On 2/24/20 I had an appointment with Dr. Levitz at this facility. This was my first time at the location so i had to do the neccessary entry paper work. I was told to bring my referral letter as well as the authorization code. With all the requirements in hand the medical assistant doing my intake told me that i was missing the authorization. She couldnt get the required document with the code i produced so she told me to call my referring doctors office and ask them to fax over the info. I called and had the office staff there try 4 times to fax it over to two different numbers given by the assistant. After that failed the option they gave me was to travel to my physicians office procure the document and then come back to Dr. Levitz practice. Already overwhelemed and upset i asked why was it my job as the patient to travel back and forth. I asked "Shouldnt the assistants be able to pull off of the website the document with the code given?" I was told that isnt their job and that calling other physicians were also not part of their responsibilities. Overall i was not ASSISTED in the least. I spent over an hour on the phone as the middle man relaying what the "assistants" required. Only to not be seen and treated at a PODIATRISTS office, but be told to travel back and forth when obviously its adverse to my UNDIAGNOSED condition. Please hire or train staff to be much more proficient at customer service. Its the most important skill of the job!

I had been seeing a podiatrist for over a year that misdiagnosed my problem and then a coworker told me of this school and on my first visit the student knew what was wrong.
So now years later I have a new problem and will be heading back to the school for treatment.

This place is a scam. They take in more students than they have residencies available for and make no effort to help students succeed. Many students have failed with big loans because of the horrible administration and the way this place is run.

The only problem I have with this place is that they only give you 2 days off in a whole entire year. I should investigate this and see if it's just an insider policy or if it's legal or anything. I think it's crazy to only have 2 days off in a whole year. (3rd year speaking). Something is fishy about the schedule.

Also if you ve never called out and let s say one day you re REALLY sick, forget it. That s a big deal to them. You still have to show up and if you don t they take away the only 2 personal days you have lmaoo! Plus you have to work extra hard and the students are harsh on you too for not showing up.

Didn t know this was a MILITARY/Medic School.
