We've used TLC for our swamp cooler, hose bib replacement, and toilet all in the span of two years. Every time their technicians have been very friendly, clean, and helpful. On this visit we had a leaking toilet, the wax ring seal at the base of the toilet had gone bad. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day in the morning which was a huge relief.
