They are very unethical in their business practice...

They are very unethical in their business practices and are happy to take advantage of buyers who may not be 100% fluent in English. The salesman and the buyer negotiated a $13,000 price for the car, and somehow it came to be around $17,000 in the final contract (this is excluding tax and financing charges). No add-ons or warranties were purchased either. When we questioned this price, we were told it was due to over $4,000 in fees (which were NOT listed on the contract or on any receipt of sale). When we asked to see a list of these fees, management was very secretive and refused to hand it over, only offering us very brief glances. To reiterate, we were not allowed a copy or even a picture of over $4,000 in fees that were charged because the fees were "proprietary information" (if that's the case, shouldn't these fees then be included when negotiating the price of the car?). When we walked away from the contract, we were charged a "restocking fee" even though the car was never even driven off of the lot. We even later found out that the salesmen lied about the buyer's credit score as well, saying it was much lower than it really was in order to hike up the finance charge. The general manager is also refusing to return our calls or even acknowledge the issue. Please be careful and check other review sites (which have significantly lower ratings than Google) and you will see many similar negative experiences.
