with help from Parker Raaymakers. The moment I walked in to the location, I was greeted immediately and the staff there was excited to have a potential buyer at their location. I was met with kindness, understanding and an energy that made my first time purchase all the more exciting. Parker made the process easy and listened to what I was looking for. He was prompt on ensuring I received the offer I was looking for and was consistent with following up with me ensuring my transition was easy. I can't thank him and Toyota on the Park for making my experience effortless and without all the awkwardness and pressure one might feel from environments such as these.
Used Car Sales: Came here due to the Google reviews but was sadly disappointed. Peter, the used car sales manager, had his gamesmanship on full display e.g. "On a $30K used SUV (2013 highlander with 95K kms and a collision), the discount I can give is only in the hundreds" but the best line was: "on the trade in, buyers prefer 4 cyls instead of a V6 so I have to knock off an additional $500 on the value of your trade". Let's give Peter some credit - that last line was at least original, never heard that before in all my years of buying cars. Two hours that we will never get back. Take your business elsewhere.
Rebuttal to GM's note: Our intention was not to 'negotiate a substantial amount off of the purchase price' instead, it was to come to a fair price where the dealership gets a profit and the customer drives away based on a decent offer. It's not the initial pricing being questioned (that's why we came here in the first place), it is the demeanor and games that your used car staff play.
Service Dept: At least TOTP's service department are staffed with credible and professional folks. They offer express oil and filter changes that do not need appointments, and have a comfortable cafeteria style customer lounge on the 2nd flr. They are 5* for servicing your vehicle.
Well: first visit to the service department after purchasing a new RAV4, less than 4000km on the Odometer. Car's onboard sensor says one thing, service says another problem altogether. Explanation of why that difference, very odd ,not convincing, delivered as a brush-off. Anyway, the vehicle is now back to normal. Not an auspicious beginning, but early days in what l hope will be an OK relationship. We shall see.

I appreciated his professionalism and his extensive knowledge of the 4Runner. Please read! I am posting under an alias name first of all not my real name. Bought a used car a while ago. It was okay. Dealt with Bob who seemed personable and a good guy. The reason for the 3 stars is because everyone else at this dealership - serious attitude/culture problem - from the front desk secretary to the used car manager (who never even came out to congratulate me on my purchase or speak to me), to the finance manager (who said something condescending to me during the signing process), were all very unpleasant, stuck up, and full of themselves. I have never seen such snobbism anywhere else! I felt like they treated me like dirt because I bought an inexpensive used car, and not a Brand New $50,000 Highlander. They act like they are Ferrari or something :S Meanwhile they are just Toyota This is why I won't come back.
This is one of the most unprofessional dealerships I have ever been to. I had an appointment with Javier which I had booked one week prior to my visit. I drove from Mississauga which is an hour and I also brought my wife with me to look at the car, we both didn t go to work so we can purchase our new car and get it over with. When I arrived at the dealership 15 minutes earlier to be respectful of Javier s time and to have extra time to go over everything we wanted to know about the car. HE WAS NOT THERE KNOWING THAT WE HAD BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT A WEEK BEFORE. For a big dealership like Toyota on the park I don t quite understand why they have unprofessional people working for them. If you couldn t make it at least give me a call to let me know. There were other sales representatives working and none of them were willing to help, mind you I m sitting beside the receptionist and I could see everything. She was calling and searching for someone to help us even though ALL OF THEM WERE FREE NO ONE WANTED TO ASSIST US. After waiting for a while the receptionist got us a sales representative named John to help us and he was not interested to even talk to us. After talking to us for a few minutes John told us he s busy and will get someone else to assist us. Thanks to Carlos and the receptionist for providing us with the best customer service. All though I m very upset with my visit because Javier didn t care enough to show up and assist us as he promised so I decided to go over to Richmond hill Toyota where I was welcomed and respected. That s when I decided I was at the wrong dealership. Don t even bother booking an appointment with them. They don t respect you or your time and just like Javier, they probably won t show up or forget that they have an appointment. Very disappointed.
I stopped by in the last weekend to purchase the 2018 Toyota Camry LE Hybrid after communicate with the Sales person, Frank Mariyanayagam. I offered Frank to purchase the new vehicle at 3% above the dealership's invoice price instead of haggling the prices from the MSRP. Franck promised that he will try to do better than that. So I made an appointment to stop by to meet him in his dealership in the last weekend after we emailed for about 3 or 4 weeks....
We started with the trade-in's value of my very old and 13 years vehicle, Ford Focus. Frank asked me how much I wanted for my old vehicle. I paused a little and gave him the magic number which I had in my mind, $4,500 LOL for this 2006 Ford Focus having over 220,000 KM. Frank smiled a little and he probably knew that $4,500 was not the realistic number LOL. So he went back to discuss with his sale manager, Rashed Islam. He came back and showed me the autoTrader website to search for the same vehicle in this website which is currently selling. Fortunately, we found 2 of them LOL. One which was the exact same year and trim with my old Ford Focus and having about the same KM was selling for about $2,000 LOL. The other which was in higher trim and much lower KM was selling for about $2,500 LOL.
At this point, Rashed was sitting with us instead of having Frank walked back and forth between him and me.
To move it fast forward, I asked Frank and Rashed whether they can sell me the brand new 2018 Camry LE Hybrid at 3% above the invoice with $2,000 trade-in's value for my 13 years old Ford Focus. If they can make this happen, then we shake hand and I would give them my business. At the end, I offered at 2.75% above the invoice price and $2,000 trade-in which Rashed and Frank accepted my offer.
For financing this brand new vehicle, I worked with Shelly Butler who presented me with a simple form of credit application with Toyota Credit Corporation. I knew that my credit is not that stellar from being unemployed or underemployed a couple years ago in the oil rich province when the oil prices tank before landing a good job here in Toronto a little less than a year ago. So I wasn't sure whether my credit application would be approved. Wha la, six days after, I picked up my 2018 brand new Camry LE Hybrid. Frank was able to locate the colour (red with $255 premium) and secured the vehicle for me.
Overall, I am very happy with my experience with this dealership in dealing with the following individuals:
- Meghan - receptionist who was very eager and friendly in offering me coffee and water - Frank Mariyanayagam - my SUPER STAR Sales person - Rashed Islam - sale manager (Frank's manager) who worked in anyway to realise my offers of 2.75 % above the invoice price and $2,000 trade-in's value - Shelly Butler - Finance person who got the work done and have my finance application approved. Be warning that Shelly was no simple Finance person. She might have spent about almost 30 minutes to up-sell me all of the extended warranty, rust proof, and etc. which I politely declined all of her up-sell offers. LOL
Upon the delivery of the car, my brand new vehicle was prepared with spotless and shiny as no other in the bright and sunny day in Toronto with a comfortable 15 C temperature. Frank took his time to go over all of the instrument, panels, enTune and etc. Frank also helped me to download and setup the enTune software in my cellphone to connect to the enTune installed in vehicle. So he actually went a lot of extra miles to do all of these things with me in addition to the usual instrument, panel and spare tire LOL.
Frank also walked me to introduce me to the Service department by the lady named, Amanda, whom gladly printed me a copy of my first two service schedules and two tokens of the free car wash.
I would highly recommend this dealership and individuals whom I mentioned.

If I could rate a zero star I would. Complete waste of my time. I called ahead of time for a specific vehicle they didn't answer the phone so I drove there from Hamilton because I really want a car they have. Upon entering the dealership I wasn't greeted or made to feel welcome. Asked one of the salesman for help he said he is busy and go talk to reception. I go to reception there is nobody there. I looked around and nobody acknowledged me as I am about to leave I see 2 salesman with reception talking and none of them look like they want to help or make the effort to ask if I need help. Not sure if people of color are welcomed at this location. I would not recommend this location, it makes me upset just thinking about how poorly I was treated.
Had a very bad experience with Toyota on the Park service department this time. I had been for a Oil change for my Corolla last week and requested them to be careful while washing the car before the oil change as there appeared to be some damage done from the car wash from the previous time (which they obviously had denied doing it!). For this request, they did not wash the car this time (even after I asked them to wash the car with care) and I was quite surprised that the oil change was pretty fast (usually it takes around 45 mins for whole process) and I was wondering why. They had not washed the car, fluids were not topped off, air was not filled on my tires which usually they do, door locks were not lubricated. Obviously it was very fast. Also, I was told I denied the full maintenance (which seemed to be due) saying that I asked for just the oil change, which they did not mention in the first place that it was due when I walked in. I did not like the way the whole thing was done. BTW, the quote that they provided for the damage that they did during car wash last time was $2700!. Pretty bad!

I did my first time service last Sat. I appreciated Jordan Lin's help for the arrangement, the whole process is very efficient, just took me half hour. Jordan would always like to answer any questions and warm to the customers. Specially, he can speak fluent Mandarin, which helps me a lot, if you would like to buy a Toyota car in the city, I recommend Toyota On the Park and find Jordan Lin :)
I went to Toyota on the Park and met with Javier Caicedo. Although I was unable to make a decision, I wanted to mention how outstanding the service was. Javiar answered all of my questions and walked me through what each model can offer. I have an 11month old baby and safety and practicality are paramount. We just took delivery of a new 2016 Toyota Sienna and traded in our 4Runner, as expected the whole team went above and beyond, truly exceeding our expectations. In my opinion there is not a better Toyota Dealership to deal with, first class Sales and Service experience EVERY TIME.

I have never been happier with my choice. all 3 employees exceeded my expectations. they made me feel like a truly valued customer by paying attention to what model and specific details I wanted in the car and most importantly my budget and payment expectations. of course as a first time buyer I bombarded them with multiple questions and picked at every little detail in turn they provided very thorough explanations and addressed all of my concerns accordingly with regards to my purchase. I signed the agreement and walked out of the dealership feeling confident about my decision. when I picked up my car I knew I made the best decision. I definitely recommend this dealership and these employees to anyone who asks.
