My sister recently went in to purchase a vehicle from this company and she was lied to from the very beginning. She was purchasing a used car, negotiated the price and then when they went to sign she was told that that price was only if they finance with them. That is untrue, the only way you would have to finance with a captive lender is if it is a new car and the deal or incentive is tied to financing with that company, Toyota in this case. Once in the finance office they were forced to buy a GPS unit that they say had already been pre-installed and there was no way to remove it. Funny thing is i have read other reviews and apparently this GPS company is right next door to the dealership. I would bet the owner is getting some sort of kick back or cash on the side for this process they are practicing. Overall it was a terrible experience and I am glad I was able to help coach her through this nightmare. I work for a company that owns a Toyota store and I personally know the Toyota reps that work with them at Gulf States Toyota and I will be making a phone call to let them know what kind of operation they run. Unfortunately I live over 800 miles from her or I would have sold her a car.

These professionals have impressed me repeatedly with their focus on customer service and satisfaction. They have serviced my wife s car in the past and have always been prompt, professional, friendly, and did the job right. My latest experience was finding the truck I needed. Branson did a super great job of listening enough to learn what I m looking for, and then guiding me to the right truck that fit my needs. No pressure. Just service. I felt free to decide my purchase.
Give these people a try. And drink some of their free coffee while you wait for them to accurately fulfill your order!

Our sales person Robert was excellent! Took the time and patience to test drive several of the cars. He encouraged us to take our time was knowledgeable of all points of the vechiles. He found us the best deal possible. We are very pleased!

Service was good. Very professional and courteous....

Service was good. Very professional and courteous. Only issue was when car was returned to me they did not clean the marker from the windshield. I had to do this at home. Didn t feel like I needed to remind anyone when they told me that my car was ready.

If you are going to command 30 seconds of my time every 7 minutes, you should really spend more than $20 on your advertising and marketing. You are wasting other peoples time, some consideration would be appreciated.

We initially spoke with internet sales associate Mark and this dealership was recommended by friends who had recently purchased a vehicle. We arrived at the dealership on April 14th and were greeted by Brian. We mentioned Mark s name and were handed off to David in the sales department. We purchased a new 2018 4Runner and initially everything was great. The vehicle we purchased was not available at the dealership so, we were provided with a loaner through the weekend until ours was delivered a few days later. The dealership sent surveys for us to fill out and we left raving reviews within a few days of the purchase. Then, we started receiving multiple text messages and phone calls from Carrie asking for more reviews. She was asked to stop multiple times via text. David called from his personal cell phone, late one evening, asking why we have not filled out recent surveys sent via e-mail. The manager, Greg, was contacted immediately and we asked for his staff to please stop harassing us. A few days later, we were contacted by Mark asking if we were still interested in purchasing a vehicle. We told him that we did come into the dealership and already made a purchase. He was verbally upset that we didn t ask for him upon our arrival. The fact is, we did ask for Mark upon arrival and were told that he s just an internet guy. We are now at 5K miles on the vehicle and we live 4 hours away from the dealership so we called a week in advance to schedule the first service appointment for June 4th. Upon arrival, the outside service department greeter was very rude and unprofessional. This was our first service department visit and he was upset that our vehicle was facing the wrong way in the wrong spot. Everyone else was parked in this area facing the same direction so how were we supposed to know how to park for service. Anyhow, upon trying to check in for our service appointment, we were told that the vehicle could not be serviced at this time and the outside service department guy kept talking over the service woman saying he doesn t have time for us. We will be contacting Toyota and BBB for the service department matter. Overall, just beware of leaving positive reviews too soon after your buying experience. Make sure they earn your positive review, not demand it! I initially told David our salesman that I would be back in Aug for a new Tundra But they could care less about repeat business. Buyer Beware.

My wife called to ask about a specific car they had listed online. She told the salesman she was making a 2 hr drive so she wanted to be sure the car was there. He assured her yes it was. Guess what? Drove 2 hrs and they did NOT have the car advertised online. Do not recommend this dealership.

Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Was there over 3 hours. Also requested an estimate on new tire. They did not come out to give me that so I could make my decision until car was done. By that time I was ready to get out of there. Paperwork did not show they even rotated my tires.

Ford Yeager our sales guy was very helpful, would love to recommend him, look for Ford if you are planning to visit this dealership. Toby Williams at the finance office got the deal that we wanted. Brandon was phenomenal but the finance officer, Mark, was extremely rude and started to insult my husband and myself when we could not come to an agreement on a price. He was reluctant to let us leave the office and kept trying to force us to sign papers when we said we did not want to and began not only insulting our intelligence but our financial situation as well with demeaning comments.
I would give 5 stars if it was not for him!
Brandon and Joseph both made up for this employee s behavior and were pleasant to speak with and we were able to leave in a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. Just stay away from Mark.

Pretty disappointed how we had an appointment today to see a vehicle with a salesman named Kyle and drove all the way from San Antonio to be told the vehicle had just sold by OTHER sales personnel that it had just sold 30 minutes prior to us arriving. No salesman is perfect but own up and face the customer and don t send someone else out to advise them or even a courtesy call so we didn t have to take time off from work and waste our gas.

WORST DEALERSHIP, GREEDY AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE,

So I looked at a Car that I liked and contacted them via internet sales app. Tried to negotiate a deal and the Manager Named Boyce messaged me saying I can take $10 off the price. This was honestly a nonsense to even say. Should have just said sorry price is firm. Car had a scratch and eventually we set a price on contigency that I would finance it with Toyota financial and lowest rate available for 2.99% I agreed and. Since I live 2hrs away from this dealership. I said I know My cars well I just need you to get it ready for me so I can come pick it up. Car Sales rep who I initially dealt with her name is Jodey sent me a link for finance link which I filled out and followed up later that day and was told that everything looks good just come and pick up the car. I said I will come the day after. On the day of pick up I called and said I am on my way should reach in 2hrs. I was going to pick up this car with my husband and my 2yr old son. 1hr in the drive I get a call that the car is sold. I can't believe they would do such a thing. They ran my credit. Anyways she was like don't worry just come we have other cars I was like come on everyone have cars I wanted that one and we just spoke and u playing your sales techniques. Later spoke to greg the manager he was like WHATEVER deal is done with another client and we don't hold vehicles. I simply think this was the MOST WORST experience I have had with customer service. He was not even apologetic and goes on telling me if you like something in Walmart and someone takes it before you what can you do my reply to him was that I am not buying a deodorant its a 15k car we are talking about and you guys ran my credit and told me that come pick up the car and your sales rep even said that we have the body repair guy in today he will fix the scratch so you guys just wasted my TIME and gave me hit on my credit . Then he hung up on me.

So far the experience has been professional ...but after reading the reviews this is a kind way of saying if you jack with me I have already contacted my lawyer to be on standby and the Lexus dealership which I purchased my car from. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, STAY AWAY!!! I bought my truck here and these guys are a complete joke! My horror story would take too long to post so I'll just make it brief. The salesperson Veronica is extremely lazy and the definition of incompetent. Ignores questions or just answers what she feels. You are on her time and she will take weeks to get things done half-way, when she says they will get done right-away. The sales "manager" Angel is a liar and doesn't stick to his word about anything. He is a coward that will avoid you at all costs and ignore phone calls, etc. It was a chore just to buy a truck from them. They screwed up the figures, the delivery, lost keys, had items stolen, lost paperwork with my social security number on them, etc etc. Anything they could screw up it seemed they did their very best to screw it up even more. Afterwards they showed no care or concern and never came through on what they said they would to try to rectify their screw-ups. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst buying experience ever. Save yourself some time and headache and look elsewhere.

He listens to his client needs and puts them in the right vehicle. I look forward to a long relationship with Danny and Toyota. I will not hesitate in recommending Danny to others. Danny, is a GEM!!! He is an asset to Toyota.

I recently took my car to Toyota of Victoria for some recall work. One of the recalls was fixing the window regulators. This repair was done so poorly, that now, I have serious doubts that the other work; (including air bags and seatbelts) was done correctly. Or, even done at all. I made an appointment, took the car in, and was called and told my car was ready.
When I picked my car up the window that they "fixed" was not even in its track. It was literally just rolled up on the outside of the door trim. Like, if it was raining my car would have gotten water in it. I called the service drive manager (Luckey) and he told me just to bring it back in. He didn't seem overly surprised. Acting as if returns on service are pretty common at their facility. So, I bring it back. This time they got the window back in the track. The problem is, this time they screwed up the track so badly that it now leaks air and water. I was aggravated, so I found the service manager (Paul Dills). I asked him to come out and take a look at the work that was done. He said it was unacceptable, and that they would make it right. He got with Luckey and asked him to order the trim piece and schedule to have it repaired at their cost. That's been about 2 weeks ago now. And they seem to be playing the avoidance game. When I called to schedule the original work I had no problem getting through to them. Now, after multiple calls as me, they ignore, avoid, and do not return my phone calls. Just for grins, I called and gave them another name. Got right through. I bought this car new from Blackwood. I will for sure go somewhere else to buy my next one. I will not recommend this place when asked. And would strongly advise anyone to consider my experience, and those of other reviewers before dealing with these people. To say I'm dissatisfied would be about like saying these people are competent.

Very happy that I chose to drive down to Toyota of Victoria to make my first vehicle purchase! Sean was very informative and knew a lot about the specifics of the 4Runner from features to engine specs. Never felt pressured! Overall great service!

When I scheduled my vehicle I was told it would take approximately an hour and a half to repair (recall on the airbag). When I arrived, Zach mentioned it would be a nearly 5 hour service, he apologized for the miscommunication and offered me a shuttle ride to anywhere in town or home. I chose to stay and wait. He walked me into the waiting area and showed me where his office was in case I needed anything and assured me he would take my vehicle back right away and do his best to have it repaired quickly. He had it completed in 3.5 hours instead of the expected 5! Thank you Zach for being so considerate and friendly.
