Terence was amazing! He is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable! He had to correct some shoddy work that was previously done by a different service rep. Terance was super responsive to my concerns/questions. He did the work in a timely manner and the results looked extremely professional. In the future, I will request Terence by name! I have every confidence in his work!
