Very quick turnaround and the banners we ordered came out beautifully! I was concerned because the backgrounds were a specific shade of royal blue to match the logo, but they did a wonderful job - it was perfect!

A neighboring business suggested that I come here for a big order of flyers that I needed printed. Once I came into the shop I didn't immediately see anyone, after a few minutes of waiting I was greeted by a woman. I began to explain that I needed to have 400 double sided flyers printed and that someone had referred this company to me. I continued to tell her that I my graphics were custom made and that I may have saved them in the wrong format. I began to ask if I could use a computer to bring up the design and a man stepped out from the back and said that he "we can't do that here" and folded his arms. I paused smiled, said thank you and left. After two days I am in shock by his clipped demeanor with a customer. I work in customer service and the one thing I have learned is that tone and body language goes a long way. I felt as though my business was unwanted and that he did not want ME in the store at all. If you are looking for somewhere with better customer service I suggest you try somewhere else.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jon and Kyle on a few occassions. Each time the finished product has superseded my expectations. They were able to build and design the International Hotlanta Salsa Congress brochure from scratch, as well as on the fly. We were in a pinch and needed 800 brochures within a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and patient, not to mention has an eye for detail; Zach was nice enough to point out something with my imagery that would have been OK, but is now much more visually appealing. Also, I thought I wanted glossy cards, but Zach recommended matte. I'm grateful that they let me see examples of each because guess what, he was right; I went with matte!
