I went in with the expectations that I would end up with a car (which I really didn't want - I'm an SUV girl). Frank Oloh was my sales person and from the moment I met him, his personality was great! At first I wasn't sure if the numbers would mesh with a vehicle I would want, but Frank kept bringing vehicle after vehicle for me to look and drive. He never lost patience with me and kept a smile. 3 hours later (and after closing time), not only did I end up with a great Highlander all decked out, but the payments are good, I'm not upside down from my trade-in and I am one happy chica!
