Jure Rossini was incredible while helping us work thru our needs and options. He was very attentive to our needs and even brought aspects to the table that were applicable to our situation that we had not even realized or considered. He was very intuitive and attentive. He was always smiling and made us very comfortable both in person and on the phone. He always did whatever he could to help us and even made sure that our extra questions were address right away over the phone. I have not had a better sales person before and seriously recommend him to people who are looking for a very knowledgeable, approachable and honest person to deal with. Nothing was over looked and we bought our car with ease and confidence because of him.

Went there to service my car. They took me home and back in a shuttle car. They have a comfortable waiting lounge. They took my car as soon as I arrived although I was early. They checked with me about optional fixes. It just took a bit long.
The service is excellent and advice given is always in the interests of the client. Alex has been a great service advisor from problems big and small. He's always attentive to my needs and the needs of my car. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the professionalism and quality workmanship of Toyota on the Park and advice of Alex to any of my friends and family.
Again I would like to thank Mr. Matt and Mr. Mahad for the excellent service they did, actually after I bought my used car I had an issue with the battery and they changed it for FREE

Great place for service. A restaurant and lounge area is provided if you wish to stay. I use the shuttle service and go to work. They have several vehicles and the wait time is minimal. They are time sensitive to your needs.
Only took a week to figure out this place was too good to be true. I will avoid in the future.

I bought a Toyota Camry in June/2018, the car is in a good condition & good deal too. The sales person - Mr. Rushabh Joshi was very kind and provided me very good customer service. However, I had bitter experience with the Financial Manger - Chris Carter, who treated me as less than his domestic servant, unfrotunately, I paid the advance before met that person, othervice I will withdrow the deal immediately. I never visit back to that place again, I never recommend any one to purchase vehicle in this place.
No sympathy is shown whatsoever by the staff at the service department. My 4 month old vehicle was broke into and vandalized. Rather than helping me in any way with a lift or a temporary rental vehicle they sent me on my way with nothing but a no . Customer service here is dead.
Shopping for a new car can be pretty stressful. However, I just bought a Toyota CHR and my experience there was the opposite. I dealt with the nicest young man - Parker Raaymakers. and it was the most fun I have ever had buying a car. I was treated with so much respect and genuine care. When I got there to pick up my car he even had a huge bow on it!!! I believe that I got a very good deal and a solid car. If you are shopping there I would make sure you deal with Parker! I have been using Toyota on the Park since it opened first with a highlander and laterly with a Rav 4.My service advisor has always been Hon who is one of the most dedicated aadvisors that I have ever had.He is efficient, straightforward and very service oriented .I could not ask for a better person to look after my vehicle.

i will definatly go again to the services on regular basis.

I have been coming here for years. The service techs don't give you the runaround. Or at least they are straight with me when servicing my vehicle. The waiting lounge and cafeteria are pretty good. Ample room even when they are busy on a Saturday. Very satisfied with the service.
I had a great experience here, getting my first ever car. Couldn't have been happier. Peter was my sales guy and he was fabulous. Helped me with any questions or concerns I had and made the process easy. All the staff were very friendly.
I would advise anybody not to go anywhere near this dealership they are liars and have no morals or integrity, Mr D'Costa sold me a Black Prius in his words perfect condition, my eyes are pretty bad so in the most part I had to rely on what the Salesman said, when I arrived home my wife looked at the car and said do you know about all the scratches on every single panel? I had no idea, so I called the dealership the following day where I spoke to a guy who called himself the general manager (although if he is he has been very lucky as he is in the wrong job) he basically said were not interested even though I had the car less than 24hrs but promised somebody would call me back its now a week later and nobody has called apparently they are all to busy!!! But my initial enquiry was on a Sunday night at 2100hrs and two people reached out to me then so the morale of this is if you want a Toyota get one but don't go anywhere near these crooks.
Been servicing my car here 3 yrs ago. Great service and waiting area with hot and cold food options. Place is clean and tidy. Staffs are professional and friendly. No pressure approach and will not force you to do unnecessary work. My goto service consultant is Alex Chan because he has the same car as I do and I trust his judgement and advices for my car.
Toyota on the park was a very good experience for us ,since it is the first Japanese automobile I have ever purchased. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would recommend it to my family and friends.
Terrible experience!
Many years a customer for this dealership, but in the last few weeks I went to trade my old car. Salesman was ok, location good, but his manager Peter Popovski not! Very dismissive with little respect for paying customers. He wants to pay half the value for my car and not even willing to offer a reasonable discount for the new Rav! But what really got me was his sleazy attitude towards me. As long as he is there, they will lose a lot of business. I will not go back and good luck to them.

In February 2017 I had a Finance deal with Mr. Mike Fawad Ghowsi on a 2013 TOYOTA RAV4. He Didn't talk about the damage and insurance claim on the car. As a new comer to Canada I trusted him and signed the papers without reading the details.Last week I was shocked when I got the CARFAX report !
I am going to sell the car , unfortunately the potential customers ask for at least $2000 below the valued price just because of a minor damage.
If you want the best 5 star service, please go see Judy Hsu at Toyota on the Park. She walks you through the entire car buying process and becomes your best friend. She's honest and will provide full disclosure to all your questions. I was never pushed for a sale (which I've experienced at other dealerships). I felt comfortable the whole way and when we were ready for a purchase, Judy gave us a great package that we're very happy with. Thank you so much Judy, we love our Rav4!

Disturbing: tried to get through to Parts Dept. 12 Nov starting 9 am, left messages at service , sales, parts , reception, no answer anywhere. No call back from parts. Reception Did callback at 12:40 explain she could not track down a parts person either. I had located the parts in 5 minutes by calling elsewhere.
Idea........tone down the boutique " super service " nonsense and hire some staff.
Not a huge deal but life is complicated enough without the entire shop disappearing. Thought the place was evacuated. Thanks anyway. Bob PATERSON.
My purchase was very smooth, all information was provided and all my questions answered at all times. I bought a used vehicle and months later I needed to get some information from the original owner and Chris Walters assisted me quickly with this matter with no questions asked. I would definitely shop for my next vehicle here again.

I had a damaged (nail in the rear passenger side) tire in my Toyota Corolla s model car. I took it to Toyota on the Park. I was met by Anastasia who got the damage assessed. It was not repairable. She, Russel and Paul could not find a same model tire in the shop. They found one in another location, brought it and got it replaced bwithinj an hour. Their service, attitude and attention to my need were excellent, one of the very best that I have experience in my over 60 years of dealing with car service personnel.
It was such a pleasure dealing with Mr. Javier Caicedo. He treated me with respect and let us be heard and understood our needs. He took his time and went over all the details I needed to know and answered all my questions on and off site.
