Had a garbage disposal installed in our conference...

Had a garbage disposal installed in our conference room and within 4 days we had a leak that spread throughout our conference room. Was told that someone would be out the next day and 48 hours later nobody has arrived. I was advised that there was an issue with their scheduling system. The agent I spoke to stated that she would TRY to get someone out next day by 8 AM. I'm not feeling very confident.
