James Crespin and Jesus Archondo came out on an emergency call to fix a broken water line for us. They were very professional and communicated with us well. We've used TLC for our swamp cooler, hose bib replacement, and toilet all in the span of two years. Every time their technicians have been very friendly, clean, and helpful. On this visit we had a leaking toilet, the wax ring seal at the base of the toilet had gone bad. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day in the morning which was a huge relief. TLC s water treatment division was tasked with addressing a problem we ve been living with for 2 years. It was a confusing problem that had baffled us and several other plumbers. They installed 2 new reverse osmosis units for us, as well as a new water softener. The next day, we had big problems. Our booster pump kept shutting off every 10 minutes, and the softener wouldn t stop draining.
I was SO glad that I could just call up Jay, with whom I d discussed the problem at length, and have him jump on the problem. He didn t connect me with their pump and plumbing guys. He sent Gavin, who had installed our equipment, that very afternoon. It meant a lot to have their personal help....to not have to call a company that would just send whoever they had available...someone who was unfamiliar with our job. Gavin spent a TON of time listening, working to understand our problem, and diagnosing it correctly. He is incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy. He fixed our issue, and we could not be happier with the result. We actually are having to adjust to the idea that we don t have to worry about our water anymore!
When plumbing issues occur that are outside the typical homeowner s ability to address, everyone worries we ll get taken advantage of by whatever plumber we call; or that they won t know what they re doing and will make our lives even worse. TLC is the most honest, ethical and professional company I ve done business with. My mother s boiler quit working after she ran out of propane. TLC completed repairs before deciding she needed a new boiler. The new boiler failed exactly as the old boiler did. Levi, their expert on boilers came up and checked the propane tank before turning the valve. It was nearly off. It turned out the both boilers were starved for gas. I wrote a letter to TLC requesting the reimburse my mother for two-thirds of the total costs, and we were asking King s Butane for the other third.
TLC called me as soon as they received my letter. They totally accepted responsibility - and have reimbursed my mother 100 percent of the repairs and the new boiler - a total of $11,333.00.
I recommend this company to anyone or any company needing their services.

Outstanding work. Antonio and Cesar did an excellent job of installing a tankless water heater and water softener. They went beyond the call of duty in terms of assessing our situation, addressing our needs, explaining the process, working closely with the city inspector to guarantee that the job would pass inspection and have no delays, and exceeding all expectations. They were top-notch professionals. We will call on them for any future plumbing services/projects. We could not be happier with the quality of work and friendliness throughout the project. Had a garbage disposal installed in our conference room and within 4 days we had a leak that spread throughout our conference room. Was told that someone would be out the next day and 48 hours later nobody has arrived. I was advised that there was an issue with their scheduling system. The agent I spoke to stated that she would TRY to get someone out next day by 8 AM. I'm not feeling very confident.

The employee showed patience and concern for the work to be accomplished as we waited for the City Water Authority to arrive and shutoff the water to my home. The employee worked around his scheduled work at other locations so he would not have unproductive time at my home. TLC should be proud of this young man.

My air conditioner went out Sat Aug 3 so Mon I called and made an appt for someone to come out.The soonest someone could come out was Tue, but I had another appt I could not change so we set it up for Wed between 8 and 10. At 7:45 am I got a call that he would be here in 15 min and sure enough he was right on. The gentleman's name was Chico Apachito, the most pleasant man I have met in a long time. It took only minutes for him to solve the problem and take care of it. I promise if I never need help again, I will call and ask for Chico. His patience with an old lady will not go unnoticed

Scheduled a service and request for refrigerated air estimate. Was given a two hour window, but TLC never showed or called to let me know they wouldn't show. Two calls to the operator yielded no results. I was told by operators they would page the service tech and have them call me. I never received a call. Definitely won't get my business for any need.
Furnace stopped working, family was without heat. Antonio Lujan and Carlos Ramirez from TLC came out same day and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Honest trustworthy very skilled professionals. Shannon Rushing, the plumber at TLC was amazing. He repaired the hot water heater today after our music studio was without hot water for over a month- since August 17th! He assessed and completed the repair in under an hour and even gave us a thorough tutorial and diagnosis of potential future problems with the breaker, walked us through quick fixes in the event this happened again and was personable and professional the entire time. This morning TLC installed a water softener system with a filter that treats all the water that comes into our house. All three installers were curteous and efficient. The total cost was exactly the quote that we were given before agreeing to have the work done.

24/7 Service was a must. For the added convenience of an emergency plumbing repair the cost was worth it. The technician, Roman, and the dispatcher were very helpful in helping set up my service call. I had a kid's birthday party to host on this date, and was having a main line sewer issue. We had TLC come out and replace our water heater and bring everything up to code. They were always on time, always professional and very nice, and made sure you knew the cost upfront before they started work. The job was excellent! Everything was completed like it was stated in the estimate!
About 2 weeks later, we started hearing water running in one of our walls. We called TLC out again, guessing that it might be the water heater since we were hearing the water on the same wall as the water heater. They were there the same day we called and they told us we had a minor water leak. The water leak wasn't caused by the water heater.
They came the next day to locate the water leak. They gave us several estimates and the options we had. We decided to do a full re-pipe. They finished the re-pipe in two days and drywall repair in two days. They were very professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and gave us updates on their progress.
They were overall excellent to work with. I would highly recommend TLC. They might be a little more expensive, but it is well worth it to know the job is done right (they also offer financing).

THANK GOD FOR PLUMBERS! We have used TLC Plumbing over the years and have always been impressed by the professionalism and great work of their employees. I also appreciate being able to contact the company 24/7 to schedule repairs. We had a simple leaky faucet handle that was fixed promptly today. Mike also picked up two spare parts for any future leaks to save money on labor charges (they had to drive to a specialty plumbing supply store to buy the part needed to fix our handle as it isn't typically stocked on their trucks).
We had a water pipe break in our front yard Monday night. It was after hours but we received a call within 1/2 hour. Our technician came out that night and told us we should consider replacing rather than repairing because the pipes in our neighborhood were very old (we knew this - been in our home 26 years). He arrived, back at our home, the next morning by 9a. A second technician arrived around 1p. Both men were upbeat, friendly, and answered any questions we had. Even when they hit a snag, there was no indication of frustration. They stayed friendly and shook it off until it was all resolved. They were at our home for 12 hours and made sure the work was done and we had water back on. I highly recommend TLC for all your needs. We've never been disappointed.
Today I had Marcos Pacheco and Elijah come to my home. They were fantastic! Last month I had Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling come out. They just wanted to sell me an $8,000 unit. Marcos and Elijah were terrific. Explained everything to me super clearly, I understood and I am so appreciative. TLC all the way from now on! We had a back-up occur today in our drain line and I called TLC to help. Chantry and his team mate arrived a few hours later. They spent a good hour cleaning out the drain from our house out to the city lines. Even when the drain was running again, they continued to run it to clear out whatever was clogging it. They ran that line as far as they could to completely clear it and even found another cable crossing right through the city line. Wonderful guys to talk to, very respectful by putting down a mat at our door and using boot covers before they came in the house, and willing to answer all of our questions with a smile. Definitely will be using them again.

These guys rock. We had a clogged shower drain that I had tried to fix myself with a drain cleaner from Home Depot. Only the cable snapped and left the bit stuck in the drain pipe! Would the TLC guys get it out? Ralph G. to the rescue. Quick, personable, and professional. He got the cable and cleaner bit outtathere, and declogged the drain of ancient handy wipes. In the midst of selling my North Valley home, it was discovered we had Kitec piping. As a result, we decided to proactively re-pipe the entire home as to sell it without worry to a new owner. TLC was neither the least or most expensive of the 5 bids I received for my whole home re-pipe but I am so pleased that I chose them. I was most impressed from the start. My estimator took time to ask questions, listen and apply all the factors to an estimate that I can say was the most detailed. It told me every step included in the price as well as details of the resulting warranty of the new work. Besides being a recognized name in Albuquerque and thus lending additional credence to my plumbing job for any potential buyer, they were most professional, efficient and trustworthy. The entire crew exhibited kindness and empathy again and again throughout the process and handled my home with care and concern. They were tidy, quick and never hesitant to stop and explain what they were doing, what they were finding behind my walls and how they were going to mitigate any obstacle. Besides completing the re-pipe, they also had subs that exhibited the same type of care and concern including the drywall/patching/texturing repair, tile replacement, concrete replacement and cleaning after the job. They hauled all their debris away and even put my uprooted plantings in water while the holes they dug on the outside of my home were still exposed. I cannot give enough praise to this team of men who worked on my home. I would recommend TLC for a whole home re-pipe to anyone who is considering the work. If you walked into my home now, you would not suspect that so much work had been completed but we now have complete piece of mind that it was a job well done that will last for many years to come.
We called TLC to replace a temperature pressure relief valve on our water heater. We were on a strict timeline and they were able to send a technician out to us on the same day! Jude was the technician that performed the repair and we couldn t be happier with the outstanding work that he completed. He was very professionally and efficient. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and even gave us some tips for routine maintenance. We highly recommended this company and their technician!

Eric Brown did a great job for us--consulted on what we needed to replace our water heater and installed a water softener along with the new water heater. Called TLC today (Saturday) when my AC outdoor unit stopped working. They answered the call right away and took my information. A few minutes later an on-call service technician named Brian called and said he was only 10 minutes away. Brian was awesome. He walked me through all the troubleshooting so I could understand what was going on, checked the entire system and found a faulty fuse in the disconnect box all within ~30 minutes. Extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend Brian and TLC to anyone. I will definitely call Brian if I ever need assistance with my HVAC in the future.
