Update: The GM looked at the case and said since we signed their contract that was presented they could not do anything. The truth is they falsified the truth about the drive out price and their trick is to mention other stuff during financing so you don't look at the financed amount and once you sign everything it is too late to go back. They will absolutely screw you over if you don't look at the every single details. I would not want this to happen to anyone, so please be careful.
Post: The sales person and sales manager agreed on the drive out price for a vehicle. We go to finance the vehicle and they discuss the additional coverages and warranties and they were all denied and we signed for the financing, only to realize when the statement came in they financed for an amount that is 700 dollars higher. I called the dealer back and went in person twice but no one was willing to help. Not the sales guy or the sales manager or the finance person. I have text message proof that they are agreeing to the drive out price and proof that none of them are willing to help. Absolutely horrible customer service. Please double check your papers while you sign. I would hate for it to happen to someone else. 700 dollars is no joke.
