Called TLC today (Saturday) when my AC outdoor unit stopped working. They answered the call right away and took my information. A few minutes later an on-call service technician named Brian called and said he was only 10 minutes away. Brian was awesome. He walked me through all the troubleshooting so I could understand what was going on, checked the entire system and found a faulty fuse in the disconnect box all within ~30 minutes. Extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend Brian and TLC to anyone. I will definitely call Brian if I ever need assistance with my HVAC in the future.
