I spent several days negotiating the price on a Toyota Prius V with Jeff Moore at Toyota On the Park only to be told that the car I was negotiating on had "been sold" (no warning this was going to happen, btw). I was then told that I could get another one if I was willing to pay the full MSRP. Yeah, right, thanks for nothing. What a waste of time.

Just had another superb experience at Toyota on the park. Went in for tire swap, oil and filter change and for a general checkup/inspection. As usual, service was prompt and excellent. The staff in the service area are very professional, attentive to customer needs and comfort. Very polite and friendly too! Especially the service manager who goes around and makes sure everything is running smoothly and everybody is taken care of. This is excellent customer service that I personally experienced and also observed while waiting and sipping the complimentary coffee in the guest waiting area. Mr Hon Ho, the service advisor, was very knowledgeable, efficient and to the point. I would definitely recommend Toyota on the Park for all service/maintenance needs.

We had an extremely satisfying experience buying our first car! Thank you to Judy Hsu and Shelly Butler. They facilitated a smooth transaction and there were never any surprises. Shelly handled the bank transactions and all finances were done with no problems at all. Judy is also very helpful and informative. Any qestions we had with our new car is just a call or text away. Other employees at the Toyota at the Park were also kind and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant experience indeed.

This is an update with our experience at Toyota on...

This is an update with our experience at Toyota on the Park. The GM reached out to us after the Google review. We expressed our concerns and the negative experience we had. We explained that we felt insulted by sales person, the vehicle had a problem and hour after we left the lot. This made us lose faith in the vehicle and we don't feel happy in it. Because we reached the point we were so frustrated, it was basically turned around on to us, as if we were the problem. The GM was sure that the vehicle was good and that if he put it on the lot today, he can resell it. He asked if we wanted to return it, which is what we had expressed from the get go when there was a problem after day one and were told this was not possible. The GM said he will return for us. But the next day another manager called to say this is not possible. So we were constantly let down and he couldn't follow through with his word. Seems like they wanted to just get rid of us any way possible. They asked us what else they could do for us and we said if they had so much faith in the vehicle give us the warranty for peace of mind. We were told this is also not possible. So basically nothing has been done for us and we are still stuck with a vehicle we are not happy in. We don't know what to do, we will try to contact Toyota Canada. We surely will not recommend or return to this location.

We went to Toyota On the Park to check out some pre-owned vehicles. From the moment we entered, Mahad and the rest of the Toyota On the Park staff made us feel at home and very welcomed. Mahad especially was extremely patient walking us through a list of pre-owned vehicle and took us for a few test drives. He was attentive to our needs and gave us many great recommendations as well as suggestions to take out time to shop for a car. Although we didn't end up buying that day, he still followed up with us after and continued to give us suggestions. A few weeks later, after shopping around, we decided we wanted to get a new Rav4 and I just know Toyota On the Park was the place to be. Mahad is a true customer advocate who really cares about his customers. I would recommend going to see him when you're getting your next Toyota.

Very bad experience with Baltazar in the body shop department . He is very helpful at first but if you will have issues he wont even deal with it . I brought my 2016 rav 4 hybrid for collision repair after it was done there are some issues but Baltazar keep ignoring it . The good thing Chris from scarborough toyota takes care of everything. So beware of that body person guy Baltazar very unprofessional.

It s a 6 week wait for car detailing. This happened twice to me. They claim they have in house detailers, but I suspect they just outsource it. If they outsource, sadly they re just lying. If they don t outsource, sadly they can t operationally address a 6 week backlog. Either way, Go elsewhere. To make matters worse, they did work on my mom s car without permission.

This is the best dealership I visited so far in GTA, special credit to the sales person, Mr. Javier Caicedo.

I was searching for a brand-new compact SUV and visited multiple dealership of Toyota, Honda, Ford, Nissan, Subaru, but ended up with Toyota from this dealership after month long search & research.
Javier was really a nice person to work with. Not just he explained each and every feature in detail, he understood our requirement fully and provided the best solution we needed. He was humble enough to even arrange for our pick-up and drop. We got a good discount too on our brand new 2020 model :)

This place deserves a negative rating and no stars at all. Do not go here, very poor customer service. I visited Toyota on the park last night around 7pm with my wife and the receptionist didn t even acknowledge us so we decided to walk around the showroom to look at the Rav 4 and we walked for a good 10 minutes so I finally go to the receptionist to ask for help but not only is she talking on her personal phone she s also studying with her laptop and books. What type of unprofessionalism is this? People go to dealerships and spend so much money but the receptionist can t even get someone to help them? We decided to leave and go to don valley Toyota where the receptionist greeted us and got us help right away. Definitely recommend Don valley north Toyota, very satisfying and amazing customer service.

All the Park staff are simply great!! I have taken both my vehicles there for service numerous times and Kash M. has always been friendly and courteous, everytime, even at 6:30 am :) And on many occasions he has gone above and beyond to accommodate all my needs.
He always takes ownership of my issues and always sees them to the end, which is rare to see these days.
We thank Kash and all the Park staff for ensuring quality of service in all aspects and most importantly keeping my vehicles safe for me and my family.

I was horrified to receive such a customer service...

I was horrified to receive such a customer service from this facility representing a brand like Toyota. I see a lot of good reviews about this dealership, mine could have been better only only only if the sales representative was more knowledgeable, enthusiastic and knew how to sell the product and the facility.

TEST DRIVE: The sales guy offered (I did not insist) me a test drive before discussing the car, took a copy of my license and went to his manager to inform. Right in front of me the manager told him the test drive cannot happen this way, you need to talk first, sell the facility, explain etc etc and he (manager) bluntly told me there is a procedure here before test drive and the sales guy has to follow it (EXCUSE ME, WHY ARE YOU TELLING ME THIS, YOUR SALES GUY SHOULD KNOW THIS and moreover I didn t insist for a test drive to begin with). The test drive did happen at a later point.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE ZERO: Having an automotive background and as a auto enthusiast myself, I know about vehicles fairly well. But as a customer I expect the salesperson to know his product throughly, explain the features well. The test drive (which happened later) was like I was asking if the car had A,B,C features and the sales guy was like YES, YES, NO NO. I am not even exaggerating. This is exactly what happened. I haven t mentioned names on purpose.

Delay, no respect for customers time, quotation printed out but had no clarity on figures, running around back and forth for clarification, no rapport. Clear indication of not having gone through a formal training and assessment.

It s really a shame to see that one of the best automakers in the world (& a good facility) is represented by such unqualified, unprofessional, uninformed individuals. I will surely buy a Toyota product but 100% not from Toyota on the park.

Incredible team of salespeople. Mike and Peter ensured we felt welcome and respected. They had a high range of expertise that comes with years in the industry. There was no pressure and the quality of vehicles they had in stock made our decisions easier. Toyotas, as I learned, sell themselves! We went in to test drive and left with 2 solid vehicles at amazing prices. Even the tech who helped us mount our license plates was also a really wonderful guy (regretfully I didn't get his name). He took the time to go over the "extras" in the vehicles and gave us some really cool pointers. This extra gem of customer service was much appreciated. It was a very smooth and pleasurable experience from the first telephone call to the drive home. We are very thankful to the team at Toyota on the Park, we will most definitely be referring friends and family!

When I walked into Toyota on the Park to purchase a vehicle Mahad Mofrad was the person my family and I came in contact with and we are so glad that we did! Mahad was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and I felt like I was meeting an old friend. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to cars. He sold us a Toyota Rav 4 the SE edition. I am so glad I went with all his recommendations as it is so much fun to drive. When it came to purchasing the vehicle he tried his best to honor a price that was affordable and manageable for me. He made buying a car an enjoyable experience. It felt like he truly cared and he was always available to answer any questions that I had at any time! For anyone purchasing a vehicle Mahad is the person to go with. 5 stars all the way!!!

I bought my first used 2010 Toyota Camry Hybrid vehicle today from Sales Consultant, Peter D'Costa and overseeing the purchase was Sales Manager Mahad Mofrad. Both were professional, accommodating, friendly and easy to talk to. I had a great time at this dealership and would highly recommend others to come in for a drive test if you are interested in one of their vehicles. From start to finish, I never had any worries and always felt I was in good hands. I am very thankful to have had the pleasure to deal with Peter. He is very patient, knowledgeable, considerate and polite. I would not hesitate to come back again. Mahad was very welcoming, sociable, outgoing, receptive and good-humored as well. The only reason for this review and a 5 star ratin...

The only reason for this review and a 5 star rating for "Toyota on the park" is the sales person we dealt with, MAHAD.

This location wasn't actually on our list when we were shopping around for a new car last month as we did not have a good experience back in 2016 when shopping around for our other car. We met MAHAD when we came in for a service at this location a couple of months ago and shared our experience with him. He assured us that he will do everything in his power to change our mind this time around and that's why we decided to give on the park another chance.

We are very glad we did and what an absolute pleasure it was dealing with MAHAD. He was pleasant, patient and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the car. We felt that our business was appreciated and were very comfortable when dealing with him.
While every dealership is different and every store has its own management and set of rules, it's the employees (sales people) that best represent that store!! Word of mouth is everything in this competitive day and age so choose your employees wisely!! Great service like this should be rewarded. Thank you MAHAD for everything.

His knowledge and his experiences are wonderful. He is patient and professional. He know how to manage the conversation anf also offer you the best deal. I highly recommend him.

Besides I met "Salman" who is the financial manager of there. He is also so kind and knowledgeable person.He explained me friendly and clearly and his suggestions were so helpful. I do appreciate them and all nice staff of there.

I have had a problem with my car since February wh...

I have had a problem with my car since February when I was in Florida. I brought it to a Toyota dealer who told me I needed a new part and they refused to deal with my extended warranty because it was based in Canada. After the part was replaced, the car had the exact same problem twice more and they said they fixed it but it continued to have the problem. When I returned to Toronto I contacted Toyota Canada who advised me to bring it to my nearest Toyota dealer which is Toyota on the Park. I initially dealt with Mario Ng, the service manager, who took it upon himself to get my refund from Toyota for the work done in Florida. He assigned me a Service Manager, Russell Lagman, who was great to deal with. He made certain that I got a replacement vehicle and he took responsibility for getting the car properly fixed.
I cannot speak highly enough about how pleased I have been to deal with the service department at Toyota on the Park

I took my deposit and left and called ombudsman.

Manager Roshad is absolutely rude and have no sales ethics.
Dont trust these people.

Finance person Jessica does the upselling.

They told me they will return my deposit on text and phone. Then they said oh wait on the lobby.
Then gave me refund.
I am definitely calling ombudsman.

Ever since I ve bought my first vehicle, a 2001 To...

Ever since I ve bought my first vehicle, a 2001 Toyota V6 Highlander I ve never regretted my decision, it s now been 15 years and I still have my perfectly running SUV. Two years ago I bought a newer vehicle, don t be surprise 2013 V6 Highlander.
At times I questioned myself why? Why Toyota? Why the same type? Although the Highlander is just my preference, overall I think I made my decision because of the service that goes along with it.
We all know maintaining your vehicle is mandatory and regular service is a must. To most bring in your car or SUV for service is at time stressful, but when it comes to the service group/team at the In On The Park Toyota Dealer location is not the case.
From the moment you call or drive in too their service department, there is always a person pleasantly greeting you and willing to help or direct you to who best can. Afterwards your server advisor answers all your questions and clearly explains what needs to be done and before you know the work is done at a less cost then what you expected.
Bottom-line without this service team, I may have bought a totally different brand of vehicle.

I had an issue with my Tundra's Bluetooth. I went to another dealer and they made it worse. The service manager called and was going to get back to me. I waited almost 2 weeks and nothing. I called Toyota on the park and Within a day Jack Zammitti had everything set up to get my Tundra serviced. I would recommend anyone with a Toyota that requires service to go there. Jack was not only professional but also very efficient. Thanks Jack.

I worked with Mike (Fowad) at Toyota on the Park for the purchase of my 2017 Toyota Highlander and he was extremely professional. He was able to get a fair value for my trade in and got me the numbers I was looking for on the highlander. The Sales Person "MR. PETER D'COSTA" was pretty straight up with everything. He is very "Helpful" finding a right car for us. He took us right away to Drive Test. Peter is very "POLITE, HELPFUL & UNDERSTANDING PERSON". He look after us very well in the Dealership.
Same as well "MR. RICARDO GARCIA" A Delivery Specialist. He is very Polite Teaching us how to Operate the RAV4 2019. "Ricardo" explained every details inside the SUV.
Ricardo Garcia is a very Nice Guy like Peter D'Costa. They're good Team Mate.

I never gonna go there any more , I went there since I bought my car for all services and they usually give a token for car wash, I could not use the tokens at all for car wash, because any time I went there it was closed or broken . After several time disappointed , for last time I went to the general manager and ask about it Matt Treacy . first of all he did not even know the car wash was closed, after I explained , he respond rudely and he used his power as a manager , and told me he can not do any things for me who using the free services in front of my kid. My question is, if using the free service is bad thing why they are giving the token and if not why the general manager acted like that ? More than that, when I asked him who I can complain about it , he said only me. Also, I put a common under his name and he deleted, so all positive common is a big lie.

If you purchase from here stay far away from Shelly Butler. We tried to buy tire warranty for our new tires as per the Toyota website. We spoke to her in person and she said she needed to contact head office and would call us back the next day .

Two days later nothing. We called her direct number and she answered then told us she could do it. I gave her my credit card to save her from having to call me back. One week later, I still see nothing on my credit card.

I call and leave another message for her since she won't answer the phone. Still nothing.

This is an absolute disgrace in customer service. I understand the revenue from the tire warranty is low value but if a customer wants to purchase something, it would be nice if you actually did it.

Matt Treacy for immediate actions on my concerns, you deserve 5stars for your management expertise, but had bad experience with your subordinates, I prefer not to mention the names online but overall- I will be back for my next purchase. hopefully will get somebody knowledgable and who knows what they are doing. I will recommend this place.i am happy with my car <3

I had a bad Saturday. My lovely new Prius had a flat; bloody cold. CAA came, but couldn't put on the spare because an adapter was missing. The CAA guy filled the flat tire with air and said it might hold long enough for me to get to TOTP. I called at 3.20 pm and was told they were closing at 4.00. I dashed over there, and Alex Chan took care of things. The guys quickly determined that the flat couldn't be repaired, so Alex had them put on the spare, ordered a new tire, and sent me on my way as the snow started to fall. (I needed my car to run errands for my 92-year-old mother.)

Alex called me Monday morning to say the tire was in. I waited about an hour while they had difficulty resolving an ongoing tire sensor problem. Alex updated me and said he had an idea of what the problem was, and was going to do some digging and follow up. He'd keep me posted. He followed up late Monday with a definitive solution.

Alex was exceptional. So I wrote to thank him. I also wrote Mario Ng, Service Manager, because those are his people, and he makes the place work. (Not to mention always being gracious and welcoming if I ever have any questions.) I've been a customer of Toyota on the Park for almost 20 years, and never fail to tell everyone what an exceptional experience it is having your vehicle cared for by the folks at TOTP. So thank you, Mario and Alex both.

My Heartfelt Gratitudes to Toyota On The Park and It's entire team especially Matt ,The Manager and Carlos.Matt ,The sales Executive went above and beyond to get me the deal for my Pre-owned Toyota Corolla 2016 LE and in his absence Carlos the Sales Executive made sure that every tiny bits of the process is well being taken care of at the time of the Delivery. Thank you, The manager for your special care and ensuring that ,even though the car is Pre-owned should meet the world class standards of Toyota's Customer Satisfaction.The process ,The Vehicle ,The Condition of the vehicle and the process of Purchasing a pre owned vehicle at Toyota on the Park is simply Fantastic and above & beyond . They made sure that Safety of the Car owner is very important regardless of a new or Pre-owned vehicle and that matters the most to them .There was a minor technical issue with a part which I personally disregarded which they drew my attention to and disclosed that it will be replaced ,mind you not fixed but replaced entirely with a genuine Toyota part at no cost to me..Pre-Owned Vehicle anything can happen but they made sure that regardless of the state of the vehicle we will abide by the customer. I am extremely happy and satisfied with purchase experience .It was hard for me to believe that they will take care of such minute details before delivering the vehicle to me and made sure that each and every customer and a family of a Customer is very important for them and they want to deliver the product in a top class state.Once again Thank you Matt ,The Manager and Carlos from the bottom of my heart .
