I found myself very enforced to write this review. This dealer ship does not listen for what customer is looking for. I contacted the Internet department and was asking them if they have Hybrid Camry, The guy I was chatting with said that yes he has one and he sent me pictures of it, and he will let someone contact me. I got a call after one hour from a person who is just was repeating these words when you come in ask for Tracy He ignored answering all of my questions and kept repeating the same words when you come in ask for Tracy . When I told him I am not coming till I get the info that I need, he answered me and told me that they do not have Camry Hybrid right now and the car that I should come and see is not Hybrid. The experience that I felt with this dealership was they were trying to bring me in and start pushing on me to buy any car.

First time at this dealership and had a wonderful buying experience! I highly recommend seeking out sales consultant Jordan Dillon. He was friendly, patient and very helpful. I ve purchased a few cars and Jordan was able to relate to my needs and provide guidance without pressure - an experience that does not seem too common with many dealerships nowadays. The finance department was also very helpful, walking me through every document while answering any questions I had. 5 stars!

I have had terrible luck with finding a car from other dealerships. I have met with many salesmans who have made it very uncomfortable to work with due to sketchy sales tactics and pressure to buy a car i was not even interested in. Toyota of Richardson was really my last option and i wish i would've came here sooner to save all the time i wasted. Omar AbuSherbi was the most down to earth salesman ive spoken to so far. He worked with my lack of credit history, as well as the payments i could afford. I was able to get a new 2016 toyota with no issues and i am in love with my new car. He was very knowledgable and easy to work with. Do not shop around Please make Toyota of Richardson you're first stop i promise you they are the best!

They make me feel like I m their number one priority and they know what they are doing. When I take my car elsewhere, things don t get done correctly and I end up wishing I had gone to the dealer. I ve finally learned my lesson. From now on, everything gets done at Toyota Richardson! Krystal is so sweet and helpful and I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who serviced my car. I had an excellent experience with Toyota of Richardson. Anthony was very helpful and went above and beyond in terms of communication and coming through on his promise. Although the car took a little longer to get serviced and ready for delivery, Anthony was 100% professional and kept me posted with updates all along the way. The car needed a new windshield, new tires, and there was a recall that had to be done, but everything was taken care of professionally through the dealership. I never once had any doubt that my car would come in tip top shape, and when I finally saw the finished product I was blown away. I had purchased an 05 Acura TL for well under Blue Book price, and once the detail and service had been done, the car was in mint condition. Even further, I was under the impression I was receiving one set of keys, but Anthony went out of his way to pick up a spare set from the previous owner all the way in Fort Worth! Talk about commitment to service! If you are looking for a great car buying experience, definitely come by and talk to Anthony in used car sales at Toyota of Richardson!

As a big fan of Toyota, this location is superb with the customer service you receive when taking in your vehicle for service. The sales department needs a HUGE IMPROVEMENT with regards to customer service and explaining the information a bit more promptly and professionally. It's the only reason why I'm giving it a three star/five. To every first-time buyer: be extremely careful with the sales department. Some information they provide is a bit overpriced and "under the table" shady, not to mention the financing department. It's upsetting since this location was my favorite but I've decided to transfer to the Plano location, where they actually do indeed care about the customer. Other than that, getting your vehicle serviced here is incredible and I have no complaints with them. Will continue to bring my car here for service but definitely not to purchase another one. 5/5 for the Service Department. Sales Department? 0/5.

Just bought a used Toyota from ToR. A different dealership had the exact car I wanted, but I was hoping to buy from Toyota of Richardson because every interaction with Yony (the sales guy) was incredible. I've never had a better experience buying a car. He treated me like his most important customer from the first call until I walked out the door with my keys. And it wasn't based on the price of the car I bought - if it had been, I would have had a much different experience since it was only $14.5k. He's a true pro. Also enjoyed my interaction with Nick in finance - just an all around nice guy. Thanks fellas.

Okay, so I had the worst thing happen to me when it comes to getting in an accident, other then dying. Insurance related. I came back to Toyota of Richardson again for help. Not only did I get help with getting into another car but I was given direction on how to handle the situation I was in. I even got a hug, when I so needed one! Haha I owe it all to Mo Sherbi, Katie Thulin and Bayron! Seriously this is the best place to buy a car! I had had two awesome experiences with this dealership. I completely recommend it!

Just bought a 2016 Camry from Toyota of Richardson for my wife. Unexpectedly, The whole process was much different then any of my past car buying experience, in a very good way. My salesperson Ali was very friendly and listened to what I had to say. He explained to us in details about all the features and helped us with selecting the car with our choice of interior and exterior color. Along with exceptional service, the icing on the cake was the deal we got on the pricing without going though the usual mind numbing haggling process expected at a car dealership. All the other staff also very friendly and very loyal to their Toyota Brand and not just pushing to make the sale.

I love this place. The staff are friendly. I was at relaible Chev for 6-7 hrs waiting for nothing. Then i decided to go to Toyota, they got everything done in 2 hrs. They gave me a really good deal on my car.

We had a poor experience with this dealership.

We had a 2pm service appointment and after standing there for 10 minutes, an advisor came to "help" us.

Since all we wanted was an oil change and a routine check-up, he said it would be done in 90 minutes and they would call us when it was complete.

At 4pm, having not heard back from them and knowing the dealership was closing at 5pm, we called back and were told no advisor was available to speak to us. They promised to call us back, which they never did.

We called back later that evening as well as the next morning and the Toyota corporate rep who the call was transferred to said she could not reach the dealership.

Convinced that the dealership would never call us back, we went to the dealership later that morning.

Our service advisor was there and we asked him about our car.

He seemed very surprised that no one called us yesterday when our car was ready (the service was indeed completed the day before). The advisor profusely apologized and without hesitation, waived the fee for the service.

We certainly appreciated those gestures on our advisor's part and it showed that he understood the significant burden and frustration that the dealership dropping the ball caused us.

We also asked why no one at the dealership was able to be reached (even by Toyota internal customer service representatives) by phone that day and we were informed that the phone system does not work on Sunday.

The dealership management did call us back the next day and apologized, which at least showed they understood that they dropped the ball. They did seem surprised that their phone system was not working, though, which again let me to conclude that their operational system was not up to par.

I am glad we finally have our vehicle back but my conclusion is still that this dealership is likely too much of a risk to business with.

This is the worst dealership ever. I had an appointment with Brandi, but when I arrived she was not there. I called twice before going there to make sure the car is available but when I arrived they said it's gone. It was 8:45 p.m. right before closing the dealership so I don't believe that the car was sold in 10 minutes while there was no one in the dealership. It was either a fake advertisement on their website, or lying that the car was available at all. The guy that helped us was Alvin who was really rude and wasted our time there.

This is my second time purchasing from Toyota Richardson. I had a good experience each time. Brittany Johnson And Nick Williams, and were all helpful and did their best to get us the car we wanted as quickly as possible. The only issue I had was the long wait from finding the car I wanted to purchasing and getting the car out the door (wait time was 4.5hrs). Josh Ackridge did speed things up regarding the warranties. I currently service my rav4 at this facility and will continue to do so

Giving this rating because they ran my credit without my permission then made up some lame excuse on how it was an accident and that they reversed it (lie). I already had financing when I walked in and didn t need it. I get the business is brutal but this is still effecting my credit score a year later. So they are only looking out for their own interests/profits; rather than what is in customers best interest. Sadly, this is getting more common in the US. Would have been 5 stars without the shadiness.

I am ammending my previous 5 star review. This would be zero stars if Google allowed that rating. It is now 2 months after my purchase of a 2019 Corolla Hatchback. I ended up stranded at the side of the road and have since been informed that the repairs of a previously known recall were never performed even though I was assured by Toyota Richardson that they were. My car now needs it's transmission rebuilt. I suspect the reason the service was so good during my initial visit was because they wanted to get rid of a faulty car. They will never earn my business or the business of anyone with whom I hold influence again.

Absolutely terrible experience with Toyota of Richardson. Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from them November 2017. Nearly two years later my Tacoma has been in the dealership for 64 days after a check engine light came on. First they said it was the compression in cylinder 1 and they said they fixed it. I picked it up and the vehicle stalled on me while driving it home. They towed it back. Now they're saying it is the O2 sensor so they said they fixed that, although the mechanic told me over the phone that every time they shook a wiring harness it killed the engine. No one at Toyota of Richardson wants to acknowledge its an electrical issue and that they sold me a lemon.

If after buying more than 4 cars in 4 years recommending multiple employees, clients and friends they were about to physically assault me for their failure in processing my car plates. Just imagine what can they do to you. Worst service ever. Some of those guys in the SALES department do not belong to the streets

I would recommend taking your business somewhere else. If you purchase here, understand the folks in the finance department do not know what they are selling when it comes to the MPP protection plan.

I would not recommend purchasing the MPP protection plan if leasing or purchasing here. My Sienna got a cracked windshield during my lease. MPP told me it wouldn't be covered since it was more than a chip. Disappointed, but I let it go. When it came time to turn in the lease or purchase, I was told by finance department the crack should have been covered and so I agreed to continue the MPP with the purchase. Nearly 3 months later, numerous phone calls, unanswered/un-returned voicemails, I was told by "Mo" in the finance department it won't be covered and he had instructed "Leon" to call me with this information. I never got that call.

It is my impression this dealership is too busy to take care of their customers after the sale or just don't care once the sale is made.

Randi (with assistance from Thomas) has exceeded every expectation I've had in customer service. Based on my previous experiences, she has gone above and beyond duties of service advisor to turn my perspective thus far around. Before Randi's placement on my case, I had planned to wash my hands of Toyota if Richardson in hopes of never doing business with them again. I commend her for her professionalism, respectful, attention to detail, ability to listen to her customer, open communication skills in status updates and work description, and when asked a question that she didn't know the answer to; instead of saying "I don't know" or giving an excuse, she says "I'll find that out for you". Complete opposite of my previous advisor, Kevin. My hopes now, are to continue business with T.O.R. through Randi or someone with her skill set. My only disappointment is that my lackluster words on this survey giving her praise, do not do her Justice. Promote her. You'll be doing your business a service.

I bought Tacoma from Richardson of Toyota on June 14th.

At that time, my credit score was about 750, so I proceeded to 4.99%. Finance reps (Rezaei, Mostafa) and I had almost two hours of sign-up time due to various warranty plans. In the end, I signed the APR 4.25% and brought a car home with a good deal and a joy for the new car.

The joy was not even a week, and on June 19th I received a call from Toyota Finance representative (Rezaei, Mostafa). He told me to come back with additional documents and sign. This is what the sales man did not even know about.
I do not know why, I have the documents ready and I ask the sales man why I should sign him again. He recognized that in 5 days my score dropped by 100 points. That's why we were rejected by Finance at our headquarters.

The sales manager talked to the General Director about this ridiculous situation and the General Director did not understand it.
The Finance representative again asked for a credit check to check again for the reason, and then re-credited it, which resulted in a credit score of about 650 points. The difference between the two credits, the 750 and 650 credit points, is that they submitted several finance applications. I have a Toyota Finance contract and can not understand if I have submitted multiple banks. However, the official said it was not a bad day.
The finance officer suggested that the current APR score is 9%, but they can not understand it, and that the final APR is 7%. That encouraged me to refinance my home bank again with a low APR.
So I signed up again with Finance Manager (Rezaei, Mostafa). It did not take long to sign it the first time. There was little time to sell the warrant and they were quick to sign it.

However, since then, more than 10 banks have received a letter of rejection of Finance. I do not know how much longer I will come. Even my home bank has a letter of rejection and it is not easy to borrow a trust loan in a short time.

In conclusion, my thoughts are as follows.
The Finance Specialist (Rezaei, Mostafa) went low on the APR to sell me a warranty.
Toyota Finance declined on this.
The Finance Specialist (Rezaei, Mostafa) proceeded to several banks without my consent.
My credit score dropped a lot because of that.
They hid this from their mistakes and called me on June 19 to deceive me and sign me again.

The salesperson says that he is meeting every Monday on my problem. But until a month goes by, the finance manager (Rezaei, Mostafa) has no apology or compensation.

I have to spend about $ 4-5000 in interest compared to my first contract.

Richardson Toyota Finance needs a financer that can be trusted by the customer. I get the lesson that I should not do my credit work to anyone this time. I need a loan for my company work now, but I am in trouble with this work.

Walter Parker is the man to see! Awesome customer service, fast, and friendly! Was the smoothest car buying experience I have had! Wasn't hit with shady sells tactics ( I hate that). Walter was straight forward and worked us a great deal. From a guy who goes into every situation thinking someone is out to sucker me. Walter was very professional and even worked with my tough push backs. Kept a smile on the whole time and listened to my concerns and was understanding to what we expected out of a vehicle. Went there to price out a new truck. After talking with the salesman, who was very professional, I told him I would rather sell my car on the private market, since it's still a 2016 under warranty. While waiting for him to see if I can get a lower price, the floor manager came to me and said he was told I'm confused about the tax credit applied to my new purchase if I trade in. I told him that I was not, and had zero intention of trading in. He kept pressing the issue and when I kept declining, he became incredibly rude. So after badgering me on something I said I was not interested in, I got spoken down to. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a "manager". There's hundreds of other dealerships, definitely not buying from here.

I had a good buying experience but the service post-purchase was terrible. I bought a car from here 4 months ago and have been calling both them and the DMV regularly to get a title....still dont have it, finally going to just do it myself.

I would recommend another Toyota dealership in order to make sure paperwork is done correctly. I now can only get a duplicate title which is not ideal.
