I took my vehicle to Toyota of alvin to find there was a problem with the radiator as well as the wager pump. They were extremely professional and even gave me a free loaner while my car was being repaired. When I received my vehicle back, there seemed to still be an issue, however the problem only presented itself under certain situations. I took my car back and was informed there was a crack in my engine block. I was devastated . The manager Simon , assured me all would be well and he would do everything in his power to help us out. I again received a free loaner and Toyota paid for half of my repair ! It was hard for them to find the problem in the first place as my car only acted up under certain driving situations that had to replicated exactly. They washed and cleaned my vehicle and were so nice. My car is running like a brand new vehicle and I couldn't be more satisfied. I was treated like a valued customer and not a number. I will continue to trust Toyota of alvin with my Toyota!

Great place to buy a vehicle! I called and made an appointment to see a certain vehicle. When I arrived Dan Davis was awesome! The car was there and the price was as we agreed. His boss Robert stopped by and thanked me for my business. Wonderful auto dealer.

Toyota of Alvin reminded me of why I, and most people these days, don t like dealing with car lots (hints the success of online car buying platforms). I found the exact car that my wife and I had been looking for for months. The pre-owned vehicle met all of the criteria that we were seeking. I contacted the dealership and was assigned a salesman. This salesman started out ok, giving me information that I requested on the vehicle since we were having to drive 3.5 hours away to get the vehicle. Then, he went radio silent. Wouldn t answer calls or return texts. I asked very nicely if he was too busy with other customers, and that I didn t mind speaking with someone else. Still nothing. I called the dealership and spoke with another gentleman that said he could help me. He introduced himself as the sales manager, which come to find out, he was not. However, he was much more receptive, giving me all the information I requested. We agreed on a price and I told him we are coming in from out of town, so please have the vehicle ready to go when we get there. I out down a $1000 deposit. My wife and I arrived to find the vehicle filthy, even though he said previously that it was ready. There was food on the floor, soda sprayed all all over the ceiling, food crusted all over the place. The seat AC didn t work, AC vents were broken, missing fittings throughout the interior. On the exterior, I immoderately noticed an area that was covered in touch up paint that looked horrible. The salesman (new one we were assigned when we arrived) said it was grease from one of the mechanics hands from when they were doing the 4000 point inspection that was costing me an additional $1500. I told the salesman that it was obviously a terrible job trying to touch up scratches, to which he responded they could fix. Apparently it wasn t grease anymore.... My wife and I, knowing it s a used vehicle, knew it wouldn t be perfect, so we took it for a test drive. The vehicle smelt like SMOKE, and you could obviously tell the previous owner smoked in it A LOT. With all of this said, we brought the vehicle back from the test drive and said this wasn t going to work for us. The salesman got an attitude with us when we said we couldn t believe they would show us a vehicle in this condition. His response was that they had to detail the car after the sale went through. That was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard. I ve never gone to a dealership that displayed vehicles with French fries on the floor, coke sprayed all over the interior and broken items on the vehicle that were not disclosed. He then said, whatever, we have a line of people wanting this car! Talk about customer service! All that said, wasting an entire weekend for my family and I by completely misleading us and not having the vehicle prepared as they said they would. On top of that, no one was apologetic for the experience in the least! We got our deposit back and they let us walk out without trying to remedy the situation at all. I keep telling myself I am going to try purchasing a vehicle from an online platform (vroom, Carvana, etc), and now I am going to finally give it a try so I don t have to deal with a stealership ever again.

Well what can I say...they are all the same. Stealerships!! Sold us truck that went through service department and stayed they had fixed alignment issues. Got truck hooked up with light load and felt vibration at highway speeds and and pulled to right. Took to reputable shop and was told alignment was way off and tires on truck (which looked new) where cheap China brand and would balance correctly. 2,200 dollars after buying at 50k truck. Wouldn t buy from Alvin Toyota!!!

I always have a good experience when I take my car to the now Keating Toyota dealership. Today was my first time at the new location and it was great. Great customer service and Khalid is always helpful and polite.

They are very unethical in their business practice...

They are very unethical in their business practices and are happy to take advantage of buyers who may not be 100% fluent in English. The salesman and the buyer negotiated a $13,000 price for the car, and somehow it came to be around $17,000 in the final contract (this is excluding tax and financing charges). No add-ons or warranties were purchased either. When we questioned this price, we were told it was due to over $4,000 in fees (which were NOT listed on the contract or on any receipt of sale). When we asked to see a list of these fees, management was very secretive and refused to hand it over, only offering us very brief glances. To reiterate, we were not allowed a copy or even a picture of over $4,000 in fees that were charged because the fees were "proprietary information" (if that's the case, shouldn't these fees then be included when negotiating the price of the car?). When we walked away from the contract, we were charged a "restocking fee" even though the car was never even driven off of the lot. We even later found out that the salesmen lied about the buyer's credit score as well, saying it was much lower than it really was in order to hike up the finance charge. The general manager is also refusing to return our calls or even acknowledge the issue. Please be careful and check other review sites (which have significantly lower ratings than Google) and you will see many similar negative experiences.

I got a great deal, a beautiful car, and quick efficient service. But more than anything, I appreciated the fairness, honesty, and straightforwardness I was treated with. My first visit was on my lunch break and I was in and out with a quote in hand in 30 minutes. No three hour run around. No being jerked around. They trusted that if they treated me like a human with a brain that I could make a decision without coercion. I'm a big fan of Toyota of Alvin!

Always courteous and provide excellent customer service. I drive 17 miles to get my car serviced @ Toyota of Alvin instead of using another Toyota dealership less than 10 miles from me, because of this difference.

We were greeted and offered refreshments when we arrived. Lydia was very thorough in explaining things and answering our questions. The process didn t take long, and we weren t passed around to several sales people. Thank you!

Sergio was very efficient with all the paperwork and explanations.

Isabella helped with all the instructions on my new vehicle. Even with my lack of technical skills she was able to help me understand.

Great job everyone and thank you.

I bought two used vehicles several years ago from Sammy. First complaint was that they failed to mention there was a lawsuit against the model vehicle that I purchased that they had LOST and there was a part that caused transmission failure. Oh boy did it ever fail on me... 3 TRANSMISSIONS WORTH due to their incompetence. Still bitter about this but kinda got over it. Till today.....

Took it to Hurricane Auto for some starter interrupt maintenance that needed to be done. Got the problem fixed and found out that my car is equipped with a FULL ALARM SYSTEM. Not only that but the alarm had been DISCONNECTED and TURNED OFF prior to my purchase of the vehicle. Note- I was never informed that the car had anything other than a starter interrupt, however it took less than 5 minutes for the guys at Hurricane Auto to reconnect everything so I now have a fully working alarm system.

Every single one of these people at this dealership are ******** and ************. Not only did I get the run around on plates, failed to be warned of a lawsuit which the ability to fix my car expired less than 500 miles after I drove it off the lot, but they also played havoc with my cars safety.

My family has since moved away from Toyotas and this will be the last Toyota that I ever own. All thanks to the incompetence of Sammy and the team at Ron Carter Toyota of Alvin.

I walked in to this place looking to get into a used truck not even thinking THAT could even happen. I'm not gonna lie I almost walked outta there like 5 times because i didn't think they could make it happen and give me what i wanted not mention keep the payments that i wanted but after all was said and done the salesman, Joel Noyola with the help of Mr. Perez in the finance department made it happen. All over great experience and was well worth the wait. I ended up driving outta there in a BRAND NEW 2019 truck. Great job guys, you made what i thought was going to be a scary experience into a pleasant one and i was treated very well by ALL the staff there. I recommend EVERYBODY to go to Toyota of Alvin and preferably ask for Joel. Great job guys, y'all are first class!

Don't go to this Dealer. such a hassle and lying. all lying from GM to sales. my first time buying car and also the last time with this dealership. they verbally offered but at the end after signed the paper document. you will not get any. I purchased a certified vehicle and after signed the documents. I asked for the certificate, all they saying is they come with the VIN and nothing to worry about. after complete signed, they said the vehicle was not certified because you didn't pay for it and missing one car key. If I want the 2nd key then I would have to pay extra $$150.. I talked to sales guy and repeated what the sales said that the vehicle is certified and now it wasn't. he can't say anything and just excused and drive away. This is not a certified vehicle. Don t look at the tags. After buying this truck, I only see LIE on the truck. Honest business don't treat customer's that way, only lying does.

I went in with the expectations that I would end up with a car (which I really didn't want - I'm an SUV girl). Frank Oloh was my sales person and from the moment I met him, his personality was great! At first I wasn't sure if the numbers would mesh with a vehicle I would want, but Frank kept bringing vehicle after vehicle for me to look and drive. He never lost patience with me and kept a smile. 3 hours later (and after closing time), not only did I end up with a great Highlander all decked out, but the payments are good, I'm not upside down from my trade-in and I am one happy chica! Totally recommend Frank, Chris in Finance and Toyota of Alvin for anyone needing a new or used vehicle!

UPDATE: The GM contacted me regarding this review....

UPDATE: The GM contacted me regarding this review. He agreed to refund me $856.75. This was the amount the car price was inflated by the salesman. I'm disappointed that the GM had to get involved for me to get the price they advertised.

Buyer beware!!! Their sales/finance practices are VERY deceptive!!!! Trust your instincts. If your gut tells you that something isn't right about their sales "spiel", chances are they are deceiving you. I won't bring them anymore of my business and I won't recommend them to anyone else.

The short version of the story...
Get copies of all paperwork you sign. Get copies of all the paperwork the salesman prints out during the negotiations. Once I finally got all these documents the numbers did not match. They added costs that I did not agree to. For example, I declined Apex Tracking but ended up paying for it anyway. I read a bunch of reviews after my bad experience and found these sales/financing practices happened to LOTS of customers. It's interesting how the 5 star ratings get responses from the dealership but the 1 star ratings do not.

The long version of the story...
It started with a real good internet price through CarGurus, $22,494. I sent them a query about the car through CarGurus and got a response from a salesman, Daniel. Seemed like a nice enough guy. I made an appointment to go to the dealership to see the car.

I met the salesman as scheduled, took a test drive and started to discuss numbers. First, they listed the price of the car at $2000 more than the price on the internet. The quote showed a "discount" of $2000. When I asked Daniel about it he said it must be because they reduced the price. Obviously. The problem is that the price shown on the quote was decepltively shown as a discount making it seem like they were reducing the cost. Next, there was a $856.75 "non tax fee" that the salesman quickly glossed over saying there is nothing he can do about the fee. When I pressed him he said it was for "processing the title or some other processing fee". His exact words.

Daniel pressed me to purchase Apex tracking for $900+. I declined it. I asked about window tinting. He quoted me $500+. I told him I'd purchase the car for the price listed if they included window tinting. He brought another sales manager into the discussion. I believe his name was Shawn. We negotiated and agreed that I would pay "their cost" of $250.

Now onto financing. My finance manager was all friendly and wanted to offer me his "financial advice". I listened to his sales pitch. I was pre-approved to get financing through my bank, BofA. I told him I would finance through Toyota, if he could match my bank's interst rate. I told him I wanted to finance $10,000 for 36 months. He tried to talk me into financing more money for a longer period. "Why do you want to pay so much up front? Keep your money in the bank and pay it off early, if you want." I respectfully declined. Then came the hard press for extended maintenance, roadside assistance, etc. All together the additional items came to $3000+. I declined it all. Now he was all business, no more friendliness. I signed all the paperwork. Once all signing was complete, he quickly folded my copy into an envelope. I asked for copies of everything I signed. He replied that all I receive is the final contract he folded into the envelope. VERY DECEPTIVE! This is where I went wrong. Insist on getting copies of everything you sign!

The next day after reviewing the contract the finance manager quickly stuffed into the envelope, I realized the numbers didn't match what the salesman and I agreed. I went back to the dealership and met with a different finance manager. He tried to placate me but the numbers still don't match.

Update: The GM looked at the case and said since we signed their contract that was presented they could not do anything. The truth is they falsified the truth about the drive out price and their trick is to mention other stuff during financing so you don't look at the financed amount and once you sign everything it is too late to go back. They will absolutely screw you over if you don't look at the every single details. I would not want this to happen to anyone, so please be careful.

Post: The sales person and sales manager agreed on the drive out price for a vehicle. We go to finance the vehicle and they discuss the additional coverages and warranties and they were all denied and we signed for the financing, only to realize when the statement came in they financed for an amount that is 700 dollars higher. I called the dealer back and went in person twice but no one was willing to help. Not the sales guy or the sales manager or the finance person. I have text message proof that they are agreeing to the drive out price and proof that none of them are willing to help. Absolutely horrible customer service. Please double check your papers while you sign. I would hate for it to happen to someone else. 700 dollars is no joke.

Alvin of Toyota makes it personal and takes the time to make one feel at home and well taken care of. They always perform a full-point inspection in a timely manner on the vehicle to make sure all is running to optimal standards.

If there are any imperfections or repairs needed on your vehicle during inspection your Toyota customer care representative will list and disclose these to you, so that you can make an informed decision on your vehicles repair or budget for future repairs.

Personally this for us has saved us money and resulted in having our van run smoothly and above all safely.

Schedule your next vehicle inspection with Toyota of Alvin or swing by to have your vehicle serviced. They offer complimentary hot coffee, popcorn and water while you wait. They also have a comfortable and spacious waiting area while you wait.

I spent the whole day shopping for a CHR and this was my last stop. I came in near closing time and met Brandon Budet who expedited the sale. By that time I already knew about the car and the budget that I was willing to spend. After a brief negotiation, we came to a very agreeable term. This was probably one of the easiest and most pleasant transactions that I ve ever had in buying a car. Brandon didn t try to use any salesman tactics and was honest and straightforward. Same thing with the paperwork. I was offered warranties and extra coverages at closing but wasn t pressured into buying anything I didn t need. I highly recommend this dealership and I highly recommend Brandon Budet. Of course it also helps that you come in prepared knowing the car, the packages, and the budget you re willing to spend. As with anywhere else you d go. Bought my daughters first car here and at the best price out of all the dealerships that I went to. They just gained a very happy customer.

I called ahead to see whether the car I saw online...

I called ahead to see whether the car I saw online was still available. Santana Trigo, the person whom I spoke with, told me the car is available. I drove 50mins, and when I got there another representative told me it had been sold. I asked to speak with Santana. About 10 minutes later the same representative came back and told me the car is instead in the service shop because of a seat belt issue. I asked again to speak with Santana. Minutes later the manager, Eric Rosenman, explained that the car has a recall because of the seat belt safety issue and that he can't legally sell it to anyone. This car has been at the dealership for 40 days and coincidentally when I arrive they tell me it has a issue and can't sell it. This story is a load of bs, dubious, and filled with holes.

If the car actually has a seat belt issue, which prevented them from legally selling it to anyone, why did the representative first tell me it had been sold. Why did they not delist it online after finding out about the seat belt issue? And why did Santana tell me it was available from the get-go?

I will never know the true story, and honestly I don't care. But people need to know this dealership is a liar that, rather than tell the truth, makes up excuses to cover their own mistakes in hopes that the customer doesn't leave disgruntled.

I m glad to hear that they moved to hwy 288. I ve been going to them for years in Alvin. Brendan was my service rep. I came in for an oil change. He did a great job! He kept me informed of my service. Brendan called me regarding what the mechanics found during their inspection right away to let me know that I had a license plate light out and asked me if I wanted them to take care of it. I politely declined and there was no pressure. When checking out he tells me
He found a 10% discount coupon for my service which made my day! This place is Legit! I ll definitely coming back. One issue.... pull the sales guys back from the service lanes. They came at me as my wife was dropping me off to pick up my car. I don t fault them for it, but in Alvin they never approached at the service lane area. That should be a sales free area.

Beware of Alvin Toyota! The dealer sold my 70 year old father extended and aftermarket warranties on the service contract and never paid or notified the warranty company. The multimedia touch screen went out 10 days after the 3 year 36,000 factory warranty expired and the dealer refused to repair. The service department during the time he has owned the vehicle has charged him for the service contract that also was paid for on the original contract that has been denied. This is the second vehicle purchased from the dealer and this type of service is unacceptable! Please share with other the warning and make sure that although the contract shows purchasing the dealer never filed the warranty with the warranty company!

I was very impressed today, everything went perfectly, every one treated very professionally, not something I am use to at a car dealership.
Thank you again, I will certainly be back, when the occasion arises.

Note: This review is for my husband toyota camry service experience that I took in for him. I ask the service advisor nicely after 4 times, their responds makes me feel negative, I don't know if its because my husband is not here cause he is busy with work and I am a girl or what. I also ask the cashier person, why does their carfax report still shows as Toyota of Alvin and not Keating Toyota? She said " I don't know" like very negatively. I don't wanna judge but I have called this dealership to ask for my husband, they all put me on hold and no one was able to get me to the correct person. I will update this to 5 star review if this can be corrected on carfax report. They need to check their carfax report on anything they report. Me and my husband we normally don't have problem last time since he was here, but since i went for him, this is making me frustration. I am giving them a chance to fix this if my review will be taking seriously where I will update, if simple things they are refusing than I will tell my husband me and him should consider not to go here. Everything is under my husband name. I will not put my husband invoice on here due to privacy issue of our address. I have given the service center 4 times nicely and i ask nicely but they gave me a negative attitude si im force to express my thoughts on here.

This is a condensed review due to character limit.

I asked for a sheet of blank paper to write my requirements down in order to make an easy deal. I was per-qualified with two different banks. I was prepared to make a deal THAT DAY and not "think on it" and never come back. I am a serious buyer. I wrote down the four following items:

1) That I needed enough money to payoff my Tundra ($20,455)
2) Pay the TT&L for the Tacoma (roughly $2,000)
3) Ensure the 60,000 mile Toyota Tacoma recommended service had been complied with (roughly $250 *cost* for a dealer).
4) Me not spend more than $27,000

After Charlie Prahm looked over the numbers, he began to talk down to me and basically insinuate that I didn't understand math or how to calculate for a vehicle trade; I told him those were my conditions. He went back to the giant talking heads in the clear booth and came back to me several times with a better offer each time. As anyone could imagine, I was very frustrated by this point. Look dude, I just wrote down for you the EXACT deal I needed, or it isn't worth it for me to make the purchase. Period. Don't insult me with the excessive back-and-forth. Either tell me you can make the deal, or tell me you can't. I proceeded to tell Charlie that he had a deal at $27,800 if he could get the maintenance guys to comply with the 60K service (about $250-$300 cost). Charlie promptly stated, "$27,800 and the truck is AS-IS, I'm not doing any maintenance on it." I said OK, then there is no deal. At this point it was about principal and not the money. I grabbed my keys, shook his hand, and walked out. All of this occurred last Saturday, November 19th, 2016. I got a call on Monday from the internet sales manager, asking if I could come take a look at their 2013 Toyota Tacoma I had inquired about online. I informed him that I had already visited and that we were unable to make a deal due to the dealer's offer coming up $250 short of what I needed. The internet sales manager nearly fell out of his chair in disbelief. "$250 dollars! We let you walk out of here without a deal over $250 dollars!" I said, "Yes, sir." Then he asked me if I would be willing to come back and make that same deal again. And then I told him, unfortunately for him, I had already purchased a brand new 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD-Off Road 4X4 from a more friendly dealership here in San Antonio that same Saturday evening. And guess what....they gave me exactly what I wrote down on the blank sheet of paper. EXACTLY. And better yet, without insulting my intelligence during the process. Going to the other dealer (Cavender Toyota - San Antonio) was such a nicer experience. After test driving the truck, I wrote down what I needed to make a deal, and within 10-15 minutes we shook hands. Done deal. I will NEVER do business with Toyota of Alvin...NEVER!

Always a great service experience at Toyota of Alvin. Every staff member I come into contact with is working hard to keep me happy, even going beyond expectations. This is why I drive 30 miles to come for service instead of the closet Toyota to me.

Austin sold us a Rav4 and he was helpful without pushing. He knows his stuff, was professional and friendly. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. They care about their customers; they all wore masks! Thank you to everyone at Toyota of Alvin for caring and for a nice experience.
Dropping 2 stars and Adding a bit of caution. After reviewing my manuals and taking time to understand how my vehicle functions, I have come to realize we fell for some dealership cons. Beware of the APEX GPS fee added on to your cost. I wasn't familiar with it, wish we had stopped to question this more. We would have declined. ($695)
Also, what kind of microcrobial cleaning costs $350? Price I found at an alternative dealership was $40. Hope my loss saves you some money.

This is my third time dealing with your service ad...

This is my third time dealing with your service advisor Duy Nguyen, AKA (Simon). I did not care for his response to my needs the first times and I surely have not been satisfied each time after.
I purchased my truck form Joe Myers Toyota and was driving over there each time for service until my wife suggested taking it to Toyota of Alvin. My first visit went very well, however, I dealt with another person whom is no longer there. Sense then, I have not been satisfied with the service. He has not responded to my needs. This past visit I was in need of my driver side window being serviced. When I called to see how my truck was coming along it took him over 2 hours to respond back, and when he did, he tried to tell me it was my sticker on my window that may be causing the window to not work correctly. I've had this truck for going on 11 years now with the same sticker on both windows. I blew off the last responses to things I wanted done simply because I wasn't in the mood to argue. But this response put the icing on the cake for me. I'll be driving back to Joe Myers Toyota on the NW side again.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience Like a previous customers. On line their vehicle showed 15,488 and paper work showed 16,800. When I asked why the up charge and I was told they had to charge me for the addendum. When I asked for them to explain it, they said low jack but they charged me 699 for that on a separate line. Before my mom signed the paper work they kept saying we got her a good deal so I should have her take it. I told them doing the right thing is a better deal. Even the finance Rep was just as shady because he had 4 extended warranty offers. He said I'm going to cut the price in half for the same warranty..I asked him to give me the price for the columns and he couldn't..not sure if he gave us a special deal or was just saying that. I know it was my fault because I told my mom to sign. If she wasn't crying and starting to stress out I would of made her walk away. My only job was to find her a car because she already had a pre approval letter. She said go find a car and negotiate the price and she will come sign. I told her that's what I did because the sales agent said the price on that web site if good. When she got there he ran her credit without her knowledge..I told him she had a pre approval letter at home and I will go get it. He said it's ok he will pull it for her, I should of thought about it because he came back with a different bank and long contract. PLEASE DONT DO THIS TO YOUR MOM. Unless you don't like her. I have proof of the car online. So if you need me to take this down than do the right thing and you know what that is..15500 for online offer. 700 low jack that was so important for her to get and nobody helped her set it up. 1300 for the extra you put on my moms car for no reason.. return 2000 dollar check would be the right thing to my mom. I understand not everyone is honest but given the chance to do the right thing makes you honest. I'm leaving this in your hands but after a week, I guess I have my answer.

Mac Haik Toyota in League City was my first stop; ...

Mac Haik Toyota in League City was my first stop; I am thankful it was not my last. Mac Haik offered only $4k for my trade-in, which would leave me upside down. I told sales rep that per KBB, my car worth at least $6.8k. He replied Call KBB and tell them you want to sell them your car and see if they offer you $6.8k.

In addition, Mac Hiak took two days to call me about my interest rate. Sales rep said Mac Hiak worked hard with Toyota Finance to get my interest rate lowered from 11% to 2.9% and payments for Camry SE would be $40 more per month than I was prepared to pay. This was hard to swallow, as Toyota offering 0% on 2020 Camry and I have good credit; however, Mac Hiak told me I did not qualify. I told sales rep I am not paying that much. Sales rep said he can try to get me in Camry LE at amount I am willing to pay.

Thankfully, when I completed Toyota Financial s online app, I opted to have dealers contact me. I received text from Abraham ( Abe ) with Keating Toyota. I was not looking forward to the drive to Alvin to get screwed over as I did at Mac Hiak; however, Abe told me he would get me in the car I want and beat any prior offer from other dealers.

Abe asked what model and color I wanted and when I arrived at Keating, Abe had a gorgeous midnight black Camry SE waiting for me.
I was skeptical about working out a deal; however, once inside the dealership, Abe asked me a few questions, then returned in less than three minutes with an offer of $7k for my trade-in ($3k more than Mac Hiak s offer), monthly payments $53 less than Mac Hiak s offer ($20 less than I budgeted), and 0% interest via Toyota Financial - the same lender Mac Haik said I did not qualify for 0% and worked so hard to get interest lowered from 11% to 2.9%. I was shocked! I replied I will take it! The entire process - from the time I pulled into Keating s parking lot, to receiving trade-in offer and monthly car note was less than 20 minutes.

I am giving Keating Toyota FIVE STARS and throwing Mac Hiak double-middles!

David Oliveros made selecting and buying a car so easy and smooth for a first time buyer. He anticipated nearly all of my questions about financing, and took the time to discuss the ins and outs of my car and its standard safety features. Brian in financing provided me with all the knowledge I needed to feel comfortable and safe about buying a new car from Toyota. I was in and out in a couple hours and driving off with my new Rav4!

All the employees were professional and pleasant. They informed me of what my vehicle was in need of, however they did not try to talk me into getting the services today. I was satified with the service and I will continue to bring my vehicle for service.

We came in because of one of their internet postings, and we left with our dream car. Andres the sales guy was so helpful in getting us a price that was comfortable with our budget. I even thought at one point that our budget was unreasonable for this car, but they made it work. They even took the time after the purchase to go over every feature in the car (and there was a lot) and how to use them properly.

Great experience and I would trust these guys with any deals.

I made the mistake of going to Toyota of Alvin whe...

I made the mistake of going to Toyota of Alvin when purchasing my new vehicle and would like to share my terrible experience to keep anyone from the anguish I am currently dealing with. I went to this dealership because I was looking for a used vehicle which was reliable but affordable to get me by until I graduate from college. I decided on a Corolla for a listed price of $14,500 and also put $5000 down to lower my monthly payment. Chris Tinsley, the finance manager, refused to let me keep a copy of the contract I signed until I came back to drop off the down payment which at the time sounded logical. The following day I gave the $5000 check to Erik Perez, and asked him for a copy of the contract but did not receive it. As a young lady, I fully trusted the employees at Toyota of Alvin and never thought they would take advantage of me. One month later I received the bank statement from where I financed this loan and noticed the balance showing of over $19000. I immediately went to my bank to look into this expecting there to be an error but they referred me to the dealership for clarification since their paperwork looked correct. I went to the dealership and spoke to Chris Tinsley who claims that he attempted to give me my contract but I left before he could. According to them they keep your contract to make sure that you drop off the down payment. Not once did he nor anyone attempt to reach out to me to come back and get it and they also did not ever mail me a copy of any paperwork. I have continuously tried to get in touch with the manager over this location but Kelly Pope who is the assistant manager refuses to give me the contact information and told me "well you signed it" instead of doing anything to assist me in this nightmare situation. I am convinced that they edited my signed contract and added several unwanted warranties without my permission including one for paint protection (mind you my father runs a body shop) and many others. Kelly Pope insists that the General Manager is not available to take my calls or messages and keeps giving me the run around. Being someone who has worked in customer service for 15 years, I am extremely shocked and disappointed that anyone would scam their customers this way. These people have no conscience and only care about making money off hard working people even if it means scamming it out of them. I strongly advise to STAY AWAY from them!!! I wish I would've read the reviews before I purchased a car from them.

They were helping, resourceful and friendly in fixing my car. Not cheap but well done. They went out of their way to solve my problem, and put extra effort in finding the right parts and stuff.

Undoubtedly the most pleasant car-buying experience I've had. David and Daniel are consummate professionals and were able to answer all our questions. They were extremely friendly, and no high-pressure sales tactics were employed. The professionalism carried over to the finance office, where everything was straightforward. The best part was the price which beat all other Toyota dealerships in Houston. I will definitely refer friends and family to this team.

Called up there recently and spoke with Kaysey, had several questions on possibly buying a Toyota. Although I did not go with the Toyota after all, she really knew her stuff and definitely made just the phone call alone a positive experience. If anyone I knew was looking for a Toyota or even a used vehicle over there, I would send them to her. Great customer service all around!

Had an issue in service and was prepared to give a negative review. That all changed once the advisor called me personally to make it right. I don t expect perfection, but having integrity isn t too much to ask. Toyota of Alvin has it.

I am really impressed with Keating Toyota. This is the first time I did my car service here and really impressed with great service of Mr. Thomas and his orientee. Since I am new to this service center, they gave me a walk around and I really like the infrastructure and guess what, they have home theater room. That blew my mind. I would be a regular customer in Keating Toyota.

He made car shopping pleasant and fun. For financing talk to Brian. He is very nice, funny, and helpful while settling up with financing. I 100% recommend the folks at this Toyota.

One of the best car buying experiences we've had. Me and husband have been through the ringer over the last 2 weeks dealing with Land Rover. And this dealership really went through the hoops to make sure we got into my car. The manager is wonderful and very knowledgeable. Americo was our sales person, and he went above and beyond to help us find the right car for us. Everyone there was in a good mood, and very nice. Brian in Finance is also very nice, and quick to get us out of there. We really appreciate this dealership!

Al and Lee were very remarkable, they helped throughout the entire process. Both went over and beyond their job scope and for that I am grateful. I was able to get a vehicle that I wanted and not just anything like most car dealers do. I recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle and great customer service to go there and ask for Al or Lee, you will not be disappointed!

So my sales man was (Raul Ruiz Jr)He was one of the best sales man available definitely recommend him it's a shame I can only give a 5-star rating because he's worth so much more. I have been shopping for a vehicle a little over a week now I stopped in and he was not pushy at all he showed me the best that he had and he showed me the best used that he had as well unfortunately I personally didn't find anything that made me feel excited I contacted him yesterday and told him exactly what I wanted down to the tee and he made it happen! I started to getting a little bit frustrated do to a different dealership and I bring that frustration right to him not intentionally ! An I did apologize he said he understood he didn't push me away he still gave me the best kindness and he completely understood that I was frustrated he definitely gave me the best experience when purchasing a vehicle anyone heading to this location I would only pick him a thousand times over. Again his name is (Raul Ruiz Jr)
