Customer service is not something that comes natural to some places, but these folks are fantastic. From the front desk workers to the folks in the back, everyone there were kind, funny, and professional. The quality of work done on my Mercedes was to my satisfaction, and the pricing was the best I could get anywhere. I'm definitely taking my car back anytime it needs anything.
After getting my tires changed from this guy! He ruined my rims and did wrong rotation. My tire is now ruined within 1 year! A loss it was for me to choose him! THE OWNER IS A SHAMELESS , ILLMANNERED AND A LIAR, NOT A MECHANIC! POOREST QUALITY WITH A SMILING FACE!

PAE goes above and beyond for their customers to make sure jobs are done right and in a timely matter. This mechanic shop is unparalleled in honesty and workmanship.
I found them initially by searching online for a place that suited my car's specific needs and reasonable price. Setting up the appointment over the phone, I got a very nice impression of the polite and sincere customer service. When I walked into my first appointment, the owner welcomed me with "Welcome Home." Talk about impeccable, above and beyond customer care. Needless to say, I got the service I needed for the right price and left on a very happy note. Will definitely return for more work on my car and will recommend to family and friends!
Car came in with an issue. They did an $800 tune up and half an hour later it was a write off with a blown engine. Rick told me I was lucky that I got my money back for the misdiagnosis. Now I'm out a car and some towing bills. Thanks for your help Rick.
Issac and the guys at PAE/Cars Inc. are consummate professionals and don't try to take you for a ride (no pun intended) with all sorts of things you may not need or want.

Great service!! Shannon, Issac and Rick make a great service team. Explains why they are expanding to all levels of automotive repairs, from cars to Big Rigs. I'm a trouble shooter and a parts guy. These guys will go pass the limits to get a problem fixed. They always use OEM parts if still available for repairs. GREAT people!!
I was referred over to PAE from a very close friend who had nothing but great things to say about Isaac, Rick, Chris and the team. I was exclusive to dealership service and since making the move I will never go back. Not only am I getting the same quality of work but the service here is second to none. I feel like it's family with to many examples to share. Thank you guys for your hard work.
Not a premium service as it claims to be. If you have en expensive car that needs understanding on how to fix it properly, on time and at lesser cost vs the dealer, this is not the place. The owner is an Iranian guy who can fix simple things. But he will charge you extra for things you don't need to fix, he will try to sell you parts at twice it's real cost online, and if you're not careful he will charge you over and over for fixing the same thing. When asked direct questions on costs or why he does what he does he would either give you vague explanations or flat out bs. We all know that to make money independent mechanics will do what I described above, but when the job is not done properly or not corrected immediately, or parts being damaged as a result, this is bad business. I serviced my Mercedes there and spent almost $8 K in this shop. The final trigger for me was that he installed my new steering wheel incorrectly (not centrally aligned) and didn't want to correct it without extra pay. So you will have to pay for his mistakes. He also scratched the polished wood parts on my brand new steering wheel and later denied that he did. To me this is FINAL. This is not a good place to service a vehicle you like. By the way, he charges $95/hour + tax, so you might be better off going to the dealer anyway. It'll be cheaper in the end.

Here's how competitive PAE cars rates.
a) PAE cars charged me $146 for wheel alignment in the past. I went to another Indy for wheel alignment 2 days ago. They charged me $60!
b) PAE cars quoted $215 for replacing 2 downstream Q2 sensors. 2 days ago I did it for $80!
I can continue, but you get the picture.
I bought my steering wheel in Denmark and it's OEM quality. It works perfectly. The issue is not the quality of steering wheel, but that the mechanic did not tell me that wheel alignment would have to follow the steering wheel installation to have the steering wheel centered. Instead PAE cars was telling me some stories about my part quality. Either he doesn't understand the alignment issues or he just didn't want to do it. Either way - bad service.
On so-called warranties that PAE cars provides. He was trying to sell me NGK O2 sensors for $200 each with some warranty. Well, I bought BOSCH O2 sensors on RockAuto for $100 each and they do provide warranty as well. So, does E-Bay. This magic warranty claim from PAE cars is bs to get you buy expensive parts. If you ever get to the point that the new part doesn't work I'm pretty sure PAE cars will tell you stories why your case is not under warranty.
Went there for car alignment as my car was pulling left. Nice initial impression, people are friendly, thought I made good decision. After 45 mins or so Mechanic came and told me that HE FIXED front wheel alignment but CAN NOT FIX rear wheel alignment as it not adjustable and I have to get shimming etc things done to fix it which they won't be able to do but told me now my car will pull little less to left but it will still pull to the left because rear wheel alignment is off. they gave free car wash , offered free keychain , nice pep talk. so far so good.
I drove it for one week but car was still pulling left which was bothering me but then PAE mechanic's words echoed that it is because of the rear wheel alignment.
After three weeks or so I had enough and went to my Car dealer told him that my car is pulling left and I want to go for car alignment however I DID NOT tell them that I already had my wheel alignment done at some other place.
I got my car back from my dealer today paid them $99 and as per the report there was NOTHING wrong with my rear wheel alignment but problem was with my front wheel alignment which they have adjusted . Now my Car is driving perfectly fine.
My take on this PAE , nice customer service friendly people. They have this 3D LAZER alignment machine but tool is as good the person who is operating it. Wasted my 49.99 . Not recommended
First time dealing with this company. Brought my bmw 428xi Cabriolet for an oil change and 50k service. It is so much better value here than at the dealer. Staff are very friendly as well. Thanks!
Awesome mechanic shop! Isaac took the time to explain things to me that no other car shop has done, especially because I'm a woman. At least I know I can trust Isaac and Shannon. They even noticed that some of the bolts under the frame was lose and tightened them at no charge. Lots of extras given with love and care and no extra charges. They even gave me some preventative tips. Friendly and trustworthy! I highly recommend them!

I went in to get my brakes done, Isaac greeted me like I was family, offered me a beverage and sat and spoke with me for awhile. Rick, who worked on my car came out to give me an update, they washed my car and gave me some things to look out for when it came to other concerns I had about my car. Great group of people over there.

Thanks to RICK and IRON MIKE fixed the problem and show me which is the problem on my car. It was done right the first time too with a DEALER TREATMENT and SAVE U MONEY. You guys really know cars. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED this place to anyone to check it out. I'll go back to this place again for future repairs and maintenance for my car
They went above and beyond for me. Where to start I went in for winter tires and the price and service was top shelf, so when I needed to certify and drive clean my smart car I went to them. They found that my brakes that had been cleared by the dealership actually needed some attention the brakes weren't wearing even from lack of servicing even though the dealer stated other wise. Two day before my brakes were to be fixed my car parked in a parking lot was hit by a car and involved in a five car crash. Pae Cars employees were there for me personel. Seeing me in emotional distress they spent time just talking about life and that ment the world to me you are truly a PERSON to them not just the next cheque for there pockets . Or like the horror stories you see on W5 were you are the next victim . So don't be fooled by fancy commercials

Ive been going to Pae cars since early 2015 I had owned a 2005 c55 amg Mercedes and no one in the city was able to tell me what the problem was not even the dealer I spent countless amounts of dollars at the dealer and other shops that when I came into contact with Rick at Pae cars I knew for sure my problems would be solved I had my car sent out to him he fixed the issue that it had after months of diagnostics at other shops and 3 different Mercedes dealers.

The guys at PAE CARS always have done an excellent job in regards to both the quality of the work done and getting me the best price. I have brought my truck here for everything that has needed to be done from oil changes to emergency repairs and everything in between. They have always done incredible work for the best price and the customer service is impeccable because of the passion and care that Isaac and the entire PAE team put into their work. I would not go anywhere else to bring my truck in for whatever it needs.
