Absolutely horrible customer service. They contact me to come pick up the car but make me wait 2 hours to sign the paperwork. Apparently this is normal. The most sense thing would be to coordinate the appointments so customers aren't standing around for hours on end. We all have responsibilities to get to. They even had the audacity to tell us one of their staff members quit because she "couldn't handle the heat". What a way to speak about your own staff. Completely lost all respect for this dealership.
