Had a leak that caused a bubble in the ceiling but couldn't find the cause. Called TLC and they sent out James Creston the same day. It only took a few minutes for him to discover the problem which was from the upstairs bathroom. He fixed it in short order and did an awesome cleanup job. Thanks James.

Lawrence Sanchez and Judd Gonzales were very prompt as to when they were going to show up, were very professional and very nice. Did a great job and looking forward to them working further in my house.

TLC responded to our phone call by setting a period for the following afternoon 1:00 to 4:00PM.
Oscar Arauz was the TLC plumbing technician arrived at our house at the early planned time.

Oscar was very pleasant and was very efficient in finding the problem in our toilet. Oscar made
a minor adjustment that corrected the flow of water after the water replacement stopped. This adjustment
ended the unwanted noise of the unneeded water flow.

Since Oscar was so quick in correcting the problem he decided that we would not be charged.
His excellent service will insure our contact with TLC for any future plumbing problem.

Nothing scarier than having a sewer backup! I had been having issues with plumbing, i.e. when I used the washer the clothes were not properly drained and the bathtub was backing up. Also, I noticed the toilet was making this strange gurgling noise. NOT good. I called TLC and the sent a nice young man, Doug. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing in order to clear the line. He had said it might be expensive but kept working at it, until he found the real problem. Just a clog that could be blown out. He confirmed no sign of roots at all--thank goodness. He did find the "cleanout". I had no idea what that was. I was very happy with the work and the result. Not sure if it is standard, but he also gave me a 90-day guaranty if I continued having issues. So glad I called TLC.

I have been working with Shane Benavidez since the middle of March to remove an old septic tank and install a new tank and leach field. Shane worked with the State Environmental Department for weeks trying to get a permit. Shane finally was able to get the State to issue a permit and started the installation of the new system. Shane is extremely professional, has a great customer service attitude, kept me informed almost daily and went above and beyond to complete this complex project!!!

Rudy left a message and called again before arriving, showed up on time, and did a great job. Nothing could be improved.

Replaced my hot water heater today. These guys came in and accessed the old heater quickly put a new one in and did it very quickly and professionally. Ty to tlc for getting this done for me so fast and so professional.

I have to say that TLC Plumbing is the best. They underestimated another bid by nearly $400. The estimator Bryan explained everything in depth and detail showed me mutiple options and gave me the best service ever. And was able to get the job done for me in the same day. He was very professional, courteous and respectful. I even signed up for their service program for future discounts.

The technician Chico was awesome. Called me inadvance to let me know he was on his way to do the work. He was professional, courteous and went completely out of his way to show what he had done. He also brought to my attention another potential issue to watch for and that if anything happens give them a call and TLC will come out immediately and fix the problem. Although I was quoted an extensive time frame, Chico was in and out in 2 hours. He cleaned up the whole entire area and left it nice and perfect.

I am extremely happy with both Bryan and Chico for the wonderful work that was given to me. I will most definitely be continue my services with TLC. Thank you guys for everything.

Wow! What a great experience yesterday with an HVAC inspection and proposal. TLC didn't send a "Salesman" in dress shoes and a golf shirt. They sent the installer who will install the system he recommends after crawling through the crawlspace, examining the intricacies of the existing duct-work, and spending over an hour discussing our perception of need and our expectations. Could not be happier. Once again TLC has exceeded our expectations.

I had sewer backup and Anthony got to me by 8 am. He was very professional and informed me of all they were doing. He worked quickly but diligently keeping my concerns number 1. He was easy to talk with and very pleasant. Overall it was a superb experience if sewage can be superb. I highly recommend TLC and their prices are very reasonable. They take good care of you.

Fast and Accurate service - when the first solution didn't work, he took time out of his day to come back and fix it!

I've been a "special" member of TLC's customer base for many years. What has it gotten me? Nothing recently. They have had the privilege of using my "special" membership money for 6 months while I sit for weeks waiting to get service. While my sister lay dying here at home in hospice - TLC said they could show up in 4 days to fix my swamp cooler pump. The operator's response was "Do you want it or not?" On my first call, I found another company that came out that day (thank you, Wagner). Switch-over time was a 4 week wait - and once again, I found a willing company to come out when I needed them without the 4-week wait. TLC has gotten too big for their own good. They now have the second half of my annual fee - but I had to have the heat turned on by someone else. Don't fall for their spiel about paying up front and being able to get service quicker than other people. It is an untruth.

I called to get a quote on two filters for my kinetico, I started what I needed to the person I initially had a minor issue but was it was resolved within a business day and I couldn't be more pleased. Jay went above and beyond and put customer satisfaction above all. I will definitely reccomend TLC to my friends and family. Thank you again Jay!

I had a pipe rupture under the slab and decided to have the house repiped. Rudy M. from TLC came in and gave me multiple quotes for different options that would fit my budget. Rudy is a true professional. Every day he showed up clean, shaved, and ready to work. He explained the entire process to me and what to expect. Each day when I got home from work, he was there and showed me the day's progress. The first day he stayed late to make sure my family had a fully operational bathroom. The job was finished on time and at the given price. I would absolutely recommend TLC for your plumbing needs and Rudy M. is top notch! TLC is lucky to have him.

From the initial contact through completion of the job, Jonah was extremely professional and did everything possible to complete the install for removal of the swamp cooler and installation on the new furnace and air conditioner. He and the entire crew worked extremely hard and put in long hours to complete the job. After completion of the install he methodically checked the function of all the units and took the time at the end of a long day to walk me through the details of system operation. I don"t remember the exact date but during the later part of October I unfortunately had an occasion to need a plumber. I have used TLC in the past and always had a pleasant experience with the service professional that came to the house. I would like to recognize Beau O. for the outstanding service he gave this household. He was running a little late but during the wait he was thoughtful enough to call me and apologize but did tell me he was still going to come. Once here he immediately located and fixed the problem ( had to snake the drain) which took him no time at all. after which he explained just what he had to do. When we receive this type of service I like to let the company know how they are being represented and Beau O. represented TLC in a positive light. He is an asset to your company. I will definitely call on him again when the need arises. Keep up the good work.

MY husband and I recently moved to New Mexico and were not accustomed to the hard water in this area. We researched companies with good water softener systems. The day we moved in to our new home, TLC Plumbing was there installing my new Kinetico System. Very professional service from Javier Gutierrez & Gavin Cleghorn . We had to have them come back to take the canisters down while we were having some warranty work on the garage stoop where the system was. Jay the manager in Albuguerque assigned Javier Guterrez to come out to remove the canisters and also replace them a few days later after my work was done, and did not charge us for this work. Many companies would not have hesitated to charge us. This company has been family owned for over 30 years and I am impressed by the quality of work and professional service we received, very above board in our opinion. We have other projects that we will definitely be using them. We highly recommend TLC Plumbing.

James came by when I needed a leak fixed after hours on a Friday, provided a reasonable estimate, and had us fixed up in no time.

Fantastic respond on weekend. $200 per hour on weekend. Does not include part ... parts overpriced +300%. You do the math.

Wow bad bad bad! We paid almost 14 thousand dollars to have refrigerated air. Upon completion of the project, I noticed a large hole in the wall that appeared to be filled with what looks like joint compound. Uneven and messy. Look horrible! When I called TLC they told me it wasn't their problem and they would charge me to fix it! YOU PUT IT THERE! So on top of the 14k they doubled up the greed machine and told me to get lost. I will NEVER use your company again, and will always have nothing but bad reference. Shame on you TLC. PS. One of your workers stole my medication while in my home. Smh

First, TLC called (and I received and email) telling me they were on their way. They were right on time for the assigned appointment. Santiago was excellent and had a very upbeat attitude for an early am appointment. After fixing my simple plumbing issue, he asked if there were any other issues. We led him to a slow draining sink and he provided good advice as to what product to us, and more importantly, what not to use so as to not damage pipes. Santiago was pleasent and friendly and spoke very positively about being a TLC employee. It is always nice to hear employees talk well of their company. I will use them for my next water heater install job coming soon.

Carlos identified the problem with the heater right away. Not only did he fix the heater, but he installed a new filter in it when he saw a new filter located by the heater. He wore booties on his feet so he wouldn't bring any outside dirt in on his shoes. He did an excellent job!

David was very informative and explained what happened that caused the leak! He was able to fix it quickly too! Thank you David!

Forgot how to tell time. Or, the concept of service time between 2 and 5pm just beyond grasp.(they were the ones that gave me that time frame).the technician never showed up.Look.These things happen. But for them to Then try blaming me for having the audacity of being home between 2 and 5 is just comical. To be fair,they did attempt to make it good by asking me to waste an entire Saturday waiting for them to decide to show up. Bad luck on my part. Bad service on them.
They used to be pretty good.

TLC sabotaged the closing of my house by trying to up-sell when giving an HVAC inspection. They claimed the furnace was unsafe and needed replaced. 2 separate HVAC contractors deems the furnace was good and all that was needed was a few things to bring the furnace up to code. The buyer then insisted I replace the furnace and the sell stopped there.

We got a new Convair evap cooler with TLC. We had the pleasure of having Derek for the service of 1 acceptable unit and then Lenny installed our new secondary unit a couple days later. I was impressed with the office and the ease of booking a appt. I asked a lot of questions and they were all answered by the ladies I spoke to.
I've spent my whole life in the service industry (HVAC/elec) and this company should be proud of themselves!
I was sceptical about the Convair unit but Derek explained the mechanics in it and I choose it mainly because the inverter technology in it. We have a 3300 sf house and it has made the WHOLE house comfortable running on low. Bravo guys!

The best experience I could of asked for. I came home on Friday of father's day weekend to find my house flooded. I called TLC and Travis came out that night. He was the most help I've had through this horrible experience. He explained the whole process of what needed to be done with me. He and Phil were here Saturday morning at 10am finding out exactly where the break was then gave me a couple of options to fix it. He helped with my insurance, along with had my water back on Monday afternoon. He called and updated me through the whole process. He also billed me out a week so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. I can't promise that and problems I the future I will only call TLC. Thank you again.

Overcharged for water heater install! Plumber showed up at 3:30, left at 6:10, charged 3 hrs. 20 minutes of that used to write the proposal what he would do the job for! I said no, just parts and labor. Bill was $600, just what he proposed with "parts" not listed and time stretched.

Levi was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgable. He was patient fielding my questions so that I had a complete understanding of the work he was to perform.

Levi completed the work within a half hour and left the work area clean. I would recommend him for future work.

We found TLC to be an exceptional service, especially when there's an urgency to be addressed. They have excellent communication, respond quickly and do the work in a timely fashion. "Joseph" knew exactly what the problem was when we spoke with him on the phone. When he arrived he wasted no time explaining the problem and how he'd resolve it. In less than an hour he was done. We can't say enough about TLC. Their customer service line and response time were impressive. TLC will be our choice anytime we have a plumbing problem.

We needed a new boiler badly and TLC came out and began immediately on it. It was a lot of work over about 3 days, probably 10 hours a day but when they were done we had an entirely new system. It wasn't cheap but definitely worth the money and a very solid and high quality company.

Sunday evening I messed up and broke my outside water spigot. Called TLC, obviously after hours weekend, and they came out within the hour. Lawrence Sanchez was the plumber. Fixed all up quickly and explained everything about it. Great Experience and great work.

James was amazing! I was told I needed a new valve in my shower which would have cost me $800.00. He figured out that a screw hadn't been screwed in. It only cost $118.00! I am so thankful!

Could not be more disappointed. What is most troubling is that TLC is not concerned with keeping repeat customers. My wife is a broker specializing in investment properties and residential flips. Up until now we have recommended and used TLC, sometimes on a weekly bases, for help on prepurchase inspections, etc. NO MORE!

We had TLC scope a sewer line on a property we are purchasing for ourselves to live in, not a flip, but a property that needs a lot of updating. I'll list the exact copy of the entire report here;

"Explanation of inspection: The video starts with the drain line under the house to the cleanouts then from the cleanouts to the city main. The material of the pipe under the house is cast iron. The cast iron is in good shape. From the cleanouts to the curb the pipe is PVC and the line is in good shape. The second video shows the line from the city main back to the cleanouts. The drain line is in good condition. There are no roots, offsets, or obstructions in the line. "

That is the entire report and I reiterate, "The cast iron is in good shape." "The drain line is in good condition."

We went forward with purchase and then found the sewer line is leaking. We have not yet moved into this home. Called TLC back out. The manager came out and put my mind to ease. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the home due to past visits with previous owners. He assured me, "he would take care of us" and sent out an estimator.

Turns out TLC would take care of us by doing the work for $4,000.00! Both the manager, and estimator agreed the entire line should be replaced as it failing in one section and soon to be more. Guess how much TLC was willing to cover? NONE!

I explained we got the inspection prior to purchase so that if this type of repair was needed, we could put all of it, or some of it on the seller. $4k is a bid deal! TLC response was that I should have had a certified plumber read the report, the exact report I listed above, and that a certified plumber would have recommended further inspection. What? Not one word or sentence in the original report indicates any red flags or need for concern, yet a certified plumber would have read it differently? TLC advised I get another estimate, in order to illustrate their price would be less than with other companies. I did so and the very next bid was $500 less than TLC!

I know the camera scope can miss things, but I find the report very misleading. I absolutely would have paid for further inspection had TLC recommended it, they did not, and as you can read on the report, no red flags! Still I did not expect TLC to cover the entire $4k. I thought we would get wholesale pricing or that the company would at least meet us 1/2 way, especially considering the wording of their own report, and the fact that we had loyally recommended TLC to so many other customers. NO MORE!

I would not be so fired up had it not been for the 2nd opinion from a different company. I took the report to another plumbing company, and based on the report I was encouraged to go back to TLC. This other company suggested a reputable company would likely try to find a solution we could both be happy with. The other company wrongly assumed TLC would step up and help!

Peter U. was beyond excellent and exceeded our expectations with his work and skill, explaining what happened and how he was going to fix it, and general friendliness. It was such a relief to have someone that instantly instilled confidence and trust while setting us at ease as we had never had a professional plumber come to do work at our house before. Peter U. explained everything so well with respect to our knowledge and never complained or said anything negative about our poorly installed plumbing for our mobile home. We warned him about spiders and he showed no fear whatsoever. Peter U. was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure that it was done correctly. Any future needs we will be calling on Peter U., we really valued his work and his professionalism.

After trying services from a number of other plumbers I have settled with TLC. Having Eric as the primary person who has helped me buy new heating and cooling systems and do any adjustments which were needed has been great. He understands my budgetary limits, my residential needs and that I very much value dependable service after a number of unreliable experiences. I have been recommending TLC to others.

We recently had a hot water heater go bad and began to leak. I called TLC out of Albuquerque New Mexico for help in Grants, 65 miles away. Within a few hours Mike Scott showed up to do the estimates. The following morning Adam Klien and Jose Zamarripa removed and replaced a new platform and water heater. The household was so impressed by the two of them. They willingly worked through their lunch brake, with a positive attitude. I was so impressed that we were compelled to buy them a Pizza. The work that was done exceeded any and all expectations I had, from installation to clean up. I will forever Brag about these men and company they represent! A household of customers we have become! TLC Rep. Riley O'Neal came out and took extra time to measure the space needed to replace my mother's rusted out swamp cooler. We could have gone with a similar metal swamp cooler but decided to replace with a Breezair which has a polymer housing and is three times more efficient. TLC techs. Brian and Derrick took a little more time than estimated in the replacement and installation and did a fantastic, professional job. I have no complaints and plan to call TLC in the future for a plumbing problem as well as an electrical box upgrade. Also, Office Rep. Cheryl sent me the necessary documentation needed to submit for a $300.00 PNM rebate. TLC is top notch...excellent.

Called to have 3 coolers turned on for the season. Was told they would call the next day to schedule. Never called just showed up and claimed I owed almost $1200 for the job. No major repairs were done and this seemed absurd. Eventually they admitted one of the 2 employees on this job wasn't a tech but a helper who wasn't needed so they cut him off the bill (although they had no issue originally billing me for both at full technician rates) they also claimed to have completed the job and tested everything. Heaters were never turned off, one cooler had pads put in wrong and one wasn't even plugged in, yet everything was tested and in working order. When I called and complained I was called a liar and treated so unprofessional. I will never use TLC again

Called TLC for a broken water heater. The dispatcher mariable Ruiz was so kind and wonderful. The technician Lawrence Sanchez arrived and was extremely patient and professional with us. I will always go with TLC. Thank you so much Lawrence Sanchez.

Had great service from Lawrence Sanchez who investigated the source of a water leak, very knowledgeable and professional. Happy to use him for any complicated plumbing issue. Used him previously for water heater replacement and did such a great job that we will request him for all of our plumbing needs.

We had a water line break in the foundation of our home on Friday, Father's day weekend. We called TLC and Travis was dispatched to our house. Him and his crew have been nothing but helpful since. Travis was at our home late Friday night till he discovered where the leak was coming from. On Saturday Travis and Philip came out and started work. We had water again by Monday. Travis, Philip and James were all very professional and fantastic workers. They went above and beyond what we expected them to do for us. We will definitely be using TLC in the future. Great service with plumbing and replacement of filters for my reverse osmosis system.

TLC is overpriced and under performs. Complete lack of attention to detail and cuts corners where possible. Avoid at all costs if you want professional work.

*We asked for a quote to completely remodel "turn key" the place and in turn received a property several corners cut, old windows, old fixtures on vents, and lack of care

*nearly every unit completed has had heating and plumbing issues with the first tenant with TLC refusing to warranty their work

* We had a huge list of items not completed after Patrick Sadler indicated the work was completed from holes in walls with wires exposed (unit 1), to wires sticking out of walls, painting not complete, water not working, and electrical issues.

*Patrick failed to inform us to flush the sewer prior to beginning work causing us to incur a 2300 bill shortly after the first tenant moved in.

*Workers poured paint down the drains with little care

*Charged us 1300 to replace a $300 water heater stolen during construction likely due to his staff not securing the property.

*Incurred a $600 heating bill due to his staff leaving the heaters on full blast in Feb-Mar with no apology.

*Patrick without notifying us changed the cabinet configuration after we had already ordered appliances resulting in us having to reorder fridges and unable to return the original appliances.

*TLC did not inform us until the end that our only outside working faucet was not connected.

*storage units were not insulated with our original request for a quote to include all dry wall/turn key operation.

*TLC electric after we started the quote last minute indicated they could not proceed to work until we built a cage around the electrical box at additional cost to us.

*project was quoted 4-6 weeks and took over 6 months. Many weeks we found TLC was not even showing up to the property. Rents are 3300 per month for the unit with lost rent of 4 months.

*Constant issues were noted with his staff working part time days, not locking the property up, or performing work as required

*TLC charged nearly 10K for HVAC for single straight shoot in from the roof and failed to install water lines.

*majority of the dry wall was not replaced, noting insulation must not have been completed as quoted.

*We continue to have plumbing issues reported due to leaking sinks, tubs, and slow draining as of 5/7/19.

*Patrick Sadler is unprofessional, unethical, and should have his licensed revoked. We considered suing for all the issues early on but decided not to only because the only ones who win in a lawsuit are the attorneys. We continually pay third parties to fix the sub par work performed by TLC.
