Austin sold us a Rav4 and he was helpful without pushing. He knows his stuff, was professional and friendly. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. They care about their customers; they all wore masks! Thank you to everyone at Toyota of Alvin for caring and for a nice experience.
Dropping 2 stars and Adding a bit of caution. After reviewing my manuals and taking time to understand how my vehicle functions, I have come to realize we fell for some dealership cons. Beware of the APEX GPS fee added on to your cost. I wasn't familiar with it, wish we had stopped to question this more. We would have declined. ($695)
Also, what kind of microcrobial cleaning costs $350? Price I found at an alternative dealership was $40. Hope my loss saves you some money.
