Went there a few days ago to get service done to my husbands vehicle and I gotta say, all the staff were friendly. They had a movie theatre, a cute little cafe that sold sandwiches, coffee, soft drinks to accommodate for the wait. Such a beautiful facility. I was wandering around the dealership (my knees are bad so I couldn t sit for long) and the sales representatives did not harass me like they would at Mac Haik Toyota. Also thank you to that sweet young lady, Kathryn at customer service for answering my questions on my husbands vehicle. Mac Haik didn t even bother showing us how to use any of the new technology on these new vehicles! On our next purchase, we WILL be coming to Keating Toyota!

Worst experience ever told them to hold a truck i was coming today 4-19-2017 in a couple hours with cash to make a down payment (Christopher Carlton) said ok and all of sudden when i was bout to get ready to go pick it up he text me saying its sold whats bs the guy or the place cant even keep their words, there's no way you can do business with them. Not having prestige is the worst thing in doing business which will ruin them sooner or later.

I live in Dallas and when my car broke down a couple months ago, I was recommended by some family friends to visit this place for a new car. I did some research on some other dealers in Houston area and found this place had the lowest prices around (even in Dallas area as well) . I called them a day before coming to Houston and talked to Adil in the sales department. Adil was really helpful in getting me the best deal possible. Even though I did not get the financing offer I was looking for, I got great customer service and a brand new Car . I would highly recommend Adil and Toyota of Alvin for your next car.

This dealership is full of bootleg salespeople. I have never had a horrible experience with any place like Toyota of Alvin. Robert Rondeau (however you spell it), Ceasar, Eric and John are all liars. Took a down payment from me and put the same vehicle for up for sale after I brought it back for a repair. If you don t want the hassle... DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

I had a wheel alignment recently. Then just a couple of weeks later I had an issue with one wheel which had banged into a a curb. I brought my car in and asked if they could check just that one wheel. I was told that the wheel wasn't damaged, but then they proceeded to do another wheel alignment and charged me full price. I don't fully understand that and I don't think it was a fair way to treat a customer.
Disappointed.

They are not even deserved one star. First time dealing with this dealership and never never again want to come back or recommend their service to anyone. They will post the best deal online to attract customers come and fool them by adding stupid protection packages and fee to match the price they want to sell.

Look at the picture on the net price of this 2018 Camry SE ,which they call new in condition, it has scratches, no blind spot monitor, no push start button, close to 2,000 miles on it when I test drove it (their report didn t even show the real odometer). My uncle could buy the same vehicle when the new Camry just came out last year for $26K drive out.

What I found funny and make them look stupid are the prices they sell for Apex protection and weathertech packages as well as the non tax fees of $1,227.97 which they admit they always charge their customers that fee. And the Apex protection package is a must buy thing, they firmly stated that. Don t let them fool you since there s no such a protection plan is required to buy and no dealer charge non tax fee like these people do.

I hope not everyone at this dealership does the same way but the internet sell manager Jeremy Smith and the salesman with last name Oloh are dishonest people. Do not do business with them!

1st of all I was looking at vehicles on line and it directed me to Toyota of Alvin so of course I put it my zip code & my phone number because it doesn't let you go past those point. Immediately people started calling me so I agreed to meet a sales person. Me and my husband drove up there and there was all these salespeople run into my car I asked to speak with a individual that had called me and wanted to talk to me I got a sales person that said he was this person well I couldn't understand this salesperson so I ask him again I said is your name ......... you're looking for I said I've told you that since I rolled down my window and was talking to you he says ok let me get him. This guy and his son played around with us all evening probly 5 hours we didn't leave there till probably almost 10 o'clock at night and sent me home with a vehicle and told me that it is a done deal all we needed to do was comes sign paperwork after we got off the next day well we got off the next day we took the vehicle they let us drive home up there to be told that it would be $200 more than what we were willing to pay and they tinkled they kept going back-and-forth back-and-forth. Finally i told somebody needs to take us home I'm tired of it. Well I went to Gulf coast Toyota yesterday walked out with a brand new vehicle very happy with them and recommend Gulf coast Toyota of Angleton to anybody Alex Jim and Mike were wonderful
IN AND OUT IN LESS THEN A HOUR.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I helped my husband buy a 2020 toyota tundra 1794 and it has been nothing but issues from the start. From fiance all the way to service department. My husband found the wore harness had been tampered with not even a month after of the truck and Toyota of Alvin will not fix it and has.done nothing but play games. My husbands truck has been in the truck for at least 3 weeks out of the 8 we have owned it and if this is the way they treat customers I advise others to avoid them at all cost.

The salesman tried to charge me for $5000 of dealer-installed options that did not exist.
I was low-balled on my trade.
It took six hours to close a simple deal.
I requested the after-market radio out of my old truck. I provided the factory radio to replace it. The dishonest salesman made excuses. The customer relations specialist said she would take care of it. It s been 5 days and I m still waiting.
I love my Tacoma. It is awesome. I m not happy with Toyota of Alvin. We want to buy a RAV4. But, we re not buying it at Toyota of Alvin.

The quickest purchase I ve ever made at a dealer. They were on top of everything and made things happen. My salesman Jacob was awesome and made the whole experience a breeze, along with the finance department. Walked in with a trade in that I loved, and was comfortable enough to walk out with a brand new 2020 Camry XSE. Also, the tech that shows you all the gadgets in your car before you leave was super nice and helped me out a lot too. The dealership has a very wide selection, and even gonna throw in how nice and clean it was. Not to mention, if you buy a car there, you get to hit the gong on your way out...just a little razzle dazzle with your purchase.

Went in to buy a vehicle and was told a price and it was not honored. I went back because they told me a price and it was not honored again. I was told the rebates changed within those 3 days. Was ready to buy and was walked out the door. Could not believe it. Went in a week later and raised the price 1000 dollars. Come on guys....

Toyota of Alvin could have gotten a five star rating. I got the truck I wanted at a great price, but being an educated buyer and hard bargainer got me the deal I wanted. Like most dealerships, they try to add on things that I did not want or need and I had to tell them no over and over. After some hard bargaining, we got down to the deal I wanted. From there it was smooth sailing. The same goes for finance, educate yourself before sitting in their office, know what your bottom line is and you will come out OK. Once they realize that you are an educated buyer you will get treated as such and the deal will go smoothly.
All in all I would recommend allowing Toyota of Alvin a chance to earn your business. Educate yourself before stepping in the door and you can leave like I did with a great deal.

Good deal on a car. Everyone was nice. Very satisfied. I am old school and the time before this I bought a car they had "no haggle" pricing, so the starting price was lower than expected but by the end of the day I paid more than I wanted. Here we negotiated a price, and although the sticker was high, I got a much better deal in the end. Comparing the "no haggle" thing, I much prefer haggling. And while there was some back and forth in the finance office, it was very minimal and I came in under my budget overall and at the lowest end of the kbb "fair market value". I'll always look for the best deal but II''l probably look here first next time.

Extremely disappointed.i never get my oil changed at the dealership but I thought I d try it out. The price quoted was almost half as much as they charged me and they did nothing to fix it. I asked Then not to use the filter I brought So I can Return it because they old give $5 off for brining it and it cost me more to buy it. They used it anyway and didn t not care that they made this mistake. I called And left two message for manager. No response and it s been over a week.

I had hoped my experience would be different than ...

I had hoped my experience would be different than the others. Nope. Advertised a low price, I called ahead to start some negotiating, told the salesman (Jeremy) exactly what I wanted to pay and after multiple discussions with Gabriel, the manager, he (Jeremy) indicated that he believed he could make that happen. I questioned Jeremy MULTIPLE times on the likelihood of this deal happening and told him I didn't want to bring my two kids all the way there for nothing. He said he felt it wouldn't be a problem. I get there (1 hour drive with a 3 year old and an 18 month old mind you) and the salesman I had spoke with over the phone had just left 5 minutes before I got there even though we had discussed our meeting time over the phone. I was assigned to another salesman who proceeded to show me the truck, have me drive it, then tell me it had been sold already. Then he pulls another truck around for me to look at, I tell him I'm still interested if the price is still good and he says they cannot honor the price the other salesman (deceptively) agreed to because it's not reasonable. I tell him that I knew the price was low/aggressive but the phone salseman had assured me we could come to an agreement based on the price I told him I was prepared to pay. The salesman then asks me if I honestly thought I could get it that cheap. My question to these guys is "Did you honestly think that by having me walk in your dealership you could milk me for an additional $4,000?" When it had become apparent this deal wasn't happening, I spoke with the manager (Gabriel) who again would question me on what Jeremy had said on the phone. Basically noting that he didn't technically agree to that price on the phone, and therefore arent liable for what he (Jeremy) said. Sheepish way to do business. They kept me there for an hour while my wife chased two hungry kids around the dealership. Read through some reviews..this seems to be a common occurrence for this bunch.

Getting customers through your doors doesn't earn you business. Honesty and integrity does.

EDIT: RESPONSE TO THE OWNER
Whether or not the vehicle had been sold or not is the least of my concern at this point. As I mentioned, I was willing to work a deal on a different truck had your employees been willing to honor their word. Unless this issue is resolved, I will have no reason to return to Toyota of Alvin. Your first impression should be your best impression. Yours was not.

I ended up at Toyota of Alvin today because of a mailer that I got from Mac Haik Toyota in League City...

I was not in the market for a new car, but the mailer from Mac Haik promised me $0 and only $40 some odd more to my current monthly note for a 2019 SR5. I thought why not look into it, so I contacted Mak Haik's internet sales manager, who was listed on the mailer, via email twice, and then made three phone calls at three different times throughout the day, and left a voicemail once, all over the span of about a week, and all to no avail... This irritated me and made me wonder if another local dealership could help me with what was being offered.

I text the number listed on the website at Toyota of Alvin and immediately got a response on Sunday. Monday morning, Matt Sportini of Toyota of Alvin, called and asked when I could come in so he could take a look at my trade. I was able to meet with him that same morning. Matt was very patient with me, answering all of my questions and laying out all of my options for staying with in my budget; he even stayed fairly close to what the mailer for Mac Haik was offering.

Within a few hours, I was pulling off the lot in my new 2020 Toyota 4Runner at a price I could afford. Thank you, Matt at Toyota of Alvin; your loss, Mac Haik of League City.

I recently bought a used car from this place and I am so happy that I did. Brian Perez, my awesome sales guy was AMAZING!! He really went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs and wants were covered. I will most certainly be a returning customer. Thank you Brian!

This is by far the best experience that I have in getting my new Toyota 4 Runner s routine maintenance done. The last Toyota service center at SW Frwy didn t do the scheduled oil change as well as not offering car wash. Carl Schamz, Toyota of Alvin service advisor, took time explaining on the maintenance work done as well as offered car wash. He was very professional and took pride in his job. Will definitely go back to this Toyota at Alvin for all of my Toyota service needs.

I drive about 30 miles one way to get the service with a smile. The staff from the mechanics to the service advisors know their product very well. Our 2019 Tacoma is a unique truck and for that same reason I only use Toyota of Alvin. They built it and they keep it running like new.... even with an hard to find squeaking noise that was hard to duplicate the techs, did a super job adjusting any component that could gone out of rigging..
Good job everybody keep up the good work..

ok, by heart, I am a very nice and easy going personality. In fact many say I was blessed with a sunny disposition, which can be irritating. However this was not the case in dealing with this toyota dealership. i have owned 4 toyotas myself and wife owned one, across the span 15 years. Been loyal Toyota owner all this time. I have always bought new, so used to dealing with dealers, which this was the WORST EXPERIENCE.

So I reach out to alvin toyota a few weeks ago to replace my wife 2007 corolla with a 2018 Camry Black XSE. We were specific of what we wanted. We never settle, which i will wait, however this circumstance, had a deadline for purchase. I talked with cindi with the Internet group and we established a deal. Though she did not have on lot, she stated they can get me this car at the price I wanted, with the features. It would have to be shipped via flatbed truck, delivered like cargo. I was ok and ready to sign. When i arrived, they felt comfortable we can go with it. (then it starts) They first tell me, "it can have over 400 miles" when it gets here. I am like "!?!" Why? They explained it would have to be driven to the dealership as now the sales mgr, Gabe comes in and puts it. I explained this was a new car for my wife and she does not wanted a "used" new vehicle. They made me feel that my wife's satisfaction was a JOKE...and then here was the kicker. Gabe told me as I started to leave, "you are not going anywhere and sit down"..as if I was an employee about to be reprimanded??? I felt extremely insulted and left. So that enraged me as I had to leave. He called a few mins after i left to apologize, which i understood. but he stated he wanted to be the best. So I said, look for a deal if you can and call me regardless...NEVER GOT THE CALL. I am ok with it. However trying to find that exact was going to be a challenge. I live in Dickinson TX and these guys are near. I wanted to my wife to see the white model. The Alivn dealership did have a white one. Although no way i was going to buy from here, especially i never got the call back, but we went early Saturday morning, which i thought they were not open. So we parked and looked at the vehicle and wanted unbias observation. however sure enough, dealership was open and a salesman came buy. i recognized him and he recognized me, when i threw my hissy fit the previous day. i told him "I am here to look only and will leave, please do not bother me. HE KEPT bugging, bugging and bugging!!!!, until i was shouting with obscenities and told i was leaving. He then "professionally" returned fire and threaten to call the cops on me to leave.

I never write reviews and even waited to wait to write this to calm down. but to this day, even driving in Alvin will upset me due to day"s"I had with these guys...THANKS STERLING MCCALL, they treat with professionalism

This review is based on the experience I had at the service department. I arrived early and was greeted by my service advisor James. He was unfamiliar with why I was there for my scheduled appointment. He was rude and curt. Maybe it was because it was early on a Monday maybe it s just a bad service department. Either way I won t be back.
