I was asked by my sister to co-sign for a car. I spoke with a salesperson by the name of Joseph and told him my credit was bad. He assured me my credit was not going to be ran and they only needed to use my income. A couple days later was told she got approved for 2 cars and I could get me a new car for $1000 down. I gave them them the money ride off with the car. A month later was told to come in to try and refinance the car through another company. I drove 3 hours back to this place for them to take the car and was left stranded. I had been there 6 hours with no answers and no help. One of the sales people drove me to a McDonalds where I had to wait on a family member to drive 3 hours to come get me with a trash bag filled with my things.( they packed my stuff because they wouldn t allow me to go back to the car) Fast forward. It took them 2 months to give me my down payment back and gave it back in increments. Now I m working on my credit and asked them to remove the inquiries from my credit and they said they couldn t. They have put 18 inquiries on my credit which is making it hard for me to move on and get a new car. This place do not do good business and do not care about their customers.

My car was in for an oil change and they tired to get us to do other things that did not need to be done at this point. They did an alignment on the rear tires and then balanced them. My car had oil prints on the hood, no sticker as to when to come back for service and the inside was not cleaned(I was told by the owner that when a car is brought in for service it will be cleaned on the inside before returning to the owner). I had purchased a vehicle from here years ago and it was a bad experience. I had just bought a used truck from here (10/19/17) and had an amazing experience. It was actually one of the most pleasant experiences I have had buying a vehicle.

So I drove into victory gmc today to look at a used f350 king ranch. Got there the sales guy Bruce was professional, he pulled up the truck and we went for a test drive. After our test drive we returned to the dealership to start discussing numbers. From the beginning the numbers were off to me but we submitted the paperwork to the banks for a approval. After an hour we got some approval but it wasn t to my liking so I asked for my keys back to my truck and they began to be very pushy with me to sign the paperwork on the new truck and speaking very loudly so everyone could hear them. I told them I would think about it than a manager came out to talk to me trying to push me over on the deal in a very rough tone, I replied I would think about it now give me my keys. After some huffing and puffing he stormed off to get my key and handled them to me in a very unprofessional way. I got up and started leaving the showroom floor and he yelled (what a waste) I didn t say a word I just kept walking to my truck. How unprofessional from a dealership that clams to be the best dealership in town. At the end of the day it s my decision if I choose to purchase or not so if I say no or I ll think about it I shouldn t be discriminated against it. I hope the owner reads this and contacts me for more information because you just lost a sale.

They promised that they will replace a busted fog light on a vehicle in 3 days and when i went to get it fix, they told me that the part was never ordered. And if i wanted to replace that light i will have to pay for it. Bad service!!!!!

Took my car in for a recall. Usuall mechanics trying to say you need 2000k worth of work. Told me I needed a new fuel filter when I just had it replaced 6 months ago. Also I pulled out of the lot and my low tire indicator came on. They picked up a nail in the tire, and I had to pay for the repair. I was thinking about buying a new buick, but I will go to San Antonio or Corpus Christi. I don't trust them. The guy that gave me a ride to my job was pleasant I guess that is a positive.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was polite, safety and health conscientious and very timely. Was in and out quickly. It was nice to know I could still get my vehicle serviced during Covid and be safe doing so. I appreciate that.

My experience at Victory was awful. Sales Reps acting very unprofessional using foul language as well as showing inappropriate pictures on cell phones which I did not appreciate. I would encourage for this facility to put their staff through some better communication skills as well as people skills. When I asked for their supervisor one would say they are in meetings while another would say they were out of town, contradicting one another just plain lying to my face. Service department were lazy and very unprofessional. Instead of helping me with what I needed, they completely ignored me and took their "lunch" making the customer wait for more than an hour! Finally someone came and helped me which took all of 5min! Kind of felt ignored, being that I had just bought a new $55K vehicle from them! Which was another horrible experience as well. They had me all day there without even asking if I wanted water or anything else. If anyone is looking for GM vehicle I would highly recommend going else where.

Excellent service. I usually have anxiety over taking my vehicle in for service because of past experiences (you're a girl and don8know anything about cars). Knowing this, it's my husband that takes it in. This time, it had to go in and he's working out of town. The techs (David) and service advisors (Brandyn) were outstanding. They listened to my concerns, explained things, and answered all of my questions. I will be taking my vehicle to them from now on.

Was referred to this dealer by my mother on high regards I have to say they do everything as they should. They listen real well to what you want and need that you see what they have available they aren't pushy at all like most ones for commission, not to mention I just recently came in for a routine maintenance and they went Above and Beyond on what the warranty required and covered and still didn't charge me a dime.

Shopping for a van was getting to be a headache out of town. Driving two hours to see Ford transits at good prices only to be disappointed when we couldn't cut out the tacked on $1250 or more of add ons that were not optional and not advertised on the original price. Mac Haik in Houston seemed completely disinterested in us... Josh at Victory here in Victoria met me outside as soon as I pulled up and wanted my business from the start. The team at Victory were willing to talk out the door prices and dropped the dealer "extras" the first time I asked. We came to a deal that put us in a new van and Josh was professional and helpful. He followed up with us each day. The maintenance team fixed a few minor issues I found during the test drive and I picked it up the next day. I had a good experience here and would recomend again.

Was in that town for a business trip with my mom and needed to get the oil changed. While the staff was friendly and got me in within 2 hours, I was NOT particularly happy that they did not latch my hood all the way down. I am travelling 80 mph back home and any bump or constant bumps could have easily caused that metal piece to bend and my hood couldve easily flown open breaking my windshield and causing me to lose vision and out of control. I have vehicles in front, in back, and both sides of me. My mom and I couldve been seriously injured or worse, have died! I went over a couple bumps and noticed it coming up and pulled over to the side of the highway to properly close it ALL THE WAY. Really think I was travelling with a guardian angel that day due to the idiocy of whoever changed my oil. Latch the hood all the way...Or pay a huge lawsuit.

I bought a 2015 Sierra Denali 4x4 for another dealer and I should have bought from theses guys!!! I gladly drive out of my way for any service needs!! Let me say this, not all dealerships are the same! After dealing with several jacked up service "certified service" centers I gave them a try. Chris has always helped me out, let me know what was going on, and they do good work. I highly recommend them! You wont be disappointed!

Worst service department I've ever been to. Every time I've interacted with this dealership I've been completely disappointed. Three times my car has been returned to me in an unsatisfactory condition (for the same problem, mind you): grease marks and fingerprints in the interior from service technicians, wrappers/inserts from parts under my seats, etc. Each time my car hasn't been ready until closing time and I'm left with a choice of being without a car for another day or cleaning up after the dealership myself. On a similar note, the communication is poor. I've been waiting over two months for "a part to come in" with no ETA and a false promise of someone contacting me when it's in. As I call in to check for an update myself I've found out that the part has been in stock. SIDE NOTE: I know to call and check because this has happened before and when I called after a month of waiting I was told they sold my part to someone else because it was on the shelf unused. When I made my appointment again (because my original work order was closed/"not in the system") I got another call back within an hour asking for the date/time I was just given for service because it wasn't put in right and they "forgot what date and time" I was assigned. This is not a reflection of Buick directly; I know the service and customer courtesy is superb in other locations (College Station, TX). I am, however, trapped by the Buick warranty to keep coming back to this dealership. If it were my choice, I would take it nearly anywhere else. As it is, I'm hoping that repeat factory warranty issues is a factor of poor workmanship and faulty installations, based on the service I've received, rather than poor quality parts from the manufacturer. Bottom line: avoid this place like the plague. Purchase your vehicle elsewhere and save yourself many headaches. If you're stuck with service calls here based on warranty limitations be sure to thoroughly inspect your vehicle when it's returned, keep track of orders and maintenance yourself, and always keep your work order receipts. On a positive note, the gentlemen in parts (inventory control) "Keith" and the newest addition to the service counter "Paul" are very helpful and courteous. These two have been the only saving grace concerning any interactions with the dealership. Thanks Keith and Paul.

My husband asked me what color and specs I wanted in a Yukon XL Denali and I told him. I did not know that he had done all the shopping for me and the GREAT sales team (Ken) managed to locate and obtain the exact Denali that I had wanted. They all pulled off the ultimate surprise because as far as I knew they were not going to be able to get the vehicle because no one wanted to let go of this particular color. Well they got it and when my husband took me by the dealership he said we were going to look at a Denali that they had just got in but it was a different color. Boy was I surprised when out came the vehicle my Denali!!! I totally did not expect this because I didn't know how serious my husband had been working with Victory GMC to find me this vehicle. I have to say I was shaking when I realized it was mine!! I was SO ecstatic and had tears in my eyes! I absolutely love my new GMC Yukon Denali XL!! The entire team at Victory GMC did an absolutely AWESOME job!!! I WILL recommend these guys!!!

People were great to work with and work was done very well. The concern I had was that when I brought the vehicle in at 8:00 AM, I was told it would take approximately 2-3 hours to complete. Thankfully I did not sit and wait for the vehicle, because it was finally ready for pickup at approximately 3:30 PM (7-1/2 hours later) for pickup. Otherwise everything was great.

Not the best experience car buying can have. I would even go as far as saying illegal activity has a home at Victory Buick GMC in Victoria Tx. First, my wife and I were roaming the show lot for 45 minutes with not even a hello from the sales team...so we decided to leave and check competitors. Upon arriving back to the lot we settled on a vehicle where the sales person Joseph "promised" us a unbeatable deal...upon arriving to the finance office Trino wrote up a deal that had not one thing Joseph had promised and what we had agreed to. To make a long, uncomfortable story short...Trino and Victory Buick GMC knowing that we needed a vehicle that would fit my four toddlers FORCED my family and I to pay $3000 for add-ons or else he would roll the price of the add ons into the overall price of the vehicle. This clearly violates the "Truth in Lending" Act of 1978. Basically my wife and I felt abused and uncomfortable with whole deal. We felt scammed and will never buy a vehicle from any if the Victory Dealerships again. I plead with you that if you are thinking about buying there just be careful because the will take advantage of you and swindle you like the con men they are.

Had gone a couple of times. Not once did anyone approach me or even try to help me. As I parked and was walking in a younger gentleman asked if he could help! I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. The day came to an end and had to return home. Contacted my financial intuition to let them know what I was interested in. Contacted sales rep for buyers order due to I would be working and wanted the car. The bank told me they could take care of everything and have me in the car by Saturday. I asked and never received buyers order. Just calls and text saying I had to go in. Sorry but I have never heard of such a thing!! So I will pass on their business and keep looking else where! Very poor in customer service!

Stay away from this dealership. They are no help at all. (Used car department) they promise they are working on your deal and they forget to do it and they dont even call you back. And When you do get them on the phone they tell you they been really busy because they sell 1000 cars a day Haha good one.

I had my vehicle worked on, the worst service, the filthiest dealership. I took my vehicle to another dealership to have a repairs done that victory was suppose do do, only to find out that the part was never put on my vehicle, meaning you got paid for doing work on my vehicle that was never done, filing false warranty claims, I know for a fact you don't use A.S.E. certified technicians to work on vehicles, you should have your GM franchised pulled, Shame on you Jessie Beck!!!

Props to Leo in service because he made sure my experience was 5 star from start to finish! This was my second experience with Victory Buick GMC and was a huge improvement from my first visit. I want to thank Leo for putting my mind at ease while they worked on my vehicle and for going above and beyond to provide me a vehicle to drive while mine was under review. Appreciate everything he did to make the whole experience pleasant.

Above and Beyond as always! I went in for a recall and wiper sprayer issues. I had a 3rd party warranty that I wanted to use if applicable. The service rep did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and found an ac switch leak. This repair along with the sprayer repair, if approved, would only cost me the warranty deductible instead of $700 in repairs. The warranty company had had a service outage and was very difficult to reach to start a claim. The team in the service department stayed on it with me and through some consistency and a few days longer than I had expected when I dropped off my car, everything was approved and I only paid the warranty deductible. A big shoutout to Michael for staying on top of it with me and taking care of business. This dealership is the best!! I drive all the way from San Antonio for service because of the excellent service I have received. Many thanks!!

The service department does not have great communication with the customer. I took my truck to get it fixed and it took them 3 times for them to fix the problem. I live about an hour away from the dealership and it was really inconvenient.

The service department here helped us out when we were stuck 3000 km from home by removing a rusted heat shield from our exhaust which was rubbing on our drive shaft near the gas tank. I wish I could remember the man's name that did the work for us but he was very accommodating and charged us nothing for this work which greatly relieved the major stress we had when we thought there was a major problem with our 2002 Santa Fe. Kudos to Kia service dpt. Many thanks for getting us on the road without an appointment when we were so far from home in Ontario, Canada.

Worst experience! They pulled our credit twice. Once without our permission. After the pulled our credit the second time I questioned it. They said they would get back with us on vehicle pricing and trade in. A month later we haven t heard back from them. Now disputing our second credit pull. Even spoke to the manager it wasn t much help. I was just told I would when I said I was disputing credit.

Wanted a GMC Canyon since I regretted getting a sedan. Well Bruce said he would call the next for numbers. I was like okay. No rush to buy. Well next day comes nothing so on after until today I saw Canyon was gone. Well if I ever decide to go get a Canyon ill just go out of town from now on since there's more Professional Plus Higher Rated dealers with a 4.5 Average like Vernon Auto Group in Vernon, Texas

I want to start off with i ,Brandon, had high hopes since the selection was diverse. With that said, I wouldn't want to purchase a vehicle here for a couple of reasons. I gone here on 2 separate occasions. About a year ago I looked at a used lifted truck with that looked like a repo or trade in. The truck didn't look all that old either but maybe about 6 months at max and if i recall correctly 15,000 miles. Here's the kicker. It wasn't clean, had weird stain rings on the plastic and paint scratched to what looked like just service and a good buff would remove it. Yet this truck was staged and was on the front row and set to "show off" its mighty 9in lift on 35s. I poked around, climbed up in it and everything for over an hour. I was in complete view of sales and staff and could watch them come and go out the door. If i had the keys, I'm sure i could have drove off with it and no one would have notice! For giggles we decided to sit in the truck, doors wide open and looked up the number to call the front desk. They sounded shocked and confused when i told them i looked over the entire truck and was just nosy to the price since there wasn't a sticker or employee in site. Funny part was that there were 2 maybe 3 employees poking around this one gentleman looking at a dually about 5 vehicles down and right at the parking lot. Ill give it to the front desk for asking if i wanted a sales rep, but i told her not to even bother as I'm sure they wouldn't have known more than i have already learned poking around. I blew a gasket when they said the price! I could buy a new truck for the price of that used an beaten one, especially as one of the aftermarket LEDs was broken and just dangling. Needless to say, we drove back out of where we entered which happens to be directly in front of the main building. The other occasion i just didn't find anything and no sales person shown up then either. Makes me wonder how they stay in business or if they are struggling because of staff.

I'm not sure of the experience personally as my husband was the one who went, but he said the guy who helped him was very professional and kind. And the oil change and tire rotation didn't take long at all.
